Our luggages arrived a day late do to mishandling from the airlines. We were not there when the courier came. St Peter Manor coordinated with the courier and sent me a picture of them. They were amazing.

El lugar estaba muy bien ubicado y es fácil de llegar, cerca de todo, es lo mejor que tiene. El baño es bastante extraño y se moja todo al ducharte, además de que no tiene ventilación. Nos hicieron abonar un impuesto turístico de 5 euros por día y por persona, desconocemos si es así en todos los hoteles.

• Filippo (8/5): Buono - La struttura è in una fantastica posizione a 5 minuti a piedi da piazza San Pietro. La nostra camera aveva una bellissima vasca idromassaggio e un letto esattamente comodo. La camera viene rifatta quotidianamente pur non essendo un hotel e questo è certamente molto apprezzato. Ottima insonorizzazione Purtroppo, la temperatura acqua in origine, il tempo per riscaldarla e la sua pressione non è accettabile per una struttura da questo costo (180 euro a notte). Inoltre lo scaldabagno è estremamente rumoroso e a volte parte pur non accendendo l’acqua calda. Ci sono grandi ragnatele dietro le tende e la finestra della camera si chiude a malapena e basta spingerla dall’esterno per aprirla.

Camera non enorme ma non mancava nulla, il letto è comodissimo e con un bel materasso. Abbiamo dormito molto bene. La host è stata gentilissima e premurosa. È stata molto disponibile a venire incontro una nostra esigenza. Sicuramente ne terrò contro per il prossimo viaggio a Roma.

It is an incredibly comfortable, convenient, clean, beautiful, and truly cozy place with a special atmosphere that is impossible to put into words. Everything here is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details: convenient shelves and hooks, all the necessary amenities and toiletries, and many pleasant little touches that create a sense of care and make the stay максимально comfortable. I have been traveling quite frequently for some time now, but this is the first time I have experienced such feelings. Perhaps the location near the Vatican and Rome also played a role — but isn’t it wonderful when the main attractions are within walking distance? Everything unfolded in a state of complete relaxation, calmness, and genuine rest. If I travel to Rome again, I will definitely start by checking whether these apartments are available. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who values comfort, beauty, and a truly special atmosphere.

I was obsessed with the blue bed frame and the stylish tapestry, but the bed was also one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! The location is also perfect as it's on a side street, just 2min walk from the Vatican and next to a street with multiple restaurants and yet, it felt so much calmer than the other side of the river. Yes, you do still hear noises from the streets, but nothing earplugs can't fix. The communication with the hotel was also smooth, and we received clear instructions with videos on how to enter the building. The TV stand in the middle of the room was slightly inconvenient. The bathroom would benefit from having a squeegee to get the floor a bit drier after a shower.

It's just a 2-minute walk to St. Peter's Square and less than an hour's stroll to the city center. ​The room itself was clean and well-maintained. Even when we didn't specifically ask, we found things like fresh towels waiting for us. ​The owner is simply wonderful! She went above and beyond to help us communicate and sort out an issue with our lost luggage. After checking out, she also allowed us to store our luggage until it was time for us to head to the airport. Thanks to this, our stay in Rome was even more beautiful 😍 I highly recommend this place 🥰

• Dennisjwatts (9/5): Near Vatican Awesome Value Property I will Reserve Again - The location was fantastic -- near the Vatican. The room was beyond clean: We enjoyed housekeeping every morning -- which is becoming rare. Most everything worked well, it was a great value for what we paid. The bathroom had a black European tile decor which we both thought looked cool. I felt inspired. The hosts were super responsive through WhatsApp. Rome is such a great city, and that location is an enclave of wonderful restaurants and shops. It felt like home. I would re-book again. There is a push-button to have the lovely rainfall showerhead go -- which I had to hold down to keep it on. The towel hook was stickered to the chic black tile bathroom wall, and it fell down. I told the staff, and hopefully they'll screw that in. Towels can be heavy after getting wet after all. :) I guess I will assume that they will correct this. Besides that, just little things. There was zero personal interaction with the host. It was all automated: door codes to get into the property, into our room; The owners did a phenomenal job setting things up. We had no issues with anything as a result of not interacting with the hosts. They sent very detailed instructions on how to enter codes on door to get inside the property and room through WhatsApp. It was cool. But it was unusual to not meet with a human being host during our stay. We did, however, meet with housekeeping each morning -- who cleaned our rooms every morning, and we gave feedback on the shower hook to them and I believe they will act on the recommendations. Even if they don't it was a great stay, in all honesty.
• Ethan (10/5): Amazing rooms & absolutely unreal location. - Very nice property, well located next to St Peter’s square & the Vatican City, rooms were very nice & tidy and also was cleaned daily. The hosts were very helpful in giving instructions how to enter the room and also giving us somewhere to store our bags after check out until our flight, would definitely come again and recommend to others. We picked the room with a spa bath/jacuzzi in it and it was really nice to get back after a long day of walking and be able to relax. Nothing really, we had 0 complaints over the duration of our stay.
