• S (10/5): Quiet and comfortable accomodation in central Naples - Very quiet and clean accomodation at short walking distance to/from to the centre. Strong wifi. Exetremly kind manager allowed us to leave our trolleys in the room on the departing day. Plenty of bars restaurants and groceries nearby. We would definitely return A very minor issue...bedside lamps not functional.

• Pimpinelli (10/5): un bel soggiorno al centro di napoli - la disponibilità del proprietario ci ha stupito, ci ha aiutato rispondendo anche alle 23 tempestivamente. Ottima zona anche per rientrare la sera la camera non presenta tapparelle ma solo delle tende quasi trasparenti

• Lorenza (10/5): Camera ottima e strategica per visitare Napoli - Camera matrimoniale ben organizzata e confortevole. La posizione è ottima, vicina al centro storico e alla metropolitana per poi spostarsi. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e staff super gentile e disponibile.

• ELISA (10/5): Essenziale ma comodissima - Ottima posizione (5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata Cavour/Museo, un minimarket ben fornito vicinissimo). Camera essenziale e dalle dimensioni molto ridotte, ma perfetta per le nostre esigenze (soggiorno di 3 notti). Silenziosa e molto pulita. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

• Elisa (5/5): Da migliorare - La posizione centralissima, vicinissima alla metro, a supermercati Pulizia e servizi da migliorare. L’acqua del lavandino non scendeva, nella doccia dove scorre l’acqua era piena di capelli, odore di muffa molto forte. Ci vuole davvero poca manutenzione per far vivere un’esperienza più confortevole.

• Sabrina (3/5): ASSOLUTAMENTE NO - La posizione era veramente ottima su corso duomo e vicino spaccanapoli. Lenzuola umide, camera piccolissima e muffa sui muri. Nel bagno il phon non era funzionante ne quello da muro e neanche l'altro nel sacchetto. Bagno non aveva la porta ma una tenda per separare l'ambiente. Non so le altre camere ma la mia Procida dovrebbe essere una singola se non un ripostiglio!!!!?

• jaime (8/5): Vacaciones cortas por Nápoles. - La ubicación cerca de estación de metro Cavour, restaurantes y atracciones turísticas , el anfitrión muy amable y servicial. Entraba claridad en el cuarto por cortinas muy pequeñas.

• Francesca (7/5): Piacevole - L’host è gentilissimo e di una disponibilità unica nel suo genere, per ogni esigenza si è rivelato estremamente sollecito e cordiale. Il cucinino è comodo, ed è pratico per chi non vuole mangiare ogni giorno fuori. Struttura centralissima, permette di raggiungere agevolmente a piedi qualunque luogo d’interesse in città. Dando su una zona trafficata, non è raro sentire i clacson dovuti agli spostamenti mattutini

• Carmen (7/5): La ubicación lo mejor. La habitación como tal está muy bien. Además el balconcito es muy chulo - La habitación estaba bien. Y la ubicación es muy buena. A cinco minutos literalmente de la catedral y a pocos más del casco histórico. Además el barrio estaba bien. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje antes de la hora del checkin, lo que nos facilitó mucho las cosas. Me habría gustado una toalla más para usar y que no se mojara el suelo del baño. Solo pusieron una por persona (tampoco dejaron una pequeña para el pelo, pero sin esa pude apañármelas, sin la del suelo no tanto)

• Nicholas (1/5): Terribile - Non era tanto distante dal centro Prima sera siamo arrivati tardi con l’aereo lui consapevole del nostro ritardo aereo e non rispondeva al cellulare, arrivati a Napoli avevamo paura di rimanere fuori e così è stato, siamo rimasti fuori una notte intere e lui al telefono non rispondeva, ho dovuto pagare 40 euro per un’altra camera, l’indomani gli abbiamo chiamato e siamo andati nella struttura sembrava tutto apposto invece, ci a dato una tovaglia per 4 gironi per 2 persone abbiamo chiesto altre tovaglie e ce li a portati dopo 2 giorni, camera sporchissima polvere e peli ovunque, la mia ragazza ha dovuto prendere i prodotti e pulire la camera lei. Non ci sta nessun servizio di pulizie ci siamo trovati veramente malissimi

• Maryna (6/5): - Все було добре, якби не момент з заселення. Чудове розташування, близько до центру. Не було інструкції по заселенню. Ніхто нас не зустпів і не надіслав інструкції. На букінгу на смс зранку ніхто не відповідав. Заселення з 14:00, але в цей час ми так нікого і не дочекалися. Це будинок, на територію якого ми потрапили 8авдяки іншим мешканцям. Далі чекали, тільки після дзвінку (нажаль даного номера немає в жодному меснджері), розмовляли італійською через перекладач, бо ми не знаємо італійської і це було жахливо. Десь о 14:30 приїхав хлопець, який показав де висять ключі і можно було би потрапити до помешкання, якби нам про це повідомили. Враховуйте такий момент і пишіть про заселення заздалегідь, а не в день приїзду!!! Також в помешканні зовсім не ловить мобільний зв'язок!

• Shelly (1/5): THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED IN 😪 - The location The luggage storage before check in time. The room was so small that my partner had to climb over me during the night to use the toilet. It felt damp and extremely cold. The smell of damp and mould was horrendous. There were cobwebs everywhere in the room. The sheets were damp, and they smelt so foisty that we had to sleep with a clean towel over our mouths to breath into. The pillows were lumpy and smelled the same damp smell as the bedding. There was black mould everywhere. The water heater kept ticking and was annoying. The air con which we had to sleep with on heater as it was so cold and damp made a horrendous noise which prevented us from sleeping. Theere was meant to be breakfast provided as its a B&B we booked but no breakfast was provided and there was nothing in the kitchen not even any coffee or tea on offer. I messaged the host in the morning as he was no where to be seen what would he like us to fo with the keys and in the end I just had to leave hung up. He eventually replied 2 and a half hours later. I would not put a homeless person in there as the place smelled that bad they would be better outside in fresh air. The mould could be a health hazard. I would never stay there again even if it was free. We came from another B&B which couldn't accommodate us on our last day this place was €6 per night cheaper and included unlimited tea and filter coffee plus freshly replenished breakfast every morning and was very modern and had excellent cleanliness. I just am so disgusted that Booking.com would allow this place on their site.

• Alejandra (2/5): - Llegué a la dirección y nadie me abrió, intenté comunicarme muchas veces por teléfono y nadie respondió, prácticamente me quedé sin un lugar para dormir y me hicieron el cobro. Creo que no es justo
• Diane (2/5): - Arrived at the property which had been booked for 10 months and was told that there was no reservation and he did not deal with Expedia. Very dodgy and very unhelpful. Luckily Expedia customer service were on hand to sort it all out and get us moved to a nice reputable hotel. Do not stay here!
