Seeing the rooftops of Florence right from my own balcony was simply breathtaking. And a big thank you to the staff for such a warm welcome. Overall, the whole experience was full of beauty and a true feeling of happiness. I will definitely return and stay only at this hotel again.

Das Personal in der Residenzia war sehr hilfsbereit. Als wir mit dem Auto nahe dem Hotel verkehrt in der Einbahnstrasse standen hat uns die Eigentümerin selbst das Gepäck in's Zimmer gebracht! Die Ausstattung der Räume sowie der Zimmer ist mit viel Liebe und Farben gestaltet. Grosses Badezimmer mit 2 Lavabo.

• Roland (10/5): Top Lage, Top Aussicht, Top Personal, Top Hotel! - Das Hotel liegt in bester Lage, nicht weit vom Dom und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Auch zum Bahnhof sind es nur wenige Minuten. Das Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse und der Ausblick davon war super. Direkt auf den Dom! Zum Empfang gab es einen Aperol und einen Piccolo, den wir gleich mit Blick genossen haben. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit. Auch bei der Reservierung von Tickets für die Accademia, die eigentlich schon ausgebucht war. Wir haben uns auch Tipps für Restaurants am Abend geben und gleich im Boccadarno reservieren lassen. Der Fisch war hervorragend dort! Das Frühstück gibt es im Hotel nebenan und das ist ebenfalls super (Wurst, Käse, Eier, Kuchen Joghurt und vieles mehr)! Wir können das Hotel unbedingt empfehlen und würden es sofort wieder buchen!

• Christine (10/5): Deluxe Double Room with Balcony - Worth the Luxury for a couple of nights or more if you can. - Deluxe Double Room with Balcony - Very comfortable a good size room, comfortable bed, soft towels, good sized bathroom and excellent rain shower. Nice sized fridge, plenty space to hang clothes and put luggage and a safe. We found the entrance by accident, in a little square a door next to a coffee shop with a Gold Plaque with the hotel details on. The lift takes you to the top floor. Only a few rooms and the staff were excellent, gave us a map and explained to get electric bikes at train station. A must to get everywhere outside all the main tourist areas. Number Nine for Breakfast could not have asked for better. Great selection, Best Coffee and Fantastic Staff. Although we thought this was expensive, it was worth every penny. We had a lovely time and would stay again. We left our car just out side the door and the hotel arrange for it to be collected, parked and returned. Cost approx.30 euro's a day depending on size of car. A must to visit is the Market. You can eat or just take a look. Go outside of the main areas to see so much more. We will come back and spend more time at some stage. The balcony was lovely to sit on in the morning and at night with a drink and even in the centre was very quiet. If you don't have a car, then the train station is very close to walk to and also just around the corner a supermarket. Look around for good food at reasonable prices. Loved our stay in Florence Nothing we didn't like, but an observation with the shower, if you didn't want the rain shower, you need to get in the shower first and sort out the right dials, or you get rained on... Did not stop us enjoying our stay.

Les prestations sont très qualitatives : excellent petit-déjeuner très varié, literie impeccable, produits de douche Rituals, nous avons eu un apéro offert le deuxième soir, la chambre est très bien isolée, et le grand + c'est cette vue imprenable sur la Cathédrale Santa di Mario depuis le balcon... L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien : en plein coeur du centre ville mais dans une rue très calme. Nous sommes arrivés très tard pour le check in et nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour l'installation. Rien à redire
• Marguerite (10/5): - We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Palazzo dei Conti Residenza d'Epoca. The location was spectacular as we had a balcony overlooking the Duomo! We loved hearing the the ancient bells and enjoying a bottle of local wine on the balcony after a day of site seeing in Florence. The Residenza is so close to all the sites and sounds of the city. The staff was super accommodating and friendly! The breakfast was superb and offered a variety of selections. The bed was the most comfy of our stay in Italy! We highly recommend this stay in Florence!

