- Kayla (10/5): Great hotel, wish they didn't over charge for parking - They pools were great. The food at the restaurant was delicious, very convenient having a restaurant on site. Breakfast was lovely (although not included in the cost of the room). We loved the family room with two queen beds and the pull out couch, plenty of room. Paying for parking at a hotel we are already paying to start at is silly.i felt nickel and dimed, there were also a lot of big greyhound buses taking up the majority of the parking lot on our side of the hotel.

- Jasmine (8/5): - I LIKE THE FRONT ENTRANCE OF THE HOTEL, WHERE EVERYTHING WAS LOCATED, AND VERY WELCOMING. I didn't like how the rooms were set 6 located. I was lost and confused about where to go. There are no luggage carts, so u have to carry all your things back and forth. I was expecting an all indoor hotel.

Realicé la reserva con una tarjeta de crédito, pero al momento de hacer el check-in pagué con una tarjeta diferente. A pesar de eso, actualmente tengo dos cobros hechos en dos tarjetas distintas. Desde el primer día intenté resolverlo en recepción, pero la atención inicial fue muy mala. La persona que me atendió fue muy tosca, poco orientada al servicio y desestimó mi situación sin revisarla adecuadamente. Solo el día de mi salida otra persona, mucho más amable, me orientó y me indicó cómo escalar el caso. Lo más desgastante fue que para resolverlo tuve que hacer múltiples cruces de correos y poner la queja en servicio al cliente. Al inicio incluso me dieron a entender que la responsabilidad era mía. En algunos mensajes mencionaban reservas y plataformas que no correspondían a mi caso, lo que hizo todo aún más confuso. Además, la factura del hotel no coincidía claramente con los valores cobrados en mis tarjetas. El proceso fue demasiado largo, desgastante y mal manejado para un error que no cometí yo. En una cadena de este nivel, este tipo de situaciones no deberían ocurrir y, si ocurren, deberían resolverse con mucha más seriedad y claridad.
- Sarah (10/5): Coming back here! - We loved how close to theme parks we were, the environment was family friendly, the breakfast was top notch, staff were friendly, our room is spacious and comfortable, and the noise was at a minimum when in our room. The parking lot was cramped on Friday.

- Sherry (10/5): Fantastic - I recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Lake Buena Vista in Orlando and had an outstanding experience. The property is beautifully maintained, offers excellent rates, and is conveniently located just a few miles from SeaWorld. The amenities are exceptional, including an on-site restaurant, bar, Starbucks, snack area, two pools, and a well-equipped fitness center. One unique highlight is the large outdoor screen by the pool, perfect for enjoying sports and movies. The rooms were immaculate, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. Most importantly, the staff provided exceptional service throughout our visit. In particular, Mike Fontez at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Orlando area and will definitely return in the future.

They all go out of there way to make sure every detail of your stay is perfect, everyone we dealt with was great: Rocio at the bar was awesome, very friendly; Victoria, Maurice, Danny and Jennifer at the front desk were able to help us out with our check in, any questions, and requests exceptionally; Thais and Debbie were awesome at breakfast service - any problems we had were no problem at all, they solved them quickly with zero inconvenience to us; Rudy in the kitchen was superb at helping us with gluten free options for our daughter. Everybody above offered exceptional service, better than any individual staff I’ve ever dealt with at any other hotel, and as a group they are spectacular. But there is one person who definitely stood out as an all-star employee - Juan, the kitchen manager, went out of his way to make sure that our gluten free needs were not only met, but met with the assurance that our daughter could eat what she likes safely. He came to our table to discuss our concerns, and took the time to assure us that everything his kitchen staff could do for us was acceptable. The next morning, he personally prepared a 100% gluten free meal for our daughter, including everything she likes. Juan was a superstar, and a great addition to the already superior staff. If you are looking for a hotel close to Disney, and great customer service is something that you value, the Courtyard Marriott in Buena Vista should be your first consideration. Did I mention that the pool area is incredible? Our kids loved the giant pool, and the big screen TV was a great addition. Hands down the best stay our family has ever had.
- thomaslK6133PY (2/5): Poor Service - We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre from 27th July to 11th August, and this was our third year staying here. In the past, we have had really positive experiences, which is why we chose to return again. Unfortunately, this stay was very different. The main issue throughout our stay was the lack of cleanliness and housekeeping. Our room was not being cleaned at all. We would leave early in the morning for the parks and return late at night, only to find that nothing had been done. There were no clean towels, dirty towels were left in the room, there were no toilet rolls, and the space had not been cleaned. Bedding was only changed once during the entire two-week stay, which is completely unacceptable. After the first couple of nights, we raised this with reception. We were told that nothing could be done that evening, but that fresh towels would be brought up and the issue would be resolved the next day. While we did receive towels that night, we had to wait around an hour for clean towels to be delivered, and the room still was not cleaned the following day. This then became an ongoing issue. We repeatedly had to go back and forth to reception, but despite speaking to multiple staff members, our room continued to be left unserviced. The situation got worse about a week into our stay. After spending around 12 hours at Epic, we returned to find the room in a very poor state. The bedding had not been changed, there were no clean towels, dirty towels were still in the room, and the room had not been cleaned. This was after days of little to no housekeeping. That evening, we were given a key to another room to sleep in because our room was considered too dirty. We were told it would be cleaned the next day. This was extremely stressful, as we were exhausted and then had to pack a bag and move to a different floor for the night. Unfortunately, things did not improve much after this. Housekeeping happened only sporadically for the remainder of our stay. We spoke to several different staff members during this time and were given inconsistent information about how often rooms should be cleaned. However, the main issue remained that our room was simply not being serviced. One staff member even acknowledged that there had been issues with housekeeping, explaining that rooms were being marked as cleaned when they had not actually been serviced. According to the records, our room had been cleaned on certain days, but this was not true. This was extremely disappointing, especially given how positive our previous stays have been. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and unfortunately this stay did not meet that standard. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not what we expected based on our past visits.

