• Marjo (9/5): Viehättävä pieni hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla - Viihtyisä, elegantti pieni hotelli jossa koiravieras oli myös erittäin tervetullut. Hyvä ja keskeinen sijainti mutta kuitenkin pienen matkan päässä turistikohteista. Autenttista pariisilaiselämää. Huonounisille sijainti vilkkaan bulevardin varrella voi olla liian metelinen.

Beautiful location, really charming. Would be nice to have extra water in the room in a little fridge instead of having to go down but the complimentary mineral water in an eco friendly manner is probably worth it.

Our room provided a lovely view and ample space to comfortably accommodate our three large suitcases. The breakfast was of good quality and reasonably priced. The staff —from the front desk to the breakfast service and housekeeping —were consistently kind, friendly and welcoming.

A considerer serieusement pour un hotel 4* dans le quartier St Lazare, Miromesnil et St Augustin La climatisation ne marchait pas, je sais pas si la claim est desactive durant l'hiver, ce qui n'est pas ideal car ces jours ci il peut faire chaud vers la fin de la saison et ce n'est pas possible d'ouvrir la fenetre car l'hotel est plein dans la place St Augustin. Aurait apprecie un minibar/frigo dans la chambre. Aurait aprecie une bouteille d'eau par jour et non pas juste pour la premiere nuitee.

On our first night we were recommended a great restaurant nearby - we really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The location was really fab, easily accessible by metro and a 30 minute walk from key attractions. With this location though did come a very very noisy night's sleep... remember your earbuds unless you find the sound of sirens and a busy road peaceful! The pillows were also not comfortable... but for a short city break, we were really impressed!

We were welcomed royally from the moment we arrived. The family room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the hotel’s location is ideal—we were able to walk easily to some of the best restaurants and shops. The icing on the cake was Djila. She is an absolute superstar. My daughter and I loved waking up for breakfast because of her. She truly knows how to welcome guests, and she made a real difference in our stay in Paris. Always smiling, warm, and attentive, she offered my daughter the best breakfast options, and my husband—who is a true coffee lover—thoroughly enjoyed the coffee she prepared for him. Thank you to the entire team to make our stay memorable, and a very special thank you to Djila. We will definitely come back again ❤️
• Justine (8/5): Un havre de paix dans l'agitation parisienne - L'accueil du personnel, la mise à disposition des services (impression notamment), la qualité de la literie et le style so vintage des chambres avec sa baignoire sur pied ! J'oubliais la vie est exceptionnelle si vous avez la chance d'être côté place Saint Augustin. Le parfum parfois trop entetant dans la chambre et dans le salon de l'hôtel.

We arrived early and were able to check in straight away, which was such a welcome start to our trip. The welcome was genuinely friendly and warm, with lovely personalised touches that immediately made us feel special. We were blown away by the suite — beautifully decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out with private areas to relax. The daily servicing was excellent, and the views from the room were simply splendid. It felt elegant, calm, and authentically Parisian. The hotel is comfortable, charming, and in a fantastic location. It’s easy to walk to central areas and is right next to a metro station, making getting around effortless. A proper Parisian gem — we will absolutely return.

The staff were very friendly and respectful. The breakfast is okay, although you have many great bakeries and coffee shops around, so is isn’t a must.
