• Fernando (5/5): - I switch from a king bed to two queen beds and they charged me $30 never heard of that before. I reserved a king bed when I got there I changed it to two queen beds and they charge me $30. Never heard of that before not even in a five star hotel. Also, the AC in the lobby was broken and anything I wanted to charge to the room I had to pay upfront.

• Amy F. (2/5): Will not stay here again. - The location was great as it was close to UCF where my son attends. We were attending his college graduation. The lady at the front desk was not friendly. She was on the phone when we approached the Desk for sheets and a pillow for the sofa bed. She continued to talk on the phone to apparently a coworker complaining that the Breakfast person called out for the next day. We stood there for quite a while until she acknowledged us. Breakfast was awful all three days! We figured the first day was because they were short staffed. It was the same food each day, no variety. The toaster was broken, the waffle mix was too thick the first day and too thin the second day. Which didn't make for good waffles. Scrambled eggs and sausage were offered each day. White bread, which we could not toast. We opted not to eat there the third day. Which was unfortunate considering the price we paid for our room! It was very expensive and I'm assuming it was because of the graduations taking place that weekend. As for the room, the bathtub was so dirty, and it was obvious that it has not been scrubbed in a long time. We had two bath towels for four people staying in the room. Which was in the reservation. No washcloths, no shampoo and one roll of toilet paper. There were not any pool towels either. When we asked the lady at the front desk if we could get some towels, she said they did not have any. We went back several hours later and we were told by a different lady that they didn't have any because the hotel was booked. It just was not a good experience at all. I also want to add the pool was not clean and full of leaves. This hotel needs some TLC!!
• Latressa (2/5): Never Again! - The location Stayed there before and everything was good. So I booked there again May4th-5th and it was horrible! Upon entering the room it was an unusual smell but I always bring my own disinfectant spray. One of my beds had a spot on the duvet, the tub had a ring around it and hair in the tub letting me know the room wasn’t clean which explained the smell. The inside of the toilet was also dirty! The window didn’t have a screen and the refrigerator didn’t work at all. Reported this to the night clerk but I was told there’s nithing she can do about it because she was there alone. The wash towels was so thin and worn that once they were wet you can see through them literally they may as well had holes in them. The next morning no one asked about my stay nor my complaint which really bothered me. Until they go under New management or get housekeepers that cares I’ll never stay here again which is upsetting because I come there to visit my daughter at UCF.

• Lopez (5/5): Mala experiencia - Al llegar al cuarto no funcionaba la batería de la puerta por lo que estuve 2 días sin poder abrir la puerta con la tarjeta tenía que ir al lobby para que vinieran abrir y las toallas rotas y bien manchadas la ropa de cama manchada la alarma de incendio se quedó activa sonando lo notifiqué y nunca lo resolvieron a demás nunca le dieron servicio al cuarto lo que fue un disgusto ya que no pudimos descansar bien.

