- Zoraida (6/5): Habitación muy pequeña para que dos personas pasen 3 noches, es incómodo. - La limpieza, las camas y almohadas nuevas y cómodas con buenas sábanas. Buen descanso. La habitación estaba muy limpia y no había olor a ambientadores ni productos de limpieza tal como solicitamos en nuestra reserva. Las personas que atienden el desayuno y todo el personal de la recepción a excepción de la persona que nos recibió a nuestra llegada que fue poco amable y muy seco en el trato al hacer el check-in con lo que no nos sentimos animadas a pedir un cambio de habitación. El espacio de la habitación 205 para dos personas es extremadamente estrecho e incómodo. Si abres las puertas del balcón ya no puedes poner la maleta abierta. Y si la pones encima de la mesa ya no tienes ninguna otra mesa. La única silla para poder usarla en el único espacio posible ocupa lo que se supone que es el espacio para poner la maleta. Un rompecabezas que hace que la puerta tropiece con la pantalla de la televisión cuando entras al baño.

The scrambled eggs and lightly done bacon were in fact the best we had in our 2 weeks in Italy. Being more familiar with the large breakfast buffets and huge choice of food in Asian hotels, I hate the usual rubbery scrambled eggs and overdone bacon (if available at all) in European hotels BUT this was perfect. I fully appreciate that nothing is free in Venice but a bottle of water in the room would be nice and surely a small kettle would be appreciated by guests ... I was aware there was no kettle from the description so this is not a compliant, it’s merely a suggestion.

We stayed in room 55 on the ground floor which is near the kitchen/restaurant area and a lot of noise(loud talking and plates clinking) in the early mornings. Wi-Fi was abit poor. Sometime it wouldn't connect or to get good connection you need to go towards the door from your room.

- William (4/5): Not as promising as it seemed - The hotel has a central, yet quiet location, at the bottom of an alley. Very convenient for trains and buses. Most of the staff at reception were courteous and helpful. Prior to their arrival, when guests message a hotel via the Booking.com website, it is courteous to respond to the question rather than ignore it. When guests specifically request two single beds and arrive to find a double already made up (but with single mattresses), it does not go down well. And no, not every guest will complain if they are tired. We were given room 55 next to the ground floor courtyard. Interestingly, the little corridor leading to the room has canvas sheets instead of walls. This became even more interesting when a thunderstorm ripped the sheets from their hooks, leaving me to reattach them. This set-up enabled easy access to room 55 for mosquitos too, even in early May, so that added to the inconvenience. I am not convinced that the floor of the room had been properly cleaned prior to my arrival. Wi-fi quality was poor, perhaps because of being on the ground floor with various floors above. I had to go out into the reception area to get an internet signal. Considering that I paid well over £100 for this small room (no breakfast), I cannot say that I was impressed. That said, other guests in different rooms may have had entirely different experiences.

Para uma - A acomodação possui uma localização estratégia para quem busca estar próxima da estação, para deslocamento rápido após a chegada pela estação de trem. Recepção com funcionário 24h foi um diferencial. O ralo do banheiro estava entupido ou com pouca vazão. Quando ligava o chuveiro acaba inundando e ficava cheio até terminar o banho. O banheiro é cheio de pernilongo e o ar condicionado faz barulho quando ligado. Na 2ª noite ouvimos muito barulho de conversa de outro quarto. O banheiro e o box de banho são pequeno e o chuveiro.

W niedzielę zabrakło pieczywa, w to miejsce położono placuszki. Brak moskitiery w oknach a dużo komarów. Słabo wygłuszone pokoje. Słychać rozmowy sąsiadów i korzystanie z łazienki.

Gayet sakin bir muhitte yer alıyor otel. Oda oldukça küçüktü, bunun haricinde olumsuz bir durum yoktu. Tavsiye ederiz. Odaların ve banyonun çok küçük olması.

- Michelle (2/5): Unpleasant - worst customer service I ever experienced! - The property was clean. The male front desk staff who was on duty for the night of April 26,2025 was really bad in customer service. I requested twin beds room and got confirmation from the hotel via email 1 days before my arrival. However, when I got into my room, the beds were not separated and there was only 1 blanket and 1 bed sheet for 2 side-by-side twin beds. I came down with my luggage telling the front desk that I requested 2 twin beds. He confirmed that the room should have set up as twin beds and told me to check again. I went up and confirmed the beds were next to each other without additional blankets and bedsheet in the room, so I came down again to the front desk and asked for help to separate the beds as twin beds and asked for another set of blankets and bedsheet. This staff told me that he couldn’t help with it and had no way to separate the beds because “it’s not my job.”That was literary exactly what he said to my face as a guest. So… is it my job to bring my own blankets and bedsheets when staying at a hotel, especially after the hotel confirming me on my request with 2 twin beds? He didn’t seem sorry about his words/action and the hotel under-deliver its promise to a guest booking. Unacceptable. Also, the hotel location wasn’t that great - the entrance was very private and the alley to it was locked and closed at night. So I had to detour for a longer walk to the hotel after dinner.

