• Thomas (8/5): Good value for money, with room for improvement - Good value for money, very decent rooms, friendly staff, nice pool and ok breakfast included There aren’t a lot of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel (lots of street food type places though). I didn’t get the room I booked, they gave me the pool view room instead which is viewed as an upgrade but I wanted the couch from the King room which I cared about more than a view on the pool. I think when rooms have different features you shouldn’t just assume your client will be fine with what you consider an upgrade, and check first. Also there were a few details that made the room look a bit cheap like rust in the bathroom, stains on the towels, furniture light coming out of its spot…

Plenty of options for food and amenities but a bit - Clean and located in a local neighbourhood away from hustle bustle of downtown Bangkok Just my experience but on both 2 mornings before sunrise, dogs from the neighbouring building were going full on and that incited the other dogs in the vicinity to join in the ruckus. At 4.30am, it wasn’t a pleasant experience!

Później co chwilę one się pojawiały. Po nocy gdy zeszliśmy na śniadanie i Pani zaczęła obok naszego stolika zmywać naczynia to już było za dużo. Gdy chcieliśmy zrezygnować z jednej nocy, hotel nie chciał zwrócić nam pieniędzy, a chciał zrobić upgrade pokoju. Natomiast nasz problem nie był związany z tym, że pokój był mały lub miał słaby widok, a z tym że nie było tam czysto i były tam robaki. Mogliśmy spodziewać się dalej robaków w pokoju po zupgradowaniu.

Walking distance from stadium, so after concert there is no issues with transport and traffic. The room had huge smart TV, comfy soft bed, nice small balcony, microwave, excellent AC that I could adjust to my preferred temperature… its also near by Saphan Mit Mahat Thai Prier where you can take a boat to Platinum fashion mall and Central world Mall…. Ahhh… I just loved it so much… The breakfast could be improved by just adding fresh vegetables and warm food. But after all, there are so many places to eat, so there is no big issues. So you can just skip booking of breakfast.

• Jeremy (7/5): Good - Staff were friendly. Room was big. Ran out (?) of hot water on our 2nd night, so kid had to bathe with cold water. Apparently we needed to tell them to make rooms, if you didn't say, they wouldn't make it(?) Only found out about this after our 2nd night, we were hoping to return to fresh sheets and towels bit alas. Breakfast is simple. Although it starts at 7am, best to go after 8am or so, so that food has had time to warm up. We got there at 730am (had an early day) and food was cold despite being placed on heating plates - cold sausages, eggs, meat, etc. Asked for 2 extra beds for my kids, and they probably wrapped planks of wood with cloth and called it a bed? It was terrible. Kids had to sleep on the couch or with us.
• Jan (10/5): Tre fina dagar i Bangkok - Några dagar i Bangkok på detta fina hotell. Rent och trevlig personal. Gott om billig "street-food" på gatan precis utanför. Vi fick ett rum med balkongen, mot hotellets parkering tyvärr ! Swimmingpool på andra våningen, jämte frukostmatsalen var bara 1,4 m djup. Frukostbuffén minimal, men så är det ju oftast på mindre hotell ! Vi återkommer gärna, vid nästa ankomst till Thailand, men skall då försöka få rum # 502 istället

The staff was exceptionally helpful, offering a warm welcome and assisting us in purchasing items in the neighborhood. Additionally, they provided excellent room service, which included cleaning the room and replenishing toiletries. The location was a bit disappointing for foreigners as it felt unsafe to walk around. The breakfast choices were very limited, with no halal options available. Additionally, there was no restaurant at the hotel, and the café closed at around 7 pm, which was too early.

• Brian (9/5): we enjoyed our stay very much - The young fellow at the front desk, with the round glass, sorry we didn't get his name, he was a life saver, helped us a lot. He told us where to shop, where to eat and answered all our tourist questions. it an odd thing, we like to take the stairs rather than the lift, the floors have no numbers
• Espi6789 (8/5): Impressive room and comfortable stay! - We were pleasantly surprised by the room when she checked in. It was so big, clean and very comfortable! Great TV channels and bed was very comfortable too. There was a large hole in our ceiling which was a little worrying but negligible. Breakfast spread could be improved severely as the staff did not even care or acknowledge us as we walked in. Food was all ice cold. This could do with serious improvement. Pool was beautiful and even though it’s small. We enjoyed our stay overall and is great for a short stay.
