After a long back and forth with that i had to attempt to get ahold of someone from booking.com because they messed up my reservation. I tried calling the customer service number, got an ai thing, then when it went to send me to an actual person, i got hung up on EVERY TIME. Absolutely furious with this company and will never use them again.

The beds were listed a queen they were full size very small and uncomfortable, I was in 106 the bed squeaks. The rugs look dirty. There is no courtesy water or coffee or tea! You must purchase everything at high cost! Breakfast to purchase, no blower in rooms no iron on rooms, the sofa bed is small. Expensive for what the provide. &13 parking fee daily!!! That’s a rip off! Will never recommend or stay ever.

- FPC911 (2/5): Total dump. Not up to Marriott standards - I stay exclusively at Marriott properties and this is the worst Courtyard I’ve ever stayed at. It’s totally run down with stained and ripped carpets. Couldn’t even see out the windows because they’re so old they have a haze trapped between the glass panes. We arrived a little after 10pm and there was a group of shady people sitting on the curb smoking right outside the front door. Saturday night at 10pm and the bistro was already closed so we needed to order a pizza. There was a pizza restaurant flyer under our door that we asked about at the front desk and they said not to order from them because they keep trespassing.. that lack of security had us a little shaken.. I mean, how’d they get in?? Anyway I would look elsewhere. This place is a dump.

Refus complet du personnel de faire quoi que soit accusant booking de tout. Le client est manifestement la dernière de leur preoccupation. A fuir !

- vitocZ1025IQ (2/5): Health Hazard and Terrible Service – Do Not Stay Here (Dec 2025 - Jan 2026) - We stayed here over the holidays (Dec 23–Jan 2), and I strictly do not recommend this hotel. It was a stressful and unsanitary experience from start to finish.
The cleanliness levels were appalling. The carpet and furniture are old, but worse, they are filthy. The mattress on the sofa bed and the seat cushions were disgusting. Housekeeping does not clean daily, and even when they did visit, the room remained dirty. I overheard another guest complain that when he checked in one of the windows was completely covered with milk. The worst part was that our daughter developed a rash due to bedbugs and dust mites. This is a severe health hazard.
Some of the front desk staff were unhelpful and lacked basic hospitality skills.
To make matters worse, we were wrongly charged $300. I had to contact Marriott main customer service and explain the situation multiple times. Despite promises to fix it "right away," it took over 10 days to receive the refund.
Trying to get hold of anyone is impossible; they never answer the phone, and there are no email addresses listed on the website. You have to guess how to contact them. They also promised to investigate the hygiene issues and review our refund request, but I have not heard back in over two weeks. They are completely ignoring my follow-ups.
Save your money and your health—stay somewhere else.

- Jorge (3/5): Facilites are Poorly maintained - The location of the property is good, close to the airport and to multiple restaurants, pharmacies and shopping malls. They only clean the room every other day and when they do it, it is mediocre, I tried calling to the receptionist to get fresh towels but they never answered so I walk to the lobby in to ask for it they said yes and they never did it. Last but not least I requested face tissues because we used the first box, and in the nine days I stayed there they never replenished it.

- Nicole (5/5): Could use some improvement. - Mr. Liechtenstein and the driver that was also the jack of all trades were the best part of the stay. The reception area smelled beautiful. The airplane noise, the faulty a.c. unit in 106, the terrible smell in the room, the morning reception staff that told us there was no shuttle offered on site despite us having used it the evening before. We didn't really know what to expect price wise but there was no breakfast and I don't feel we expected that for the price.

- O4918MRyvonnec (2/5): Disappointed – My Car Was Damaged After Staff Assured Me It Would Be Safe - I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Miami Airport West/Doral from November 8–15 while leaving for a week-long cruise. Before I left, a staff member personally assured me that my vehicle would be safe to leave on the property for the week. I trusted that information and chose to leave my car there instead of using a secured cruise parking lot.
Unfortunately, when I returned on November 15, I discovered that my car had been hit in a hit-and-run while parked in the hotel lot. There was no note, no contact, and no help from the hotel when I reported it. I now have to deal with insurance and pay a $500 deductible because my car was damaged on their property.
What made this experience especially disappointing is that I relied on the hotel’s own staff who confidently told me the parking area was safe. If I had not been given that assurance, I would have parked elsewhere.
I expected better communication, accountability, and support from a Marriott-branded hotel. This experience has made me very hesitant to trust their parking or staff assurances in the future.

- Curious45225382319 (2/5): Terrible - First room we was given had a big yellow stain on the bed. Was supposed to sleep 4 but in reality sleeps 3 so had to sleep on floor. Woke up itchy with bites. Shower is dodgy and not the cleanest. Only get breakfast for one so as a family of 4 was crap as we had to pay for 3 more breakfast.

Definitely not Marriott standard - I prepaid through booking.com but the property held the full amount of the stay in error instead of just the incidentals and when I queried it, told me they removed it but never did. I sent them three emails asking to confirm the hold was removed and they’ve refused to respond.

- Ro (7/5): A Decent stay - This hotel served as a satisfactory accommodation for a one-night stay before our cruise. Our goal was to find a decent, budget-friendly option, and the hotel met those expectations. The staff at the front desk was professional, and the rooms, while not modern and having a slightly unconventional layout, were adequately equipped for the price point. Our stay was uneventful, and we had a comfortable night's rest. We utilized the on-site coffee shop for breakfast before our departure. Not very modern

Maria from front desk was amazing and super friendly best part of my stay. All the cleaning staff and front desk were nice. I didnt like that on booking.com they offered free shuttle from airport to hotel and viceversa and when I called they say they do not offer it. Also I arranged transportation back to the hotel nearby and driver never answered the call and when I called the hotel they told me I should call uber.

The lobby and lounge appeared to be newly remodeled and well decorated. There’s a tv and outlets for devices. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant. There is ample free parking . Hats off to The manager Theresa Betincourt she was very nice and accommodating.

There was no ice bucket (not that one would have helped with a broken ice machine on our floor). The pool was unkept and filled with debris.
