• Wolfgang (4/5): - Lage in der Altstadt top - vieles zu Fuss git zu erreichen Zimmer / Hotel ziemlich runtergekommen, macht einen schmuddeligen Eindruck, Wasserhahn im Bad lose, Fenster liess sich nicht öffnen, man hatte den Griff in der Hand. Frühstück im Nachbarhotel nicht zu empfehlen.

Não se iludam, é uma hospedagem terrível, suja, sem conforto é um absurdo, o café da manha é ruim e se eu pudesse voltar no tempo teria pago 3x mais pra ficar em outro lugar, simplesmente apareceram ratos e comeram chocolates da minha mochila, os funcionarios me pagaram pelo chocolate mas de que adianta? eu comprei em outra cidade, uma edição especial, enfim, não fiquem aqui, alias, vejam as avaliações do google que eu só fui ver depois, mas vejam, todas são ruins, é um nojo o lugar, foi a pior experiencia da minha vida.

La situazione è leggermente migliorata ma non ancora sufficiente. Stanze più economiche nel piano interrato pessime, quelle a piano terra appena decenti. Struttura fatiscente.

Cuando llegué me dijeron que había seleccionado la habitación económica que no tiene ventanas pero que a cambio de ponerles 5 estrellas me subirían de categoría gratuitamente.

• Mariano (7/5): - Ubicacion excelente. Cama comoda y baño limpio. La habitacion estaba congelada y no habia como calefaccion central o algo. Cuando llegabas tenias que encender el aire acondicionado caliente y morirte de frio durante al menos media hora hasta que eso calentase. Lo apagabas para poder dormir, porque con el ruido es imposible, y cuando te despiertas estas congelado de nuevo hasta que lo enciendes y pasa media hora. Por esa parte bastante mal. Y la puerta para cerrarla necesitabas tener una fuerza que ni un culturista, iba muy mal la llave, no giraba. El baño olia muy mal tambien. Y si hubiese una papelera un poco mas grande para dos personas 5 dias estaria muy bien, porque no se cambia en esos dias y se acumula todo.

But sorry I was disappointed with you hotel and don’t want anyone to be the same disappointed. My two nights stay in Istanbul was aimed to have a good overnight sleep with exceptional walk around. The whole stay at this hotel was disappointing. It is a one star hotel, and just to sleep over place. Location is inconvenient. Not ever a value for money. I was unhappy with booking.com for getting into this hotel.

• Andrey (1/5): Худший отель, в котором доводилось бывать - Вывески у отеля нет, перед крыльцом куча мусора. Номер (стандартный, даже не эконом) очень маленький (практически по размеру кровати) и очень грязный. Такое впечатление, что там не убирали вообще никогда. Кругом пыль и волосы. Изголовье кровати всё в чёрных пятнах, как будто об него вытирали ноги. Такой же стул. Матрас ужасно старый и грязный. Постельное бельё застирано до дыр. В ванной всё покрыто плесенью. В номере не было пульта от кондиционера, чтобы его включить, приходилось одалживать пульт на ресепшене. Бронировали на неделю, но съехали после первой же ночи. Да и то, только потому, что приехали поздно вечером.

• Natalia (3/5): Ni Rambo se atrevió a tanto - La ubicación La realidad de la habitación “económica” no se corresponde con las fotos de booking. Esa habitación que los dieron estaba en un sótano. Por la noche cada vez que pasaba un coche por la calle se nos iluminaba la habitación entera. Además había una humedad excesiva en la habitación. Después de dormir la primera noche como pudimos, al día siguiente pedimos que nos cambiaran la habitación y, pagando 40€ accedieron a cambiarnos a una en la segunda planta (el personal es muy muy amable). LA HABITACIÓN NO ES APTA PARA USO DE PERSONAS. Una vez en la nueva habitación, la cama era muy incómoda, el colchón estaba literalmente sin muelles en un lado(tenía más guerras que un libro de historia), el aire acondicionado no echaba aire caliente y el edredón era para una cama de niños, faltaba 30cm a cada lado de la cama. Ahora esto si, estaba todo súper limpio…

Te dejan toallas y jabón. Me sorprendió la calidad de la habitación en relación a su bajo precio. Muy amables los trabajadores. Recomiendo venir a este hotel 100%.

