I think this is very deceptive and I would like that money returned. As above, no one mentions anything about a one night parking fee, which adds another $20 to the room rate which is very deceptive to the public. I would like that fee returned to my credit card.

I was additionally charged $20 twice on my credit card when only one was to be charged and removed. There were no vending machines and ice was on a different floor.

• Jose Eli (9/5): - Todo me pareció estar bien Muy bueno todo la persona de recepción que nos atendió excelente, solo que le tienen muchas labores asignadas al mismo tiempo, labores que hacen que el check in sea demorado todo ese trabajo para una sola persona ,es bueno para los intereses del hotel , pero para los huéspedes incomoda bastante, ya que venimos de un viaje y con ganas de tomar un descanso lo más pronto posible .

• William (10/5): - I loved that I was able to not only hook up my computer to the large TV, but that I was also able to position everything on the rolling desk, so that it all didn't need to live in the middle of the room. Hallways were cold, maybe mid to low 60s, but my room temp was perfect, so I didn't mind so much. There were large, very bright lights right outside my room, possibly parking lot security, but again, I was able to completely block them with the heavy blinds.

The hotel was pleasant, the desk staff was very nice upon check in and out. I always like the shuttle service to/from the airport. Maybe a roof access. I enjoy watching planes come in to the airport.

• Jayne (10/5): Great hotel within mile of airport wuth frequent shuttles - The hotel is within 1 mile of the airport and the shuttle vomes every 1/2 hour to pick up/drop off. Drivers and reception staff were always heloful. Hotel was nice and clean there was a good breakfast offering with lots of variety and great coffee yo take away anytime too. The pool and hot tub with towels privided was an added bonus as was the small gym. A great hotel for a couple of nights stay over for me and my hubby. We wished we were stayung longer. Nothing

• HFBakker (10/5): Refreshing stop before/ after cruise - Great location with quick access/ free shuttle to the airport. Good value for room with reasonable cost for trip to/ from cruiseport. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Rooms were clean and comfortable; bed very comfortable too. Initial mix -up reserving our evening departure; in the end, not an issue as shuttle driver was amazing and got us to the airport well in time. A hotel daypass option for evening flights might be a good service feature to consider. Would definitely look to stay again in the future.
• pez-oz33 (8/5): Nice place to stay - The 8 of us arrived early, but the friendly desk clerk readily stored our luggage so that we may investigate nearby surroundings unencumbered until our rooms were ready. For the sole night we were here, we found the rooms to be clean, the beds to be comfortable, and the showers hot with a strong flow. Rates were reasonable and, as a bonus, they provided free shuttle to the airport. We had no issues while here.

• kate_42222 (2/5): Warning! - I was issued a parking pass at check-in and placed it visibly inside my vehicle. Overnight, my car was towed. I had to take a $60 Uber to retrieve my vehicle and pay $217 to get it back. When I contacted the hotel, I was told the pass “should have been on the dash” and visa le was not good enough, even though that was never communicated to me when the pass was issued. The tone immediately shifted to blaming me rather than addressing the fact that I was a paid guest with a valid parking permit. The towing company confirmed they receive compensation from the property for tows. Reading other reviews here, it is clear this is not an isolated incident. What is most concerning is not the mistake, but how it was handled. There was no accountability, only deflection. If you stay here and pay for parking, be extremely cautious. Make sure your pass is taped to the dash and documented, because if something goes wrong, you may be left paying for it. This was a very disappointing experience at a Marriott property and not what I expect from the brand.
• daniarwen (10/5): Fantastic staff - Lady who worked the front desk overnight had the absolute best customer service. I wish I'd written down her name so I could have recognized her directly. She was helpful and pleasant, coordinated a shuttle for us the next morning and had breakfast bags waiting for our early flight. Remarkable and she'll be the reason we stay in future if in the Orlando area!

Water pressure on third floor was low. and it took long time to get hot water, but that was minor issue. Whenever we need hotel at Orlando Airport we will be staying with you!

• rochelled951 (10/5): Great place to stay after a wonderful cruise. - This hotel was extremely accomodating, friendly staff, Juan and Cedi and of course the housekeeping staff. The rooms were immaculately clean and well stocked with products. The pool water was cold but that's because of the weather, but the hot tub was the right temp. Breakfast was a buffet of nutricious food and a wide assortment of hot foods too. I was just arriving when I found out that my flight for the next day was cancelled along with thousands of other visitors to the area. Fortunately, there was availability for the next 2 nights so that I could stay and not have to go looking for another hotel. Plently of restaurants in the area to eat at and I will be staying there again. HIghly recommended.

• 63wesleyg (2/5): Hotel towed my vehicle to impound - I'd give this hotel ZERO Stars, if I could. I booked a room for the night of January 23rd, with mobile check-in and mobile key, so I could bypass the front desk. I had a 7 am flight out of MCO the next morning. At 4:30am I went to drive to the airport, and my car was gone from the Fairfield Inn parking lot, the hotel had it towed. Apparently during the online booking process, there is a step to chose "No parking fee". I missed this step and the system defaults to "No Vehicle". The system SHOULD have prompted me to make an entry prior to completing the check-in. I have left 2 detailed messages with the hotel General manager, with NO reply. I emailed the General manager and received a reply from the Assistant GM stating it's my fault for not checking the box that I had a vehicle with me. I have sent an email to Marriott corporate, and they have assigned a case number to it. This Fairfield Inn have NO customer service and plainly doesn't give a damn that they have cost me hundreds of dollars and well hours of my time and stress. I have NO plans to ever use an Marriott hotel again in the future.

No me gusto el cobro de 27 dolares obligatorio por si consumia algo de la tienda de snack y que me lo van a devolver 5 dias despues . Recomiendo que mejor cobren en el momento en que se consume. En caso de que no lo devuelvan uno no tiene un mecanismo de reclamo.

Rooms were clean and comfortable; breakfast was heart and included many choices. I was disappointed that the hot tub/jacuzzi was out of order.

Room was clean 3. Staff was helpful 4. Breakfast was good Then the cons; 1. I was told there was a hot tub…it was under construction 2. The pool was very cold- I need a way to stretch my back or heat it up, But I struck out both with pool & hot tub. This was the reason I chose this hotel. 3. There was a strong cleaning/chemical smell in lobby, elevator & hallways. 4. The hot chocolate in the lobby was way too thick & sickening sweet. I was thankful for the lemon & lime water!
