• WENDY (10/5): Brilliant - This has ranked as my no 1 place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and very calm environment overlooking Manly harbor. Easy walking distance to Manly, ferry and beach. We felt like a local whilst staying. No complaints at all, except that I could have easily stayed longer.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Perfect for a short break - The location was stunning and the rooms beautiful, overlooking the water. Easy walking distance into Manly so once we had parked the car down the slope we didn't have to use it again
• Rika (10/5): 最高 - Melodie is the perfect host. The room is very clean and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable, and the desk in the living room with an ocean view also doubles as a bed. Since there were two of us, it was convenient because one could sleep while the other used the bed to look at their phone without disturbing. Relaxing on the spacious couch in the garden while watching the boats go by was truly delightful. We stayed for two weeks and felt completely at ease. I highly recommend this place to all guests.
• Christine (8/5): Great views and the owner was extremely kind and helpful. - The location is outstanding with fantastic views of Manly Cove. No cooktop or oven. There were two microwave ovens, though one was on top of the fridge & difficult to use. A small air fryer and a plugin, one plate induction top would have been great. You can get each of those for around $50 in Aldi. Also no dishwasher, though that’s not a big issue. It’s quite a walk to the nearest restaurant, so improved cooking facilities would be good. Strangely, there were pans in the cupboard. Otherwise, it is a very nice apartment.

Lovely views. Great apartment everything we need was supplied for our stay. Melodie is so friendly and helpful couldn’t ask for more

• Krause (10/5): Ferry is the best way to enjoy Sydney while enjoying the gem of gorgeous accomodation in Manly - Roomy and well kept property in Manly. Strongly recommend. Walkable to wharf in 15 minutes so we could easily ferry in and back from Sydney. 20 minutes walk from CBD and Manly Beach where we enjoyed 1.5 hr surf lesson with Manly Surf! Parking is steep. Definitely drive forward in. Helpful to have one person help driver back up from parking to main road.

• Stephen (10/5): Outstanding position and views - Perfect location in a nice quiet area with quite outstanding views across the water to Manly Wharf and beyond Cooking facilities were fine but there is no oven or hob (just a plug-in one ring device) and limited cutlery and crockery - without a dishwasher this leads to regular washing-up!

• Tania (8/5): A return to this spot for me because I love it. - Location sublime. Cleanliness excellent, provisions lovely. The only sofa lacked any sort of support, so was difficult to sit comfortably for any length of time. Driveway is a challenge but was made aware of this but if you have a larger car I dont think it would be doable and very limited car parking on street.

• Katja (10/5): - Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Sie ist ruhig und hell, direkt am Wasser. Man kann gut abschalten und wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist, hält man sich gerne in der Wohnung auf.

Melodie was extremely helpful and very welcoming. She also responded very quickly to any queries we had. Nothing not to like.

Host even kindly left a partially stocked fridge with milk, cereal , tea, ground coffee and biscuits. Very nice touch thank you. Quite simply a 10 star location.

Very steep driveway leading to accomadation, not mentioned in original ad. Would be difficult for elderly person or someone with walking aids to negotiate.