Vreau sa cred ca a fost un caz izolat faptul ca ne-a bantuit un soarec in prima noapte.

• emanuela (7/5): Custo x benefício ok - Localização ótima, próxima a tudo: Mesquita Azul, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar… 10min andando Max. E a disponibilidade dos dois funcionários que me atenderam no check in e fizeram a troca de quartos com presteza, me garantindo um quarto em condições de hospedagem. Minha tarifa foi econômica e o quarto para tal tarifa eh no subsolo, com cheiro horrível, cheio de infiltração, paredes mofadas, com móveis velhos, manchados, lençóis manchado e com furos, banheiro também sem condições com teto mofado. Porém, ao dizer que não poderia ficar ali porque sou alérgica e asmática … o funcionário da recepção providenciou minha hospedagem no hotel ao lado(mesma empresa) aí sim em condições de hospedagem.

The ac didn't work because the fuse was turned off. We had to turn it on, then they didn't want to change the battery until the third time we asked. They also only gave us one blanket and when asked they said the next day. When we first asked about the ac being broken they just gave us a blanket instead...

• Tati (10/5): - по отелю замечаний нет - всё было чудесно! персонал на ресепщене русскоговорящий, который был на тот момент - смотрит, где бы ещё нажиться на клиенте - а не помочь ему... с большим трудом выпросили помощь касаемо такси в 5 утра (турецкого языка мы не знаем) ... и то, нас отправили самим договариваться - понимаю, что не входит в их обязанности вызвать такси, но отношение просто хамское было... не согласны с их объявленной ценой, сразу идите на улицу и решайте свои проблемы сами... спросили про завтрак - нам быстро дали понять - что мы заплатили 23 евро за номер - а это в их понимании копейки, о каком завтраке идёт речь... - можно было ответить тактично - а не указывать человеку на его платёжеспособность... много и часто путешествую по миру - но такой персонал не встречала...

• Lena (7/5): Für bodenständige Standards vollkommen ok ! - Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, sehr günstig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Rezeption ist 24/7 geöffnet und man kriegt jeden Tag frische Handtücher, Seife etc. aufs Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind einfach sehr klein, etwas heruntergekommen und hellhörig ( das Bad ist extrem hellhörig) und es gibt so gut wie kein Stauraum oder Haken für Klamotten. Gezwungenermaßen liegt alles im ohnehin kleinen Zimmer herum und außer zum schlafen kann man sich ehrlich gesagt nicht lange dort aufhalten. Wir waren 5 Nächte da und es war in Ordnung. Wenn man Luxus erwartet, bucht man so ein günstiges Hotel eigentlich nicht. Für unsere Ansprüche war es deshalb machbar, weil es zentral, günstig und sauber war.

• Paweł (4/5): Najgłośniejszy hotel w jakim byłem - Lokalizacja Ciężko było spać, ponieważ pokój był umieszczony bezpośrednio przy recepcj, a recepcjonista bardzo głośnio rozmawiał przez telefon w środku nocy, nie były to zdecydowanie rozmowy z klientami, a jego prywatne pogawędki. Po zwróceniu mu na to uwagi na jakiś czas mowil ciszej, ale później wrócił do momentami wrecz krzyczenia i zaśmiewania się w głos do słuchawki. Trzeszczące i skrzypiące schody przy pokoju również były bardzo słyszalne w pokoju, tak samo z resztą odgłos zwykłego chodzenia po pokoju piętro wyżej. Jednej nocy ktos z wynajmujących zaciął się w łazience, przez około godzinę próbowano otworzyć zamek przy pomocy stukania młotkiem, co ponownie nie pozwalało zasnąć.
