• 西澤 (1/5): これまで何度か貴社のサイト通じ予約して来ましたが、今回は最悪でした。現在も貴社サイトで検索するとこの　SAZI AMILA - １．予約時部屋の条件として Randmark View / City View と書かれてあったのに部屋（102号室）には窓は一つも無かった。２．同様条件にはテレビ / 薄型テレビとあったのにテレビがなかった。３．衣服を収納する棚も無かった。４．冷蔵庫は小さなものがただ床に置かれていた。５．滞在中部屋のクリーニングは一切無かった。６．タオルはバスタオル２枚のみで滞在中一切交換も無かった。６．部屋は薄汚くとても居心地が悪かった。７．ロケーションは高島屋のすぐ裏なので問題ないだろうと思ったが、隣も周囲一帯ゴーゴーバーの立ち並ぶ地域で、夜になるとゴーゴーバー嬢が大勢店の前に座っているようなところでやや薄気味悪かった。夜中にはゴーゴーバーの音楽が部屋の中までドンドン響きうるさくてよく眠れなかった。８．決済条件では４泊 = VND5,246,280 のうちチェックイン５日前に５０％前金をチャージするとのことだったが、前金は何故か VND 1,000,000 を引き落としたとのことだった？そしてチェックイン時に残金 VND4,246,280 を支払ったがカード決済は 3% の手数料掛かるとのことで結局 VND4,374,000 をカード決済した。現時点カード引き落としの全額確認できていないが、何とも不明朗な会計だった。以上のように余りに居心地悪く、また危ない感じもしたので 3月5日～9日の４泊予約したがそこはもう 2 泊で切り上げ、7日＆8日は別のホテルに移動した（Agodaで予約）。予約時条件と全く違う劣悪な部屋に入らされ、挙句に別のホテルに移らなければならなかった原因は貴社 Booking .com 殿の予約情報管理の問題ではと考えます。貴社のお考えをお聞かせください。実態状況に関しては写真などで記録しております。

• Daniel (9/5): Good location, decent furniture, your best sleep will be from 6am -9pm - The set up of the room was really nice and loved the couch with projector. Close to all the good food and parks nearby to include the mall and river boats. I will return here next time and stay even longer. Not the kind of place you want to sleep at night with the loud music going on most of the night. Made me want to get up and go out despite me having an early flight the next day! Hahaha! Staff was not clear on the check in early which the info leads you to believe free early check in but it is not the case. They charge an hourly rate if you wish to check in early.

• Reuel (6/5): Good for nightlife - Place is very small compared to other hotels I booked in Vietnam. Maybe because it’s closer to the city center. It can be noisy because out is in front of a busy street. It also doesn’t have a lot of amenities. But it is sufficient if you only want a place to crash. It is nice if you love the nightlife. What I like the most are the street foods on the street next to it. You can tell it’s good because of the locals eating there. It’s also considerably affordable

• Warwick (5/5): Our stay was OK, the area was good for night time activities. - The location was good. There is a lot to do in the area especially at night. Close to shopping and the river area. The shower had really good water pressure. They did clean the room a little better after complaining. The shower area was not very clean. The walls also needed cleaning. The bed was against the wall which wasn't very clean so I mover the bed away from the wall and found the floor under the bed very dirty.

I request one more duvet and got surprisingly a weird response. They couldn’t provide and told that no one has ever been asking similar. The boy at night react as it was a weird request. This is something I think hotel could be better, to assist customers requests fully. Been to more than hundreds of hotels worldwide and this was the most funny service response at a hotel this year.

• James (10/5): - This hotel is a very good price point for the dual shower with great water pressure and heat. Standard clean beds and good air conditioning. It is small size hotel with few customers, but the staff is very attentive and can accommodate anything. The area is full of dozens of girly bars at night, and many food and shopping options during the day. It is a completely safe area as well. It is located at the center of District 1, and only a five minute walk to the Bitexco skyscraper with a tourist level for city photos. I will stay here next time I visit.

• Richard (8/5): Excellent value, reasonable quality and great location for a fun time in central SaiGon - Brilliant location. Short walk to cafe's and shops/services. Saigon Centre/Takashimaya centre only minutes away , walking. Smack in the middle of the bar district if you like that. Excellent price point for a tidy room with good bathroom and excellent shower. Very clean and friendly staff. Elevator access to upper floors As expected there was a lot of street noise because of all the bars nearby. To add to that there was roadworks to the adjacent street, all night. The noise continues until approimately 5:15am each morning. I didn't mind because I expected this. Just have earplugs. I was in a front room with a view of the street, which I enjoyed. The hotel did offer another room that would have been less noisy, my choice not to take it. That's great service.

Also BE AWARE, this hotel is located near several bars/billiards room. We heard loud music throughout our stay, well into the eraly morning hours. Please be cautious

• Senthooran (8/5): - It was easy to check in and the staff were really friendly and helpful! My room was clean and had a nice view. The only minor set back was the sliding bathroom door, as it was not secured properly and whenever I try to close it it rolls back. Other than everything was great about the room. I wish they had safes in rooms too. Breakfast was good and at times had to wait for them to buy the things but it was not too concerning. However on days when you have hotel pick ups for tours, strongly adviced to go down a bit before 7am to order your breakfast so that they can buy the things or get prepared.

Major sights within walking distance also. Hotel and room were clean, although bathroom was a little small. Breakfast was very simple - 2 eggs, bread roll and a few slices of cucumber and tomato (although there were other options). The young girl at reception was very friendly and helpful. Overall, for the price a good hotel. Would recommend if looking for something very simple but decent.