• robertsU8500GN (2/5): Just go somewhere else. - I checked in on 4/17/2026. I arrived at the hotel around 5pm and check in went very smooth. The staff at the desk was very friendly and got me checked in quickly. When I arrived in my room 319, it was extremely warm. I went to the ac unit and it wasn’t even on. I turned it on and set it to 60 with max fan to cool the room down. We left at 6:45 to go get dinner and the room was still very warm. I asked the front desk how long does the room normally take to cool down and was told about an hour or so. Was told that a lot of rooms the ac gets turned off after guest check out and the ac takes a little bit to get going. We came back from dinner around 8:30 and the room was still extremely warm. Around 10, I called down to the front desk and complained that the room was still extremely warm And you couldn’t feel the cool air coming out unless you sat at the unit. The lady from the desk came up and stated she would try to reset it but she wasn’t a maintenance person and couldn’t guarantee anything. She even stated it was very warm in the room when she walked in and mentioned you couldn’t feel the cool air by the beds. I then asked about switching rooms and was told there weren’t any rooms available. I even stated I could go online a book the same room I was in and was told I couldn’t switch. When I complained about needing to talk to someone else to make more of a complaint, I was given the general managers card and was told to email her because she’s the only one who could give refunds or any kind of discount and she wasn’t there. Was stressed to email her as the numbers on card would call the desk and would make it to her. I then set up the sofa bed for my kids and found out there was no bedding in the room for it. So went down and asked for it. When given the “bedding” I was given two blankets and a shower curtain. When I made it to the front desk to return the curtain for a sheet, both the gentleman and lady behind the counter seeemed annoyed I was back. But when I told them I wasn’t given a sheet, which they tried arguing I was showed them the shower curtain to which both of their jaws dropped. I sent the manager and email and I will attach all correspondence from to and from her. She told me that maintenance checked the room and the ac unit was satisfactory for the room. If you want a room that has a chance to be warm for 7+ hours after arrival, with staff who can’t really do much to help other than just saying sorry then book here. There really wasn’t anything good about the hotel. I overheard multiple people complaining about their rooms and the lobby being warm. Just to to a different hotel and skip this one This is what the owner said back on a review: As per your threat to leave a negative review if we don't give you a free night - you went ahead and did so. I think most people reading these reviews know your type and why you do this. We will not be blackmailed. Please don't come back. I never once asked for a refund, demanded a free night or any kind of money back to me. I was told to email the manager because she was the only one who could do anything.

• Relax20529639248 (4/5): No terrible, far from good - Check it was easy, receptionist was polite. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but was far from good. I found a hair band in the bed as if they didn’t bother to change the sheets. The iron was dirty and left my shirt marred and stained with brown crude. The shower’s water pressure felt like Orlando was in the middle of a drought. All but one towel had dark spots or stains and/or holes. They put out the tiny 4-5oz cups for drinks at their “breakfast bar,” so instead of drinking your drink with your meal, you’re constantly getting up to refill your tiny shot-glass of juice. There are much better hotels in the area for that same price. Stay here only if you need to.

• BARBARA (9/5): was good for the money - the young lady at front desk who checked us in was exceptional The half sized or little hard couch pillows covered and used on the bed were cheap and tacky.

• Jorge (10/5): Very comfortable 2 days of Orlando Wetlands birding - The property was fine. We had everything we needed for a couple of nights. Everything looked and worked fine. The lady at the front desk that received us was exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. She made a difference to our stay.

• Jessica (9/5): Descando! - El desayuno estaba delicioso, aunque el pan estaba un poco duro no se si por el frio. La habitación fue muy cómoda, me permitió tener espacio para cenar, pero trabajar y relajarme todo en uno. Me gusto que me sentí segura. En cuanto a la limpieza en el baño habían residuos de cabello en la bañera y el toilet. Las toallas se veían un poco curtidas, eso pudo pasar por el uso continuo. Recomendamos cambiar el color, para que si es por el uso no sea tan evidente. En cuanto al lobby, recomendamos los asientos de tela tienden a durar un poco mas que los de piel o ponerle una cobertura, los de cuero estaban afectados. Considero que la comida congelada $7 es muy costosa, mejor en $5 para ser justo.

Mustard packets that were so old the mustard was brown. The lobby was dirty, clearly not vacuumed recently, trash on the floor and debris on counter tops. The room wasn't better hair all over the bathroom floor. Stained duvet covers and possible blood on the lamp shade

Bathroom door needs to be fixed , some stuff falling off . - Very affordable The noise early morning from other rooms in and out of their units in the wee hours of the morning . The sound is loud and it made sleeping impossible . So if you’re a light sleeper pls avoid the area . There is also a restaurant or bar in front and the noise was bothersome until am .

I wouldn't really return, it's midnight and I'm still checking that my suitcases do not have a cockroach to avoid pests in my house. The bathroom was dirty (fungi on the wall of the bathtub and the toilet was darkened with tartar. Everything was fine, for me it was the dream hotel, I always stay with my family in the West Bestern franchise, but when I was on the plane my husband showed me the video of a cockroach on top of the TV furniture in the room. that is disgusting. Postscript, the photos do not show well, but the walls were with pink lines full of fungi and you can see nasal secretions on one of the bathroom walls.

