• BELLA (5/5): 一般 - 私密性很好（因为周围都是房子紧密围绕） 位置离地铁站很近，但是离梅田还有1站地铁要走20分钟； 房间采光几乎没有，需要开灯（阳光没法直射进入） 冬天很冷，需要一直开着空调才行；每天为保证安全关掉空调，晚上回来后需要开空调很久才能缓过来；但是空调的热气没办法进入洗手间！洗手间和浴室一直很冷。 床品虽然都是白色但是清洁度很不好。床单和被罩虽然清洁过但是能看出是用了很久没有焕新；枕头也非常软不舒服。

• Jayvie (8/5): - My family and I loved the location though it was at the inside alley so we had a slight problem locating the house. Nevertheless, the facility was great for families since it has a spacious room. The direction of the house was not specified.

• Denise (5/5): Not very clean. Loction good, next to stations & food. Bad house layout, but can comfortably fit 4 people. - Good location, next to stations and food. Beds comfortable and good fit for family of 4. Was not cleaned property: found hairs everywhere (including “washed” towels) and there was dust EVERYWHERE. House layout sucked (had to go downstairs for the bathroom).
• Shih (8/5): Very good - The location was very close to a subway station, around 2 minutes walk. It was very cold when we went in winter, even with all the heaters on. It took a while to warm the room up, especially the living room.

• Nicholas (10/5): Comfortable, spacious and felt like living in real Japan rather than a hotel. - Really comfortable. Great being in a modern feeling yet traditional Japanese house.

• Colin (8/5): Very good - It was spacious and conveniently located to train stations which are within 10min walking distance. The property is located within residential area, so if you are not into self cleaning then it is not wise for you.
• Johan (9/5): Solid Stay - Love the facilities, especially Netflix as we can have family time at night watching together. Enough spaces to hang clothes. The property is small but cosy and a lot to offer. The sofa wasn't comfortable and a bit dirty. Also, it would be nice to put coffee and tea :)

• Sally (7/5): Overall a comfortable stay. Would consider to stay again but perhaps not in winter. - The accomodation was exactly as it was featured in the photos. It was a comfortable size for 2 adults + 2 kids. It's also located in a nice area with many dining options. Host was also responsive in replying to our concerns. The place was a little dusty, as though it hasn't been occupied or cleaned for a while. Also, the toaster looked unclean and there wasn't any foil to use to heat up the frozen food we bought. The living room aircon's heater function doesn't seem to be working but thankfully there were portable heaters to warm up the place.
