The floors in the rooms were dirty and old, there was an awful smell in the room, the room was generally unclean. We checked the facilities and the indoor pool and sauna were unusable. We left not long after check-in and cancelled, we have since requested a refund but they have not replied to us

- Björn (3/5): Cheap, Spacious and Very Dirty - Ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Ze stemde er mee in dat we ons geld terug te geven omdat we een nacht korter bleven. Bed lag lekker. Enorm gore kamer dat je je afvraagt hoeveel maanden is het geleden dat hier is schoongemaakt. Overal plukken haar, vieze zwarte vloer, vieze natte schoonmaak lap in de keuken, Vies servies, Vies toilet. Voor mijn eigen gemoedsrust het matras maar niet verder bekeken. Vloer niet te belopen zonder schoenen of slippers. Bank zo hard als steen, dus pas op, niet neerploffen. Vies!

- Marcin (2/5): - Nearby food places It wasn't a bargain, but the price was attractive. Now I know why. If you don't need sunlight in UR room, and UR not a sanitary freak, this is your choice. While looking for positives... You don't need to set the alarm clock, demolishing next door will help at 7am. There is a pool and only 1/3 of the ceiling over it made me less worry that it might fall over my head (like the 2/3 did one day, and hopefully no-one got hurt)

- nana (1/5): Don’t ever book - It was a lesson in my life Stayed in a studio apartment and paid on arrival (plus 4% extra, as requested). I arrived at 23:00 at night. Even though I didn’t like the apartment, it was late so I stayed. Since there were no restaurants nearby, I bought eggs and made a simple omelette in the kitchen. At checkout, the reception asked me to pay extra for using the pan and plate. I was shocked. I have been traveling for 16 years in many countries and I have never been charged separately for using basic kitchen utensils in a studio apartment. They said there is a note about the kitchen policy, but this was never clearly explained at booking or check-in. Policies like this should be communicated clearly before payment, not after the stay. I cleaned all dishes, left the apartment tidy, and even took photos of towels and the room to document everything. Very disappointing experience. Charging guests extra for using basic kitchen equipment in a studio apartment is unreasonable.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were lovely The pool was a little run down, but the saunas were closed for maintenance which we weren’t advised about prior. The balcony door didn’t fully close which was problematic for my asthma during a very heavy polluted area

- Duy (1/5): Không buồn nói 😅 - Ngày đầu tiên ở: ổ điện tại khu vực đầu giường, tivi, wifi không sử dụng được đã báo lễ tân nhắn kỹ thuật lên kiểm tra thì lễ tân đã xác nhận. Khi ra ngoài về vẫn không sử dụng được. Ngày thứ hai: có nhắn lễ tân báo dọn phòng. Ra khỏi phòng từ buổi trưa đến 20h tối về phòng vẫn vậy. Rác vẫn y nguyên, khăn tắm vẫn y nguyên. Báo lại lễ tân khoảng 20p sau có nhân viên lên dọn với thái độ không hài lòng với yêu cầu của khách. Khách sạn nên xem lại thái độ của nhân viên dọn phòng. Ngày thứ ba: tạm biệt và không bao giờ quay lại 🙂

Xin thêm 1 cái gối gọi 2 lần không mang lên. Chúng tôi phải bỏ khách sạn này ngay trong đêm. Khách sạn 4 sao gì mà vừa hôi vừa bẩn. Sàn nhà bị bong gạch sàn không chịu thay đổi.

- Paitin (7/5): Nice room, needs renovation - The room was huge, pretty much a whole apartment with kitchen area and big bathroom, the bed was comfortable and the staff were nice The bathroom needs serious renovation, there is a large hole in the ceiling from water damage that water comes through from upstairs onto the toilet. The shower head is above the bath, but because the bath is not sealed around any edges, all the water from the shower flows directly out and floods the bathroom. Also the aircon pours water out very fast so we could only have it on for 10 minutes at a time. In general the room needs a deep cleaning on the floor on bathroom. Lastly the location is 20-30 minutes motorbike drive from the old quarter

Обманут со скидками, несмотря на то, что мы сами вы - В Ханое нет ничего далеко, а стоимость такси позволяет доехать хоть куда, поэтому место нахождения отеля нам понравилось. Хорошая планировка апартаментов. Не было шума в самом отеле, зато невероятно слышен любой шум с улицы!!! Двери на балкон никак не блокируют его и потому слышно все! Очень и очень грязно! Мы заселились и были неприятно удивлены пыльной мебелью, грязным полом, на стенах в душевой и ванной прилипли волосы бывших жильцов, посуда вся грязная, микроволновка тоже, стакан был разбит и мог повредить губы - хорошо, что сращу заметили. После замечания менеджер обещал навести порядок и предоставить 50% скидки за одни сутки. Порядок навели, но скидку не дали. Менеджер бессовестно прятался.
