The location is perfect and it felt like a luxury hotel at a fair price - The hotel is beautiful, staff was friendly and super helpful when we checked in about navigating the city. Everything was clean and nicely done The room is a bit small with the furniture and having an iron in the room would’ve been helpful!

La reception è stata super efficiente e accogliente, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. La camera era spaziosa e pulitissima, e il mini bar gratuito è stato un gradito extra. Consigliatissimo! Purtroppo, la colazione ha lasciato a desiderare. La scelta era molto limitata e basica, e abbiamo dovuto aspettare a lungo per le uova. Speriamo che possa essere migliorata in futuro.

The shower drain was blocked and the shower head was split and need to be replaced. Also the TV remote didn't work, even after the staff tried to fix it.

• Lukas (9/5): Hervorragendes Hotel - Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage und das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer überzeugen durch ein ansprechendes Design und eine hochwertige Ausstattung. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die im Preis inbegriffene Minibar, die täglich aufgefüllt wird (in unserem Fall täglich mit 1x Apfelsaft, 1x Orangensaft, 2x Coca-Cola, 2x Wasser still, 2x Wasser prickelnd). Die Badezimmertür lässt sich nicht verriegeln und es bleibt auch im geschlossenen Zustand ein mehrere Zentimeter breiter Spalt offen.

I really did not like the bathroom. I understand if you travel alone, it is perfectly fine, but if you are a couple the bathroom is just a glass wall with no privacy, which was honestly awful.

• katiehR7374YS (10/5): Wonderful stay - This is our go to hotel whenever we stay at Prague. The rooms are clean and well stocked. The location is very convenient. The spa is absolutely amazing with the best massages ever. The breakfasts have a choice of Al a carte, buffet or both. The bar is beautifully maintained with a good choice of wines and champagnes. This was our 4 th stay and we will definitely be back.

I am so sorry I forgot to get names but my friend was very ill and the gentleman at the front desk helped us to get everything we needed to go to hospital. • Christian (8/5): Sehr gutes, freundliches und sauberes Hotel in Zentral Lage. Jederzeit gerne wieder. - Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr zuvorkommend. Einchecken hat problemlos funktioniert. Auch Sonderwünsche wurden gerne berücksichtigt. Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet Warmwasser und Dusche funktionieren überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Frühstück ist eher klein, es können jedoch diverse Eier Speisen bestellt werden (kostenlos) und das Brot wird im Haus hergestellt. Ein schneller Aufzug führt in die oberen Etagen wäre wünschenswert. Ebenfalls war die Aussicht aus meinem Zimmer nicht wirklich existent.

• NASSER (10/5): Location. staff. welcome hospitality - Location is best of best , easy to get to old town and many tourist spots, all waking distance and near the river and close to all transportation. All the staff at the reception day and night all were helpful and kind and very welcoming indeed which made me like my second home. The housekeeping I must mention were really so excellent in their work and spotless clean as always whenever I come back from outside and best of all so quick and you dont need to remind them to come like many other hotels I went, thats a real bonus plus the bar is complimentary . Breakfast was awesome and done freshly everyday and cooked by chef daily . The cafe of the hotel at entrance was my favorite place to relax and having so many things on the menu for any time on the day. Hotel is highly recommended to any tourist coming to Prague especially first time visitors like me. I be coming to this hotel definitely in the future whenever I come to Prague Everything is good

• KMGx2019 (10/5): Excellent stay at the Maximilian Hotel - The Maximilian Hotel provided a great stay. Very close to the Old Town Square and historical sites. Very walkable to everything. An excellent breakfast is provided to start your day. Close to everything, yet very quiet and comfortable.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. A special thanks goes to Mr. Aggelos from the reception team, who went above and beyond by offering us a free room upgrade and sharing excellent tips and useful information for exploring the city. His kindness truly made our stay even more memorable. The room was spotless, extremely clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after long days of sightseeing. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the level of care and attention to detail was impressive. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

• Francisca (9/5): I’d happily recommend Hotel Maximilian as it has such character and yet has modern and generous ame. - We did not have breakfast or a meal. Only a glass of wine downstairs. The staff there were very friendly. The reception staff were excellent and very welcoming. They gave us good directions, suggestions with meals and always were happy to help. The housekeeping was also very thorough. Also great were the free drinks in the room fridge that were topped up daily. The location close to the old town square but still on a quiet street was perfect for us Nothing.

• Anastasia (10/5): Nice hotel and pet friendly hotel - Very good location and we loved that the hotel is pet friendly. Thanks a lot for the dog bowl, towel and a bed for our dog! The cups and glasses were washed and put to dry in the room instead of changing them to new ones. Mini bar was refilled but not the tea bags.
