• Marko (9/5): Es war sehr schön - Der Gastgeber hat uns unkompliziert den Zugang zur Wohnung ermöglicht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Viertel, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Akropolis und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Viele gute Restaurants waren ebenfalls direkt in der Nähe. Es gab keine Probleme

• MAXIME (1/5): Camping - Absence de canapé dans le séjour, remplacé pas un lit pliant d'appoint. Le propriétaire n'a pas jugé bon de nous prévenir de cette absence alors que cela faisait trois semaine que cela était le cas.

• Michelle (8/5): Perfect apartment for our one family’s one night stay in Athens - Spacious, clean apartment which was great for our family of four, especially after a week in a tiny room on a cruise! Location was excellent, an easy walk to everything we needed. Excellent communication from Chris and clear instructions on how to access the property, Chris also helped us arrange transfers on arrival and departure which was greatly appreciated. With a bit of road noise during the night and no block out blinds we found it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Also, have to allow 30 mins for hot water before showers. There were spare pillows but no pillowcases provided

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Lots of great restaurants in the area. Very close to the markets on the east side of the Acropolis. Beds were very comfortable and it's helpful having a working kitchen/dining area. We were only there one night - but would have been very happy there for longer.

• Travel (7/5): Good for an over night stay to see the local Tourist attractions. - Close to the Acropolis and great local, value for money restaurants, located 10 mins away in opposite direction to the Acropolis. Bathroom was a little dated, balcony untidy, dead plant, not very clean.

• Linda (8/5): Great location, superb host, comfortable beds - Excellent communication from the host, help organising taxis from airport, superb location in a cool neighbourhood but out of the tourist mayhem and only 5-10 min walk to the acropolis and a metro station is less than 5 mins walk. Nice simply furnished apartment on first floor and comfortable beds. Shower tray was a bit shabby and there were a couple of minor broken things needed attention which have let the host know so should be addressed. No bedding for the sofa bed which we needed so if you need this extra bed then be sure to request in advance so bedding can be supplied. Felt a little on the expensive side but you are paying for the location. Would still recommend this apartment

• Cheryl (9/5): Superb - Plenty of space. Everything we needed was provided (towels, cooking utensils, iron etc). The beds are huge and really comfortable! Location location location. SO close to the centre, museum and acropolis. Many cafes and restaurants close by. Close to metro / train too - all 5/10 min walk. Chris the owner is very nice and helpful! Quick responses to by messaged and questions.
• Kevin (9/5): Convenient and comfortable apartment! - The apartment was just right for our family stay for a few days. Everything was as described with the convenience of several grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The tea kettle would not work and the freezer was frozen solid. These did not ruin our stay but would have been nice to utilize. Also, having more than one single kitchen towel would have been nice.

• Stephen (8/5): - I was going between a 3 and a 4 but felter a 4 is fairer as it ticks the right boxes for a city break. Location wise the property is pretty well suited. It is just 7 minutes easy walk to the Acropolis and Plaka. There are plenty of great restaurants on the way there too. The Acropolis metro station is around 5 minutes walk and there is also a bus stop right outside. Other sites are also not too far and public transport is cheap and reliable. There is a nice artisan supermarket diagonally across the road, we shopped here most nights (they are open till 11pm). Plenty of other options nearby. There is also a nice bakery directly across the road. The property itself is on the first floor. There is a small lift if you're unable to climb the stairs. Handy the first and last days for cases. The property seems very secure with a good sturdy door and lock. The beds were extremely large and comfortable (one of the best sleeps I've had anywhere) and the air conditioning seems decent. The blackout shutters are also awesome, again best we've had anywhere, room is pitch black if closed fully. Nice big fridge freezer and plenty of kitchen utensils. Shower not too powerful but warm enough. We did have some issues with chairs coming apart and handles being loose on several doors. The road is also busy with some noise but doubt you'll find anywhere quiet in Athens, we all slept fine. Communication from the owner we excellent, very quick to respond.

Chris arranged a transfer for our large group from the airport to the hotel and we ended up using the same drivers for all our transport in Athens! They were amazing and accommodating. Definitely recommend ! Nothing ! Loved it all.

• David (10/5): A fabulous place to stay! - We loved this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location was amazing. A two minute walk to the train station, one minute from many amazing restaurants and food options, one minute from a very well stocked supermarket and about a ten minute walk to the Acropolis. Highly recommend staying here.

