A gardróbmegoldás kicsit esetlen, illetve nem értettem, ha előre ki van fizetve a szállás, miért vonnak le érkezéskor kauciót. A világítás kicsit fura volt, de másutt is láttam már hasonlót. This was my first experience living at a Marriott hotel and she really made my experience very memorable. Her friendly interactions and kind aura definitely played a role in how much I relished the experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Manhattan :)

J'ai voyagé avec mes deux enfant et en prenant la chambre avec deux lits double et jn ecanapé lit nous avons pu avoir chacun notre propre lit. c'était trés confortable. La seule chose qui m'a déçu est le petit dejeuner. Je pensais que le petit dejeuner etait un buffet en libre service mais en réalité c'etait un menu trés limité dans lequel nous n'avions le droit qu'a tres peu de produit. Une boisson + un plat salé ou une boisson + deux choix sucré.

Had a little trouble getting the temperature comfortable in the room, but that was probably due to the shift in weather while I was there (arrived on an 80 degree day, down in the 40s a few days later). I think they may have switched the system over to heat in anticipation of the drop, because it kept blowing warm air on my first night and it was very stuffy.

But the best was the wonderful and kind service provided by the front desk staff. Hats off to those ladies. I’m sorry I don’t remember their names, but they made our stay truly special. They gave us a warm welcome and even checked us in despite our early arrival. The room was large with a great view. Very clean room, with staff providing extra towels without us even asking. It was also quiet despite facing the street. Can’t speak about the amenities as I did not use them. But the few times I passed by the lounge, all was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommended. You won’t regret staying at this hotel. Great value for the cost with a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.

• rbsolo (10/5): Checks off all the boxes - This hotel checked off all the boxes for a family of four (kids age 17 and 24) coming to the city for an overnight stay to catch some theater. The staff at the front desk were super friendly, and offered us water and told us to enjoy the show when we left a few hours later. The room itself was on the 31st floor, facing south with a great view of the iconic Chrysler Building. The room was the largest Manhattan hotel room I have ever stayed in, over the course of decades of staying in different places. There were two queen beds and a very comfortable foldout couch for one, so plenty of room for four people. Unlike most hotels with sofabeds which offer little support and thin mattresses with the coils coming out, this mattress was firm and comparable to the regular beds. The common areas, gym and restaurant were on the 12th floor. There is everything you need within walking distance, including a drug store right downstairs and the famous Essabagel across the street. Plenty of dining options at different price points without the hoards of people in other neighborhoods. The theater district, Times Square, and Lincoln Center are all about a half hour walk away. Hint: cheap parking at garage at 206 E 59th street a short walk away.

Elevators are not marked well enough and are confusing as to the floors they do/don’t go to. I was on the 25th floor - room 2511 and there was a strong musty and unpleasant smell in the hallway. Checkout was inconvenient and unclear if rapid/self checkout even existed.

• 962hadleyk (4/5): 2/10. Would not recommend - I recently stayed at the Courtyard Midtown East and unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall. The cleanliness of the room was the biggest issue. The bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly — there were random hairs left behind, painted over water damaged ceilings, noticeable soap scum buildup, and visible stains in the shower. It immediately made the space feel unhygienic and poorly maintained. For a hotel in this price range and location, I expected much better attention to detail. The room itself also showed signs of wear. The door had several scratches and scuffs, which added to the overall feeling that the property isn’t being kept up very well. The beds were another letdown. They were very average hotel beds with little support, and the pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. It made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep after long days in the city. Overall, the stay felt mediocre at best. With the rates charged in Midtown, I expected a cleaner, better maintained room and a more comfortable bed. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations

• Hrishikesh (7/5): - Convenient location. Good staff !! Thermostats were not working. Temperature was 82 F when I entered. I tried to set it to 70 but it didn't work. Staff told us to keep the windows slightly open since thermostats in the entire hotel didn't work. Also they do not have any restrooms in the lobby. Guests have to go to 12th floor for using restrooms while waiting for check-in.
• Audrey (10/5): Fantastic stuff, clean hotel - Property well located very clean. What I liked most about this hotel was the staff. So friendly so accommodating so helpful. Just wanted to make you feel comfortable.

• Hatrick (10/5): Excelente opción para la familia en NY - La habitación espaciosa, limpia y todo funcionando. El desayuno correcto, con variedad y el piso 12 muy cómodo. Creo que lo más destacable es el personal, de todas las áreas que siempre están disponibles y con una sonrisa tratando de solucionar lo que te suceda. Le agregaría secador de pelo al baño y si bien te entregan un microondas si lo solicitas, sería mejor que la habitación ya lo tenga instalado. Cosas menores, realmente es un buen hotel.

• Polly (10/5): Privacy, quiet, ice on every floor! - This is a casual but well-appointed hotel. No pressure to look dressed-up all the time but still a nice space. Also they have a snack room by lobby (24-hr desk) with microwave. They also sell wine at the desk. I didn’t try any but it looked cold. The hotel is located half a block from a pharmacy; close to coffee places, MoMA. Very central. The only thing I could say was a disappointment was that the automated Starbucks machine was not working while I was there (just 2 nights).

• Jennifer (7/5): Overall the location and the rooms were perfect. Double charge caused problems - Location and size of rooms Was charged double at check in and still waiting for refund a week later

• Max (9/5): 9/10!! Spacious rooms and lounge area hit the spot. Would stay here again! - Location was great! Felt safe and secure. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Was easy to get an elevator. Room was spacious. 12th floor lounge area was the best part. Gym was SMALL! They should expand it a bit more. NO LATE CHECK-OUT. This was a bummer but you can request a key card to stay in the lounge (12th floor) until your plane/train/automobile leaves. Was not noisy there and plenty of outlet plugs. Overall, I would still stay here again
