• العتيبي (10/5): - المالك لطيف جدا ويتكلم عربي وحريص على انه يرد عليك اول باول ويحاول يحل المشكلات بسرعه ، المكان القائمين عليه عرب بالتالي م تحس باي عنصريه منهم ، الحمامات فيها شطاف نفس اللي فالسعوديه وهذه ميزه حلوه لفندقهم وايضا جيتهم وقت شتاء وكان عندهم اجهزه تدفئه كويسه جدا لو يحسنون عزل الصوت شوي يكون افضل ، لكن بشكل عام يعتبر افضل من غيره من الفنادق الثانيه

• Abdulaziz (10/5): - الموقع ممتاز كل شي قريب لك سوير ماركت محلات قهوه اسبريسو لاب وستار بوكس وقهوات كثيره مررره تحت ومحل برقر لذيذ وبيتزا وصب واي ودومينوز بيتزا يوجد ثلاجه وفرن غاز وغسالة مواعين وغسالة ملابس اصحاب الشقه لطيفين واخلاقهم عاليه واي شيء تطلبه يوفرونه لك يوجد مصعد يوجد شطاف بس الحمامات تحتاج صيانه لأن الرشاشات فيها تهريب والارض تمتلي مياه الشقه تعتبر 3 نجوم واقل المفارش قديييمه جداً سرير النفرين صغير جداً ويهتز الاثاث قديييم والارضيات قديمه والفرش قديم لايوجد حماصة توست لا يوجد ميكرويف مقابل الشقه يوجد مدرسة اطفال والاطلاله على ملعب الاطفال وتسمع اصوات الجرس ووقت خروجهم للعب ولعبهم

Mr. Muhammed, the host, is very kind and attentive, pending any requests that you might have. The location is very good too, close to restaurants, supermarkets and easy to access by car.

• Mo (5/5): Perfect location , perfect owner , but poor maintenance and cleaning - The owner ( Mr Muhammad ) very nice , polite and supportive and always ready to help. The location was perfect and close to everything Beds were comfortable and clean The facility way under maintained , poor cleaning, broken facilities , smell in rooms when raining very basic kitchen with minimal utensils and cooking equipment , mouldy shower screen , mouldy and rusted dishwasher.

Mr. Mohammad was extremely helpful — on our first day he brought us coffee and water, and on the last day, when we needed a vacuum cleaner, he brought it right away. The house was comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. At first, we had booked a three-bedroom apartment, but when we realized there were stairs, they kindly changed it for us. The neighborhood was great — close to all the shops and everything was easily accessible. However, there were not enough pots and pans, and most of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. There were no dishwasher tablets or dishwashing liquid provided, so if you plan to stay for several days, make sure to buy your own cleaning supplies. The bedrooms and bed linens were clean and the mattresses were comfortable, but the house and kitchen overall were very, very dirty. During our five-day stay, cleaning was done only once — and that was upon our request.
• Kartouzian (8/5): Angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt in schönen Bomonti - Das Nupelda Residence ist für die, die sich bisschen mit İstanbul auskennen sehr gut gelegen. Das Aufenthalt ist nur paar Schritte von mehrere Kaffees und Restaurants, die historische Brauerei Bomonti und Supermärkte entfernt. Alles tägliche Bedarfe kann man in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Stadtteil Şişli ist an sich sehr schön und am Leben. Die Wohnung war schön mit schöne Möbel. Man hat schon sich Zuhause gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit gewesen. Ich bin all in all sehr zufrieden gewesen mit der Wohnung und Nupelda Residence. Das einzige Macke war die bisschen laute Umgebung. Die schönen Bars und Restaurants haben auch eine negative Seite und das ist Lärm in späteren Stunden. Aber wenn Ihr eh zum Urlaub machen da seid, wird es Euch kaum stören.

• Saeed (10/5): - أستأجرت شقة مكونة من غرفتين وطلبنا إضافة 2 أسرة وتم تلبية طلبنا على الفور . موقع الشقة في شيشلي مميز وقريب من جميع الخدمات والأماكن السياحية . جميع غرف الشقة يوجد فيها تكييف متابعة وإهتمام من الأخ محمد صاحب الفندق شبه يومية. النظافة ممتازة طلبنا تأجيل تسجيل الخروج إلى الساعة 2 بعد الظهر وتم لنا ذلك. سوف أعود لها مرة أخرى إن شاء الله لا شيء

• Abdullatif (8/5): Go ahead and and stay at Nupelda - The hotel located in a centralized area where all things are available , starting by taxi station, groceries and supermarkets, parking lots and more facilities. The hotel manager is so polite and respectful, he used to meet all our needs.

The hall was large enough and got for family. Apartment equipped with 2 toilets. Wifi was not good at all, we used our own data service. Some part in apartment broken like door frame cover and floor skirting.

Gül gave us the best experience she was super helpful -as she spoke a little bit Arabic- and knowledgeable she explained every attraction so well and gave us great recommendations. We missed our ride to airport she immediately handle it and booked us another one we were on time. The property restrooms had water leakage but they assured that they are fixing it on couple of months.

The location is close to restaurants and coffee shops, and it's also not far from Sisli main street where there are all kinds of shops and services. All was good

• N (10/5): Great apartment style hotel in Bomonti - A very nice spacious and clean apartment residence to stay in Bomonti. Staff is very friendly specially Booma, Ali and the owner Mohammed. Very close to everything. Metro is just a few minutes walk and so is the Halaskargazi road with all the famous shops. Also good food places nearby. The burger joint almost next door is amazing. The room was quite spacious. The weather was unpredictable and a few nights the apartment got very hot and dry. We should have asked how to operate the heater (a little different from normal thermostats) to adjust the temperature.

He was so gentle and kind. The atmosphere was brilliant, all facilities were there, the hotel location is strategic where everything are there including supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel is safe and suitable for both individuals and families. Honestly, everything was great.

Here are some of the things I loved about the apartment: The apartment is located in a vibrant neighborhood, in the heart of Sisli, within walking distance from Taksim square and Osman Bey. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and with all the amenities I needed for a week-long stay and equally important, true value for money. The host, Muhammed, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I would highly recommend the Nupelda Residence Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Istanbul. The location, comfort, and hospitality were all top-notch, and I would stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul.