Parking GRATUIT 👍. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. On a pas de restaurants à proximité le soir....mais on peut aller facilement en bus en centre ville (5 minutes) ce qui compense

- Rudolf (8/5): Super um die Stadt zu erkunden. - Super Lage nahe zum Bahnhof und allen notwendigen Facilities (Läden, Restaurants, Supermarkt) :-). Reception 24 h besetzt. Frühstück war gut. Dass der schmale Zugang zum Hotel über Nacht geschlossen wird hat niemand erwähnt; man musste selbst eine Alternative suchen. Ein paar frei zugängliche Infos zu Venedig (Sehenswürdigkeiten, Fortbewegung, usw.) wären wünschenswert; z.B. mit einem Info-Dossier im Zimmer. Obwohl das Zimmer nicht zu einem Kanal ging weckten die Möwen am frühen Morgen jeweils mit einem Riesenkrach.

- Behnam (10/5): nice! - The room was very clean. I had an online meeting, and the receptionist was kind enough to let me stay in the restaurant after checkout to join it. The hotel is very close to Venice Santa Lucia railway station. The hotel had one iron and it was broken.

- giusj (3/5): Mai più - Solo la posizione e l'esterno dell'hotel La stanza, accanto la reception e di fronte l'ingresso con finestra su un pozzo luce pieno di roba,stanza buia e calda,aria condizionata rumorosa e filtri sporchi,ho avuto allergia fino al giorno dopo. Colazione a pagamento a 10 a testa, eravamo indecisi se farla ma dopo che abbiamo visto la camera ci è passata la voglia e l'abbiamo fatta fuori. Dispiace per il personale e per quanti lavorano lì ma il prezzo pagato(157 con tassa di soggiorno a parte) era troppo !

- miguel (5/5): - el hotel esta bien ubicado y las habitaciones funcionales y bonitas, el personal amable. no puedo ponerle mas de un 5... mas que nada porque nadie nos avisó que no hay aire acondicionado funcionando cuando en la reserva lo pone. Pasamos un calor horrible la primera noche la cual no pude dormir bien, lo comenté y el hotel no me ofreció solución y booking tampoco muy mala gestión por esa parte que marcó mucho mi descanso. el hotel y booking no atienden algo tan importante que es que yo he pagado un servicio que no me han ofrecido, sinceramente lamentable por parte de booking tambien, ni se han hecho cargo habiendo un incumplimiento de contrato de un servicio que yo he pagado.

- Claudia (9/5): - la comodidad de la habitación, solo un poco pequeña.El espacio es pequeño para dejar maletas de 3 personas 1)No me gusto en absoluto el mal servicio del recepcionista.Compramos unos sandwich para compartir con Mis hijos y pedimos por favor un plato y cubiertos para poder usarlos en la habitacion y la respuesta fue NO TENEMOS PLATOS.. Y NOS NOS FACILITARON PARA PODER UTILIZARLOS. 2) SOLICITE PODER UTILIZAR AGUA CALIENTE PORQUE ESTABA MUY RESFRIADA Y NECESITABA tomar un remedio, el agua no estaba disponible en el hall de recepción y habia que calentarla, no habian vasos o tasas, fue mala voluntad del recepcionista. Al día siguiente el otro recepionista consulte por lo mismo y fue muy amable y calentó el agua y me facilito una taza.. Porque es tan distinto el trato de los recepcionistas? hay mala voluntad en algunos. ESO NO HACE AGRADABLE LA EXPERIENCIA CONSIDERANDO QUE UNO VIAJA TANTOS KILOMETROS Y LOS ESCOGIMOS A USTEDES!!! SE DEBE MEJORAR URGENTE.

- Cichitosi (4/5): - Location and breakfast The room was on the top floor without an elevator. So I have to go up the stairs. The air conditioning does not work and the room was extremely hot during the whole day and night. If you open the window of the room the mosquitos come inside and the smell of cigarettes comes also. The bathroom has a leak on the shower and the bathroom floor was always wet. Good location with bad quality of room to rest and sleep. Besides one, the receptionists were also not friendly.

Sinceramente non mi aspettavo un livello di qualità così alto a un prezzo così conveniente: è stata una meravigliosa sorpresa! Ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto ogni punto di vista. La camera era impeccabile, pulitissima e molto confortevole, con grande attenzione ai dettagli. La posizione è perfetta per visitare Venezia e rende tutto ancora più piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff, sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale: ci hanno fatto sentire accolti e coccolati come a casa. È raro trovare un servizio così attento e cordiale. Senza dubbio torneremo e consiglieremo questo hotel a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza davvero positiva a Venezia! - Rodrigo (7/5): Buena estancia y todo muy cómodo. - Buena ubicación, el personal muy agradable. Muy práctico la opción de elegir o no el desayuno por 10€, tiene lo necesario para empezar el día. El aire acondicionado frío no funcionaba. Solo había ventilación en modo calor por lo que no se podía enfriar la habitación.

Det vi kommer ind til på det nye værelse er ikke en upgrade - det er mørkt og koldt rum, der lugter af kloak fra badeværelset og ligger klods op ad køkkenet, som begynder at larme fra kl 06:00 om morgenen.

Petit déjeuner complet. Chambre mal isolée, on entendait les voisins du bas. Salle de bain très petite et oreillers plats et durs.
