Fantastyczne mieszkanie w spokojnej i bezpiecznej dzielnicy Pangrati, a jednocześnie z dostępem do wszystkiego, co potrzebne – restauracje, kawiarnie i klimatyczne knajpki dosłownie kilka kroków od wyjścia. Polecamy szczególnie Chleb i oliwki kilka przecznic dalej 😋 oraz małe Café 4M. Naprzeciwko znajduje się sklepik z pysznymi greckimi, regionalnymi produktami, co było wspaniałym dodatkiem do pobytu. Doskonała komunikacja z centrum – około 10 minut pieszo do metra (stacja Evangelismos). W pobliżu parki oraz lokalny targ, dzięki czemu można poczuć autentyczną atmosferę miasta. Niedaleko stadion, akademia Arystotelesa i Lyceum (Lykeion) oraz ogród botaniczny. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone – bez problemu można przygotować posiłek dla czteroosobowej rodziny. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, świetna łazienka, do dyspozycji pralko-suszarka. Wszystko czyste, funkcjonalne i komfortowe. Szczególne podziękowania dla Yasmine za jej pomoc, wsparcie i cierpliwość 💞 Zdecydowanie polecam – idealne miejsce na rodzinny pobyt w Atenach!

• GEORGIOS (8/5): Ευχάριστη. - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με πολλά καφέ, εστιατόρια, super market, φαρμακείο κοντά. Θα θέλαμε λίγο παραπάνω εξοπλισμό στα είδη κουζίνας και καθαρισμού.

The location is absolutely perfect,close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Christina from the staff was super kind and helpful, she made everything even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Athens!

• Christopher (9/5): - Comfortable, Location, Clean. Generally beautiful and practical. We had an awesome 4 days of just walking around the neighborhood and crashing at the apartment to relax. Nothing the apartment can do about it but, it's on the upper ground floor with the bedroom window at waist-height from the sidewalk. It can get noisy.

Loved being able to make dinner while on vacation Not far from a grocery store Washing machine There were bars on both sides that were open late - it was ok for us but for light sleepers or families it would have been difficult. Could use directions on how to use the washing machine for those outside the EU who usually have 2 machines :)
• Yejin (9/5): Good value for money - Location was good, apartment was as expected. Said we had 4 guests and everything was prepared. Basically an Airbnb, you get miniature shampoo samples and 2 rolls of TP, so for longer stays you'll have to restock yourself. Sheets were a bit stinky but host changed them when requested. (they get them from a cleaning company and I guess it's hard to properly dry everything in the climate but everything smelled weird). They make you create an account on a different website to communicate instructions on how to get in/navigate the apartment. I felt the instructions were a bit outdated. For wifi, just scan qr code on back of router. The hot water does take a while to prep, just press button and it will beep when it's done. Good for maybe a 20 min shower, so 2 ppl if you're fast. Otherwise just keep pressing button, it turns off automatically. obviously no early check-in/luggage storage, but I'd rec Radical Storage. All the prices in the area are the same, this one is just the closest. (Location on Google Maps is wrong though, you should go to the cafe next door: petit fleur) Just go, talk to owner, pay online.

This flat is highly recommended and I will definitely be coming back. - The flat is located in the heart of Pangkrati a minute walk for all the restaurants and cafes. Very clean spacious one bedroom apartment ideal for working (high speed wifi) from home away from home. Christina was super helpful quickly responding to any questions I had and did her best to make my stay comfortable and relaxed. Excellent communication!!

• Sandra (10/5): Perfect place to explore Athens by foot - Apartment has a great position, it is near main attraction. We mainly walked and visited all main attractions. Metro station is also near. Apartment was cozy and clean (just like on pictures), equipped with everything you need. Communication with host was quick and easy. Neighborhood is urban and safe. I sincerely recommend this place. ☺️
• Éva (10/5): Great apartment! - Everything was great! The aparment is modern, well equipped, clean. Close to the center, so the sights can be reached within 20-30 minutes walking. Restaurants and bars are in the street. The key was in a key box, so it is very flexible to arrive and leave the apartment. The host was kind, even if to meet personally wasn't needed, she continually keep in touch with us and gave many tips about sightseeing.

So we could roam around the city in the mornings and evenings, and take a break from the sweltering heat during the afternoons with air-conditioning in the apartment. Also situated at walkable distance to airport metro, supermarkets and cafe/restaurants made our stay very convenient None

• Elena (10/5): It’s a great place to stay, I liked it a lot and will book again, it’s my Athens residency from now on - It’s perfect! Location, logistics, personnel, cleanliness, quality, everything is just perfect! There is even a parking lot just across the street, very convenient. And metro/bus station 750m away. Tons of nice little shops, cafés and restaurants around, the area is safe and not very tourist, which is good. I would stay there again without any doubt if I only get a chance to visit Athens again I wasn’t able to turn the washing machine once (I didn’t fully close it, my bad), but the host fixed my problem over the phone and responded right away, so there is nothing to complain really.
