• Nimrita (3/5): - It was a room. Everything was very small. There was no coffee machine. The doors weren’t working. The electronics locks weren’t functioning when I arrived. You have to fill up your water from the bathroom tap. It’s a bit too budget overall. The fan in the room was dirty. It just wasn’t a fun experience. It says it tries to be a local community hotel, but it’s very hard to find coffee before 8:00 in the neighbourhood, so a coffee machine or a kettle would have been good. The water situation was terrible: there’s no vending machine, no place to get coffee. I would not stay here again. The fan was dirty

• Rajeev (5/5): Poor digital access system - Good location Digital access system failed, could not get into the room, during this time the support staff could not be reached by phone nor did they respond to WhatsApp’s for over 2 hours. The safe in the room was defective and could not be used, despite numerous messages to the support staff and their promises to fix the safe it remained unusable throughout the stay.

• Sam (4/5): Good location, small room, not welcoming - The location is good for exploring Munich. The mattress was comfortable. In an era of data breaches and scams, I don’t like a check-in that requires clicking a link and then demands personal information. The entrance to the property and room was a hassle. It relies on a phone, however, should your phone be broken, stolen or out of charge you have a problem. The pillows were thin and lumpy. There was a kettle available but no mugs or cups!

• Daniel (8/5): Cute, central, modern and worth the stay - Excellent location. Nice vibe and cute room. All doors are designed for people who are 6ft tall or less. I am 6’6 and could not walk through any door without bending down. I think the door to the room was maximum 180cm. So bizarre. Also if you’re booking the rooms for your group, it’s painful to assign rooms to different people and give them their own log in to get the digital room key. However, once that’s set up (much more complicated than it needed to be) it was very easy to navigate.

• Michaela (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt mitten in München - Die Lage in der Nähe des Isartors ist super und von dirt aus lässt sich schon viel zu Fuß erkunden. Das Einchecken ohne Rezeption nur über die App ist einfach, aber sicher nichts für Jeden. Mir hat es gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist modern und sehr stimmig. Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu meckern, allerdings sollte man bei der Buchung bedenken, dass das Café, in dem man das Frühstück bekommt am Gärtnerplatz liegt, also ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Bob W. entfernt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, aber das Café öffnet erst um 8:00 Uhr.
• Kathryn (7/5): Loved the location and cleanliness. - The location was excellent—near many restaurants, the river, major s/u-bahn stops, and across the street from a parking garage. The room was clean, and I liked the view. Elevator was efficient. It smelled good. We booked fairly last minute and this hotel was reasonably priced and still available compared to other hotels in this vicinity at the time of booking. I was glad we were able to stay in this location for the price. The room was quite small and austere. There was neither a hot water kettle nor coffee maker. Using my phone for the access code was just okay. Had we booked earlier there were probably better options for the price, but not at the time of booking. Remember the link access comes texted via WhatsApp not email or regular text.
• Nicola (9/5): Moderne Zimmer und cooles Flair - Sehr schöne und moderne Zimmer, technisch hat alles mit der Freischaltung der Zimmer funktioniert. Das Hotel bietet alles was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht, man läuft aber trotzdem ca. 15 Minuten bis man beim Rathaus ist.

• Brita- (8/5): Alles in allem - sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Nur 5 Gehminuten zum Viktualienmarkt. Direkt daneben kann man im Isarparkhaus für 20€/24h parken. Die Unterkunft war sauber (etwas staubiger Boden) und hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Größe ist absolut in Ordnung und auch ist es nachts ruhig gewesen. Hier würde ich wieder buchen. Leider war der Boden recht staubig und hatte vereinzelt Krümmel, was mich persönlich wenig gestört hat für eine Nacht. Allerdings lief das Wasser in der Dusche nicht ab. Bei der Größe des Raumes muss man öfters mal lüften (besonders nachts) da es schnell stickig wird.

• Andreas Ludwig Schmid (2/5): Never again - Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Zimmer sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Auf meine freundliche Anfrage hat mir das Reinigungspersonal zwei Handtücher kostenlos ausgetauscht. Und das bei 5 Tagen Aufenthalt! Super! 1. Kontakt komplett über E Mail / Whatsapp. Kommunikation nur auf Englisch !!!! Es wird dazu motiviert, alle Wünsche zu äußern ("tell me if anything is less than 5 star worthy" oder "if there is a magician pulling rabbits out of hats in here"!!!!! Sehr witzig. Nicht mein Humor. Aber alle Nachfragen - zweiter Zimmerschlüssel, Heizmöglichkeit (es war kalt) auf dem Zimmer wurden entgegengenommen, aber ignoriert. 2. Preis: Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht ok. Für das Geld würde ich erwarten: Zimmerservice (kostet 35 Euro pro Tag!!!!!), ein warmes Zimmer, vielleicht ein Wasserkocher oder eine Kaffeemaschine oder einen Mini-Kühlschrank oder eine Stunde später Checkout nach fünf Tagen Aufenthalt ohne dafür zu bezahlen. Fazit: Nicht akzeptabel. Bin gespannt, ob Booking com reagiert.

Der Service und das Verhalten ist eine Frechheit! - Die Lage, Bett und Bad sind okay Das Zimmer ist durchaus fein, wenn nicht diese stinkenden Duftstäbe ein unangenehmen Geruch verbreitet hätten. Die Wand durch ein Loch demoliert. Extrem frech, man erfährt vor Ort, dass das für immerhin EUR 18 gebuchte Frühstück 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Ein Streichung des Frühstücks wurde vor Ort sehr borniert nicht mehr akzeptiert. Ferner erhält man trotz Vorkasse per Kreditkarte eine Rechnung erst nach 10 - 14 Tagen, eine Frechheit!