• Nadine (10/5): Perfekt! Würde ich wieder buchen! - Samuela hat uns überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Sie hat uns alles wichtige in der Umgebung ausführlich erklärt. Die Lage, die Größe des Zimmers und die Terrasse waren perfekt! Minimaler Minuspunkt: der Föhn ist eher ein Lüftchen und die Minibar könnte kälter sein. Wenn man sucht, findet man aber immer was negatives 😉
• Neel (10/5): Perfect accommodations for our last 2 nights in Italy...clean, comfortable, close to sites and train - Our trained arrived a couple of hours before check in. We were welcomed by Samuela who could not have been more lovely and helpful in getting us oriented to the accommodations and to Florence. It may seem like a small gesture but spending this time with guests to answer questions saves so much time looking up things on your phones. She had great recommendations for restaurants and bars as well. 10 / 10! Breakfast next door at Daisy's would very convenient and it doubles as a club at night with no cover.... This is the nitpicky of feedback but to unassuming traveler. Entering the building at the ground floor the building may seem a bit dated and had a bit of a gas smell.....but there is a comfortable elevator and any trepidation you might have disappears instantly at the accommodations.....great view of the Duoumo from gracious sitting balaconies.

Das Frühstück war für Italien ganz o.k. , es wurde im Hotel nebenan gereicht. In diekter Nachbarschaft gibt es eine schöne Cafebar, dort könnte man morgens auch Cafe und Croissant zu sich nehmen. Der Fön war schnell überhitzt, bei der Reception gab es Ersatz! Der Frühstücksraum war sehr puffig!, Könnte mal renoviert werden

Vous êtes à seulement deux minutes à pied du dôme . L’accueil du personnel très agréable et de toute efficacité . La chambre correspond parfaitement aux photos, il y a tout ce qu’il faut, du café, et d’autres boissons, les produits de toilette sont belles qualité et la literie est excellente, très confortable et les lits sont grands. En dernier, le petit déjeuner mérite aussi son appréciation positive car très copieux et varié. Je recommande fortement cet endroit. Petite note, si vous aimez les grasses matinées, vous serez réveillés par la symphonie des cloches du Duomo à 7h30 et 8h00 :)

• Kate (9/5): Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Florence! - This small hotel (only 8 rooms) is in a great location by lots of restaurants but on a quiet street. Short walk from the train station and walk down to the bottom of the street and you’re met with the Duomo just metres away. We had a lovely spacious room that was decorated beautifully! Great modern bathroom with lovely toiletries. All staff were fantastic - special shoutout to Samuela who checked us in quickly at 1pm so that we could get out exploring straight away! If you pay for breakfast you receive vouchers to take to the very fancy hotel round the corner where you can order as much as you like off the à la carte menu. You’re also given a giant basket of pastries as soon as you sit down! Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Florence :) Found it a bit tricky to find when we first arrived - a nice clear sign on the door once you’re out the lift would be welcome.

The balcony was great as a sun trap in the morning and early afternoon. Host was lovely and explained where the major sites were and offered the names of numerous restaurants she recommended. Nice touch to leave wine and biscuits when she realised it was my wife’s birthday! When we return to Florence, we will definitely stay here !! Absolutely nothing

L'habitació és gran i nova, amb bany amb dutxa, tot molt comfortable. L'esmorzar el serveixen en un altre edifici, molt complert. Amb horari des de les 7.30h, permet sortir aviat. Recomanaria aquest allotjament, especialment per la zona on es troba i el confort de l'habitació.

The breakfast is wonderful and setting relaxed and beautiful. Samuela went the rxtra mile preparing an info sheet w all the New Year’s Eve happenings at the many Piazzas. • Shuko (10/5): また泊まりたいと思いました。ありがとう。 - 内装はモダンで充分なアメニティもありとても快適でした。ドゥオモにも中央市場にも近く、食事にも困りません。中心部にあるにもかかわらず、充分な広さで、天井も高く，テラスもあるので開放感があります。朝食は、お隣のホテルでフルブレックファーストをいただきました。出来立ての卵料理とパンケーキがとても美味しかったです。

• joy (9/5): 来佛罗伦萨就选这里吧 - 位置好极了 离百花大教堂很近 如果幸运能分配到最靠里面的房间 在阳台上就可以看到百花大教堂的穹顶 房间很有设计感 宽敞洁净 合作吃早餐的酒店也很方便 早餐的质量很好 几步之遥就是很多好吃的餐厅 工作人员也很热心