Room was spacious and clean. The pools were not heated as advertised only 2 waffle makers make for a very lonnnnng breakfast line.

The check-in process was smooth, and I was very satisfied with the condition of the room—it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What impressed me the most, however, was the exceptional service after my stay. I realized that I had accidentally left three pieces of clothing in the room after checking out. When I called the hotel to ask about them and requested that they be sent to my home, Saudy Aldana kindly assisted me. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process, and thanks to her, everything was resolved smoothly. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Saudy Aldana for her outstanding support. Her kindness truly made a difference, and I greatly appreciate it.

Traveling with 4 kids I needed some zen time once they knocked out. Just to sit out on the balcony and unwind with a glass of wine. I get there, and ni balcony. I asked for the balcony I booked for. They said it didn't say balcony. I showed them where it indeed showed a balcony. And they shrugged like sorry about your luck. No offer of compensation for the error. Nothing.

- kayanw2024 (2/5): Horrible experience at Marriott - Very disappointing experience at Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre, located at 8501 Palm Parkway, Orlando, FL 32836. On March 17, I arrived with a confirmed reservation that I booked and paid for through Groupon for a one-night stay (March 17–18), only to be told that the hotel had been fully booked for two days and there were no rooms available. This left me stranded late at night while visiting from out of town and forced me to scramble to find another hotel close to midnight. What made the situation even worse was the response from the front desk. The receptionist was not helpful at all and simply told me there was nothing she could do and that I needed to contact Groupon. Her attitude was very cold and dismissive, and I felt completely blown off while trying to figure out where I was going to sleep that night. This was a very stressful and unacceptable experience for someone who arrived with a confirmed reservation.

- J9170ASmf (10/5): Outstanding Service - We’ve stayed in the conveniently located hotel for two nights. The rooms are comfortable and there’s a lot of parking space close to the rooms. I’ve left my AirPods and the hotel operator Saudy Aldana made outstanding efforts and went more than an extra mile to get them shipped to my vacation home before we left back to Europe. Although I recommend not to leave anything at the hotel, they showed that they put their guests first.

No housekeeping for 3 days! The handle on the outside door was broken off. One night, couldn’t get in our room (battery dead). Positive was: comfortable beds , Starbucks in lobby , plenty of parking and fairly good park location. Looks like a worn out hotel that needs a definite refresh. Would not recommend.

Our suite had only 1 trash can to shuttle between bathroom and kitchen area. There was no working light in the bedroom other than one at the desk. The curved sofa had no back pillows unless you took some from the bed—very difficult to use the sofa and it was the only place to sit. The whole property looks so sad. Outside has had a facelift but the rest is about the quality of a low rate motel. Definitely not up to Marriott standards.

- Brimar12000 (8/5): Customer Service - We had originally tried to book in this hotel earlier in the day. The Bonvoy app allowed a noon check in. When we arrived there was gentleman at the front and I asked to check in and he said very unapologetic, “we can’t check you in”. I was confused and he stated again there were no rooms and nothing they can do. He said they just had a large check out and a room would not be ready until 4p. It was more his approach and how he addressed it. No consideration. I had gone 40 minutes to get there earlier and he didn’t even offer to hold my luggage and any type of resolution or even comfort. I was not happy. I left and came back later around 6pm and there was a young lady by the name of JENNIFER T. I told her what happened and she apologized for the situation that had occurred. She was so sweet and so accommodating that she made my day. She was understanding and made me feel like a valued Platinum Elite Customer. She deserves a 5 STAR rating, however, because of the earlier situation, I couldn’t give a full 5 star. Thank you for having Jennifer T!