They have a coffee shop across the street we could check our bags at for 4euro each. Super convient to check the bags. The apartment was spacious and clean. Nice patio to people watch. There was also a washing machine in the apartment so very helpful. I would stay here again. Great place and reasonably priced.

Needed information on how to unlock the door as it was a little tricky. There were no wash cloths for bathing.

The location is excellent. It is very easy to walk or use the metro to places of interest. There are plenty of supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants close by.

• Andrew (10/5): - We were looking for accommodation within walking distance to the major attractions and this fit the bill perfectly for our family of four. Included 2 king beds (not smaller queen or double). Large, clean bathroom with a washing machine that had a built-in dryer. (Luckily, they left the printed instructions in English to help figure it out.) Full kitchen with everything you'll need. Air conditioning worked very well. The balcony was wonderful for enjoying the evening with a glass of wine and people watching. The hosts were very helpful and were able to assist with transportation from the port and to the airport along with storage of luggage for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend.

• Viviane (8/5): Great location and good apartment! - The apartment is very well located. It is spacious and clean. Kitchen fairly equipped. Beds and pillow are great. Shower takes a bit to get warmed, but works well. We have requested a late checkout, which was not possible since they had new guests coming, and I completely understand. The manager offered us to leave our luggage on the his Coffee shop across the street for about 4€ each. In my opinion, this was very greedy and could be a courtesy. Another suggestion, that guidelines for a checkout should be sent in advance.

Positive suggestion: Replace 2 pin power outlets in lounge and bedrooms with newer 2 pin outlets that include 2 USB sockets. • Peter (9/5): Nice stay in a central located apartment near Acropolis - The apartment has a very good location and it was easy to walk (5-10 min walk) to the Acropolis Museum and entrance to Acropolis. Furthermore was it easy to come to the apartment from the Airport. There is a metro station 3 min walk away from the apartment. There are plenty of nices restaurants, cafes and small supermarkets in the area. We recived all the necesseary information from our host Chris in good time and it was easy to cheek in. The apartment have 2 big bedrooms with pleasant doublebeds and all the needed facilities to have a good stay in Athen. The apartment was very clean and was supplied with clean towels and bed linned. There is a balcony to the apartment, but there are a lot noice from the traffic on the street below during daytime. The apartment is on 1. floor. So we did not sit a lot outside on the balcony and we had to close the door out, when staying in the apartment. Apart from the street noice from traffic there are nothing else we did not like about the apartment and we will properly use it again, when coming back to Athen.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great vacation apartment - Perfect sized, comfy apartment in the heart of Athens, yet not in a touristy area. The fabulous location is close to the Acropolis and museums - just a few minutes walk. The area is filled with great restaurants, bakeries. Transport links are good. Zeta and Chris are perfect hosts: helpful and friendly. Absolutely would stay here again.

Near to the Acropolis, also Plaka area where we have stayed before. Could do with a better clothes dryer on the balcony and clothes pegs. Also when we went out in the evening, when we took the electric card out of slot, the electric went off immediately, we could not see to un lock the door, I had to use torch on my phone.

Chris provided good communication and also arranged taxi transfers from the airport and back which made our trip easier. The road is a little busy, however you expect that if you want to be close to the Acropolis and other attractions.

• Dusekartdesigns (8/5): Good Location, Close to Metro, Easy Walk to Acropolis and Museum - Location was city center. Local area walking to top attractions. Local restaurants were very good. Very close to Metro station. I'm not a fan of street graffiti especially on the marble facade's of buildings and just about anything that can be spray painted. However this seems normal in any city center that's older.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Diese Unterkunft liegt sehr zentrumsnah. Akropolismuseum, Akropolis und die Plaka können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber. In den Doppelbetten lässt es sich bei einer Breite von 1,80 m bequem schlafen. Die Ausstattung enthält alles, was man für Übernachtung und für die Zubereitung von Frühstück/Abendbrot benötigt. Man sollte mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Taxi anreisen, da die Parkplätze entlang der Straße knapp sind, sogar doppelreihig geparkt wird.

Our baggage took a while to come so we may have been 2 hrs late getting to our apartment and there was Chris waiting for us regardless of our delay. He was very kind and easy to deal with. The apartment was perfect for us. Large and spacious. Clean and modern! Location-wise... couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we wanted. The underground subway was around the corner so we were able to get the "The Mall" (which is an awesome mall) in 10 minutes. Super easy. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
