• ΚΑΡΑΓΙΑΝΝΗΣ (10/5): - Απόλυτα εξοπλισμένο, πολύ καθαρό και πολύ ευγενικοί οι οικοδεσπότες. Ήταν όλα μια χαρά.
• Aude (9/5): Super séjour. - Super logement, grand, très propre et meublé avec goût. La literie est confortable. Le sauna un plus après une longue journée de visites. Le métro est à 10 min à pied, et à 4 stations de Monastiraki. Nous avons été super bien accueillis par Hector, qui nous a donné de bonnes adresses. Le petit truc en plus: tout le nécessaire pour un premier petit déjeuner! Merci beaucoup nous recommanderons les yeux fermés ce logement. Le quartier n’est pas le plus chic d’Athenes, un peu bruyant la nuit mais nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en insécurité pour rentrer même tard le soir.
• Placzek (10/5): - Sehr schöne Wohnung, Sauna, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Perfekt für Großfamilien. Super Anbindung. 11 Minuten Fußweg zur Metro, 5 Minuten zum Bus. Stadtnah. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Gegend ist etwas laut und rau, aber wir haben uns zu jederzeit sicher gefühlt.

Byliśmy w styczniu i trafiliśmy na zimno, zaledwie 6 stopni i duży wiatr, więc sauna wynagrodziła nam pogodę.

In the kitchen, toast, jam, coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine were waiting for us. We received a lot of useful information and help regarding the city and the sights. It was a bit far from the city center. We had to take the metro a lot, which was a bit tiring with a small child.

• Borgazi (10/5): The most valuable apartment in Athens - The apartment was excellent. Everything was on point. Clean, beatiful, comfortable spaces and very good support from everyone involved. Very friendly and comforting. One of the best apartments I have stayed in, especially for the price paid! The neighbourhood where the apartment is located is also very quiet and safe, easy to get to and close to the city centre. The sauna is also very nice and I couldn't recommend it more to those who love this type of therapy. I had a very pleasant experience talking and interacting with Akis and Hector who helped us with absolutely everything we needed, as well as helping us enjoy our trip even more with some of the best recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the whole city. I loved everything about it and would definitely stay here again! There are no serious complaints I can make. The only minor thing is that the door lock on one of the bathrooms is a little bit old and rarely gets stuck, but other than that, it is a perfect place to stay.

The rooms are big, there is also a big sitting area where you can all reunite in. And on top of it there is a kitchen with everything in it. You can really feel like you’re at home. The host was very nice as well, he gave us a lot of useful information about the city and explained us how everything in the apartment is working. Everything in the property was great! The only thing that we didn’t like was more related to the neighbourhood. We were advised to not wander around alone once it got dark, because it isn’t very safe.

Akis is the best host you can have - he is extremely kind, gave a lot of recommendations and has prepared welcome gifts for us! We spend new year eve's there and it felt so cozy and at home! The beds are very comfortable and clean! There is a really nice terrace at one of the bedrooms. It is not in the ideal city center, but with a bus/metro you can easily reach everywhere! You can also park freely outside! Perfect value for money - I would definitely visit again!

The beds are comfortable, the bedrooms arer big and everything was amazing The area is not in the city center and it looks dirty but we didn't have any problem walking around or going to the nearby metro station

Location is relatively central and in good proximity to metro. Taxi 10 eur to centre. Neighbourhood is a little run down. I wouldn’t recommend walking at night time.

The apartment is spacious with plenty of room for 8 people. The kitchen and family room is spacious and nicely setup. We used the balcony late in the evening to relax after being out all day. The view isn't anything special but it's a nice residential area. The sauna and the kitchen are very good too.

Nice location it's within good walking distance from the metro station to the city center. The staff was really helpful in giving me a map and showing me how to get around and where to go for local food at excellent prices. I would definitely stay here again.
• charles (10/5): Probably the 4 star apartment hotel in Athens! - This is a 5 STAR property, probably listed as 4 star because of the neighborhood which is not as luxurious as the apartment itself, but is quite safe and decent, with a nice museum located close to the facility. Akis is undoubtedly one of the most efficient and hospitable hotel managers in the whole of Athens, I can not sing his praise loudly enough, he is that good! If you are looking for a private apartment with 5 star hotel comfort and service, this is the place to stay. I am definitely coming back here with my family. Thanks for making my stay perfect.

Akis is an excellent host. He shared his love for Athens. He gave us a lot of ideas about the city and proposal about local restaurants.
