- Kristi (8/5): A good experience overall, but I may try another hotel next time - Did not try breakfast, but we did enjoy one evening meal at the Bistro. The location was good and generally quiet. Check in was pleasant and staff very helpful and friendly. The pool area was very nice. We chose an accessible room though we did not need it for a wheelchair. As seniors, we chose the room for the grab bars in the bathroom. However, the tub/shower was narrow and uncomfortable to use. Shower water ran outside the tub so I used a towel to wipe it up I noticed the floor was very dirty. The highway is nearby so occasionally you can hear louder cars and trucks, but it wasn't too bad.

- Crystal (8/5): Clean and comfortable short stay, I'd book here again. - Location was good, amenities in room were good. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Room was clean. The breakfast offerings at the cafe were good and convenient to start the day. Proximity to the highway and restaurants was good. Would stay here again! I stayed in room 100, which was right next to the exit door by the stairwell. I noticed that my door would rattle a little any time anyone came in or out of the building, so I'd just make sure not to be by the exit next time. It wasn't a huge deal and didn't ruin the stay by any means, just something to remember next time.

She was so nice, quick and very corteous. She discuss the different options for us during breakfast and ensured all details were taken. She listened attentively with a smile.

It didn’t feel forced—they were just nice people who seemed to enjoy helping guests. The room was clean and well-maintained. It’s definitely more of a business hotel than a resort, so don’t expect flashy décor or a vacation vibe. That said, the room was comfortable and nicely set up. The shower was a little small, but it worked fine. I appreciated having a small refrigerator in the room—it’s always useful. The only downside in the room was the pillows—they weren’t very supportive and could definitely be improved. There’s a small snack and drink shop in the lobby, along with a small restaurant. The breakfast options are somewhat limited, but it’s convenient if you just want something quick. If you prefer more choices, there’s a Wendy’s, a Chick-fil-A, and a 7-Eleven within walking distance, which makes things easy. One thing I really liked was the setup for working. The desk and nightstand had plenty of power outlets, and the Wi-Fi worked well during my stay. Overall, this is a solid, dependable place to stay—especially if you’re in town for business. It’s not a resort experience, but it’s clean, comfortable, and gets the job done.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and mine had a little balcony that I appreciated. We didn’t avail ourselves of most of the amenities but two women at the front desk were OUTSTANDING—Sherika and Britney. They made our stay so satisfying the way they handled our needs, our queries, our concerns. They were the consummate professionals!!

They have a pool, full amenities in your room & a restaurant (Bistro) w a bar. Kevyn was truly amazing. He had a really large crowd (a team) & other hotel guests to take orders from and he really works hard under pressure! Not too many can multitask with that amount of people. Kudos to him! Keep going! - 844julissac (10/5): A boy’s happiness & Courtyard made it happen - Nicole was the representative who helped me make a reservation. I called her with a problem I had. I missed our team booking window and my son really wanted to stay at this hotel to be with his friends. I quickly explained my situation and she did her best to help me out. Unfortunately at that time all rooms were sold out. So I asked if she could please call me if anything opened up. Well later that evening she gave me the call I was hoping for. We have 1 cancellation and it’s only a king bed. I’m like I don’t care I’ll take it. I’ll make it work for me. For her to go above and beyond for me just for my son to be happy speaks volumes for her. Thank you Nicole for making my son the happiest kid on earth. As I arrived Shenicka gave even better news and room opened up with a sofa bed and now that made this mom super happy. Much love to these ladies as they do a fantastic job. You ladies are amazing and awesome personalities. I’ve stayed in many hotels and no one has ever treated this fantastic.

- Susana311 (1/5): Tried to charge me twice and 20% more than the corresponding fare - Overall the hotel is ok. Upon arrival they charged me 20% more than the fare indicated in Booking. When I left, they tried to charge me AGAIN (luckily my card rejected the charge). I messaged them regarding this issue and they never answered. I had to solve it through Booking.
