• Sena Nur (5/5): - Otel metroya oldukça yakın. Tesiste kurutma makinesi saçı uzun olan biri için yeterli değil. Ütü hizmetleri bulunmuyor. Odada bir su bile bulunmuyor. Odalar çok küçük. Otele ilk girdiğimde resepsiyonda online check-in yapıldığından resepsiyondaki görevli yardım etmek istemedi check-ine yardım etmediği gibi saygısızca davrandı. Otel görevlileri güler yüzlü ve yardımsever değildi.

• Rebecca (8/5): - Big room for japan and a singleroom. Great breakfast. Lift situation is a bit annoying. The lifts go trough your floor number and you have to wait ages. Unfortunately no tattoo friendly onsen, my own problem but still sad.

• Julie (8/5): Très bon hôtel, merveilleux si vous avez une grande chambre. - Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Il y a même un chef sur place qui peut faire des omelettes sur demande. Le seul hic, c'est qu'il faut y aller avant 8:30 h car la salle ferme à 9h. C'est un peu tôt pour des gens en vacances. Le code wi-fi est unique à la chambre et il est possible de voir l'achalandage au Onsen ou l'utilisation des machines à laver sur l'écran de la télé. Les bains publics sont supers ! Il y a également une salle d'entraînement. Les lave-linges sont en quantité suffisante et les sèche-linges sèchent vraiment les vêtements (contrairement aux autres hôtels que nous avons eu). Aussi, il y a un kombini au 2e étage de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. La programmation des ascenseurs est catastrophique ! Pour un immeuble de 31 étages, ce serait à revoir rapidement. Nous attendions très longuement et il y avait même parfois des files d'attente pour le prendre. Donc les chambres en étage supérieure ont l'avantage d'être plus calmes, mais il y a de l'attente en contre-partie. La plage horaire du petit-déjeuner se terminait trop tôt pour nous. Petite chambre. Nous avion une chambre de 11 mètres carrés, incluant la salle de bain. Nous sommes parvenus à s'organiser pour avoir de l'espace (rangement disponible sous le lit), mais disons que nous n'avions pas tellement envie de rester à flâner dans la chambre. Autre surprise : aucun fer à repasser n'est disponible. Seulement des presse-pantalons sont fourni sur les étages, mais ça prend beaucoup de place et l'utilisation de ce truc n'est pas facile, surtout qu'il n'y a pas d'instructions fournies et qu'il faut laisser l'appareil travailler toute une nuit selon ce que nous avons compris. Nous avons donc laissé tomber le projet. Dernière déception: la piscine était fermée, malgré la chaleur en mai, puisqu'elle ouvre seulement en saison qui commence mi-juin semblerait-il.

• 0120 aliceちゃん (8/5): 清潔で合理的で無駄がない - お部屋が綺麗にお掃除されていて気持ちよかった。 1人で宿泊したのでアメニティ等は1人分だけ用意されていて無駄がなく良いと感じました。 早割でお得なセットだったので朝食を付けました。 窓が空けられる部屋だと嬉しかった。

• 小林Yuuko (9/5): - 駅、観光施設へのアクセスがとてもよかったです。 やはり、部屋が狭く、カニ歩きになってしまうことが窮屈でした。。 また、トイレットペーパーの予備がクローゼットにでも有ればなあと感じました。ティッシュペーパーの予備は引出しにあるけど、緊急性が高いのは、トイレットペーパーですよ。 持ち帰る客への対策？ もう一点、使い捨てのスリッパは洗面所でツルツル滑りました。

• Michelle (8/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt super. - Die Lage war top. Es gab sehr viele Kosmetikprodukte( Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta, Bürste, Haargummis, …). Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben nicht gewusst, dass der spa getrennt ist Mann/Frau und man nichts an hat. Außerdem sind Tattoos unerwünscht.