• kimberlyrP3603NF (4/5): Poor now but could be fixed easily - Based on the reviews here I took a leap but I would not stay at this property again. It’s mostly little things that could be remedied. Rooms are still dated. They might have had a glow up but still old carpet that smelled like dog. Older A/C units musty. Bathrooms have no ceiling fans so moisture is creating ceiling stains and mustiness. Bed and Bath linens need an overall. You can see through the washcloths that are falling apart. Stains on the bedsheets. No water pressure in shower or sink. On the positive it was cheap so maybe this is one of those you get what you pay for. Luckily we were just sleeping there. The breakfast options looked okay and front desk was friendly and check in easy.

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was great and most importantly… The staff was incredibly friendly! My husband and I woke up late and missed breakfast. I went downstairs to get a cup of coffee about 20 minutes after breakfast ended. The breakfast attendant, Elena, said did you miss breakfast? I said yes, I overslept. And she said, I have some breakfast here for you. I haven't taken it back yet. Everything was still in the warmers, but the light was off, she switched it back on and got me everything that I needed. Amazing Customer Service! Nothing!

• karenhR937ZW (10/5): Phenomenal staff and great room/hotel - I was very pleased with this hotel. Got a good rate and the room/hotel was very nice. Brand new furnishings with a nice sitting area, great a/c, comfortable bed, SOFT towels that are a good size, clean carpet in room & hallway, plenty of hot water with good pressure. There was a problem with smoke alarm chirping 2 nights and a couple of college kids a little loud for a minute in hallway at 3am, but the hotel staff is so phenomenal, I did not reduce rating. The girl that turned a/c down for me because of a 10pm arrival is why my stay started off so well and I will be returning every 6-8 weeks most likely.

• JENNIFER (10/5): - We enjoyed the amenities at this hotel- the room had a king bed and a pull-out mattress, there was a microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee machine, and a real door on the bathroom, as opposed to newer hotels. The staff was helpful. The hot breakfast was very good as well as the 24-hour coffee and tea in the lobby. We will stay there in the future.

• Christine (2/5): - HORRIBLE!!!! A/C did not take humidity out so everything damp. No sleep in both rooms we had because of this. Changed to 1 room sharing second night and gave us a dehumidifier.... humidity so bad you had empty full tank every hour half to 2 hours!!! Again no sleep!! Manager refused any refund, yet all our things are damp and no sleep. Very rude and refused even speak with me and made front desk worker do everything Floors sticky on carpet, numerous black long hairs on bedding, yet we are all blonde. Breakfast not good and only til 9 week days. Do not waste your money. Very rude and unprofessional manager. I will be contacting their main office!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Clean room, pleasant staff, needs new linens - The room was clean. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Kala and the breakfast service staff. Things to note more on the unpleasant side- It was a king bed and there were only four small pillows that were thin and did not take up the width of the bed. The sheets and towels were clean, however, stained and very worn.

Accesible oda gayet iyi ve büyüktü. 1. Amerika’da iken birden fazla otelde kaldık. Ancak bu otelde oda temizliğini yaptırmak son derece güç oldu. İlk girişte resepsiyon dakilere söylemek gerekiyormuş, ya da biz anlamadık. Buna karşılık devamlı istek yapmamıza rağmen ilk üç gün ne yazık ki oda temizliğini yaptıramadık. 2. Banyosunda böcek görmemiz ufak da olsa bizi çok rahatsız etti. 3. Odalara serilen çarşaf ve yatak örtüleri kirli idi uyarıımızda değiştirdiler ve herhangi bir sorun olmadı.

• 131julissat (2/5): Stay away. - Towels were dirty but the bigger issue was the pounding of the door next to our room through 2:30 am. Supposedly it was a staff member trying to open a door with a knife. When we opened the door he didn’t identify himself. When we spoke Kala in the morning she apologized but did not provide a solution and was dismissive. She even said my facial expression was aggressive. Not sure what that means.. stay away!