• Gustavo (5/5): Boa localização, com custo benefício elevado - Localização é ótima. É possível ter acesso aos principais pontos turísticos a pé, de forma bem prática Limpeza deixou a desejar. O quarto é muito pequeno. Para um casal em viagem, com malas, o espaço é muito limitado. O café da manhã é servido em um restaurante distante do hotel, onde é concedido um voucher de 36€ para o casal. Não é servido café da manhã tradicional alemão. O ambiente e a qualidade sao excelentes, mas o valor concedido não garante um café da manhã farto (cardápio anexado), assim, não vale a pena. Tivemos que complementar o valor ao consumir apenas um prato e uma bebida cada um.

The Terra restaurant just happed to have a pop up event there night we arrived, and saw some more people of color which I was not expecting in Munich. But even after, it was just a lively bar. Coffee across the street at Vit’s super convenient, and less than a 5min walk from train station. Liked the door security and keyless way to get in. The universal adapter and cords were a life saver! Like the efficiency of the water, the drinks, and the towels and shower were very nice!! Wasn’t sure how to use the camera

• Linette (5/5): Ok pour des étudiants / back packeurs - L’emplacement était bon. Je pense que c’est OK pour des étudiants ou jeunes. En arrivant il faut porter la valise jusqu’à l’ascenseur (il y a des marches). La qualité du sas et de l’ascenseur est vieillotte et pas de haute qualité. La chambre était ok côté taille mais il y avait des crochets de travers etc. Pas de couverts - on fait comment pour manger ? Surtout les draps étaient tachés !! Il y avait une ancienne tache. En plus des traces sur les murs. Le petit déjeuner était assez loin à pieds mais faisable. L’hôtel est directement relié à un bar de nuit qui fonctionne également de jour, les fêtards se posent dans le sas d’accueil.

En la cama no habían puesto sábana bajera y me dijeron via wup que bajase a la despensa a buscarme una y colocarla yo misma a las 22.30 de la noche , pagando 311 eur la habitación???!!! El botón del ventilador del baño estaba atascado y no dejó de hacer ruido toda la noche. Un chiste de mal gusto. Experiencia nefasta. INTENTEN EVITAR EL BOB W MUNICH OLDTOWN, es mi consejo.

Apesar de nao ser o que esperava de um pequeno almoço em hotel (ter de andar 10 minutos para o tomar) é compensado com a qualidade da refeição servida. Zero serviços e funcionarios no local, tudo é digital até a chave do quarto. Percebo a logica e talvez os tempos modernos sejam assim mas não é o estilo de hotel para mim e não repetirei a experiencia

No staff there it is really hard to resolve issues. They have a AI ChatBot responder which isn’t helpful. Someone responded to my request 2 days after checking out.

• Conny (7/5): Wichtige Infos fehlen in der Hotelbeschreibung - Die Lage und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vis a vis Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht fertig Unfreundliches Personal wo nur Englisch spricht - war nirgends zu lesen das man in München nicht Deutsch spricht! Infos via WhatsApp auch nur auf Englisch samt Mails. Frühstück wäre 5 Minuten entfernt gewesen mit dem Auto - war auch nicht ersichtlich. Haben wir bezahlt aber nicht gemacht da die Situation schwer ist in München und wir nicht laufen wollten. Frechheit sowas,. Hätte nicht gebucht wen ich gewusst hätte das man nicht auf Deutsch kommunizieren kann und kein Frühstück vor Ort erhältlich ist!!!

Dazu aber eine absolut einfache Ausstattung in einem sehr kleinen Zimmer. Auch wenn die Preise in der Münchner Innenstadt an einem Wochenende hoch sind, war das Zimmer für den Preis unverschämt.

• Maria (9/5): Zentrale moderne Unterkunft - perfekt für einen Städtetrip - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern. Es hat alles, was man für einen Kurztrip braucht. Sehr praktisch ist, dass im Eingangsbereich Schliessfächer zur Verfügung stehen. Das ist am Anreise- und Abreisetag sehr wertvoll (und bei klassischen BnBs jeweils ein Nachteil)

• Kimberley (7/5): - The bed was very comfortable. Check in process was easy. The room is small… you can see it is small from the pictures but I wasn’t expecting it to be quite so small.
• Joanie (8/5): - While the online agent was responsive there were challenges with adding another day to my stay through Bookings. Did not respond to my Bookings messages until after my stay. I had to contact the hotel directly as there was no way on the site to add another day or change my reservation. In addition, adding another day created two separate reservations as the Bookings stay could not be modified. It was comfortable and quiet and so convenient to all the activities.

• Lukasmulr (4/5): Preis | Leistung unbefriedigend. - Spiegel im Bad war sehr dreckig. Ich hatte ein fremdes Haar in meinem Bett. Preis von 250CHF pro Nacht im Vergleich zu Wohnungsgröße, Service und Sauberkeit war in keinem Verhältnis.

• Maria Noelle (7/5): - Nos quedamos 4-5 días y con la idea de proteger al ambiente no pasan a limpiar, no sa can la basura, si queres Nuevas sabanas hay que pagar extra y las toallas hay que buscarlas.
