• isabelle (10/5): Hôtel à taille humaine avec une vue splendide - Emplacement idéal pour visiter les principaux sites et flâner le soir : aucun problème pour une femme seule. La terrasse, avec vue sur la mer de Marmara et la mosquée bleue, en accès permanent, est superbe et certainement le plus de cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est varié, avec un mezze de plats turcs et de pâtisseries. Le personnel est très gentil. Mention particulière pour la cuisinière avec laquelle j'échangeais quelques mots chaque matin. Bonne literie, ferme comme j'aime, propreté impeccable, eau chaude pour la douche. Calme malgré le quartier (sauf appel à la prière à l'aube !). Apportez vos bouchons d'oreille. Bref, une bonne adresse. Inutile de prendre le taxi proposé par l'hôtel,sauf si vous êtes paniqués à l'idée de vous débrouillez, la navette (bus Havaist) depuis l'aéroport IST fonctionne très bien, puis tramway 1. Du bruit venant du couloir car la porte n'est pas insonorisée. Pas pour les personnes à mobilité réduite : quelques marches pour accéder à l'accueil et surtout à la salle du petit déjeuner et à la terrasse. Istanbul est une ville qui demande d'être en forme pour la visiter !

A welcoming place and a quiet, convenient location in the old European part of Istanbul, close to everything. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room, and it was very comfortable with a super comfy bed. The bathroom was functional. Breakfast was very good. All the staff were super kind and helpful. The stunning rooftop terrace is the cherry on top! We will definitely come back. Thank you! • Jose Juan (8/5): Lo mejor la ubicación. - La ubicación es perfecta, en el corazón de Estambul a 5 minutos caminando de la plaza Sultanhamet, de la Mezquita azul, etc. El hotel es pequeño, apenas 12 habitaciones. Rodeado de restaurantes y bazares. La zona es muy segura a cualquier hora del día o de la noche. Las vistas al Bósforo y a la Mezquita Azul desde la sala de desayuno merecen la pena. El desayuno es correcto, aunque le falta un poco de variedad occidental. El personal es muy atento y servicial. La habitación es correcta, aunque un poco pequeña, con poco espacio para moverse.. El baño es pequeño, en especial el habitáculo de la ducha. Además le haría falta un armario un poco más grande, pues se queda pequeño.

Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist sehr gut, angenehme Mitarbeiter, Fahrstuhl, alles sehr sauber. Täglicher Roomservice. Kühlschrank, Heizung, genügend Steckdosen und Licht..... Transfer zum Flughafen 35 €. Unzählige Restaurants in allen Richtungen. In der nahen kleinen Fußgängerzone noch mehr. Sehr ruhig. Zimmer sind ziemlich klein. Kaum Platz für die leeren Koffer. Nur ein Schrank. Die angegebenen 25 Quadratmeter müssen korrigiert werden. Nettofläche wahrscheinlich nur ca 18 Quadratmeter

Lage 1a - weil alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der fußläufigen Umgebung Personal sehr zuvorkommend Sicht vom Zimmer perfekt Frühstück im 4 Stock mit super Sicht Heizung fällt mager aus (erste Märzwoche 0 - 10 Grad in der Stadt) ab dem 2. Tag Frühstück, als wenn das Hotel den Besitzer gewechselt hätte und zwei Bewertungsstufen runtergefallen ist - sehr eigenartig. Immer noch okay, doch ein riesiger Unterschied zum ersten Tag. Personal hat versucht auszugleichen.

• Esma (8/5): Een prettig en comfortabel verblijf op een toplocatie met prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijke service, o - De locatie is ideaal, op loopafstand van de Sultan Ahmet Moskee, de Blauwe Moskee, de Aya Sofia en het Topkapi Sarayı. Ook de Kennedy Caddesi aan zee is gemakkelijk te bereiken. Vanuit onze kamer en het balkon hadden we een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. De kamer werd dagelijks goed schoongemaakt, met schoon beddengoed en frisse handdoeken. De minibar werd elke dag aangevuld met water, wat erg prettig was. Het ontbijt werd geserveerd op het dakterras met een schitterend uitzicht op de zee en de Blauwe Moskee. Het was uitgebreid en gevarieerd, met verschillende kazen, mezzes en fruit. Elke dag waren er verse Turkse thee en koffie. Mevrouw Zeliha maakte op verzoek heerlijke Turkse menemen of omeletten, wat het verblijf extra bijzonder maakte. Al met al een zeer fijne en comfortabele accommodatie waar wij met veel plezier verbleven. Het personeel was over het algemeen vriendelijk en respectvol, maar kwam soms wat jong en terughoudend over, waardoor het leek alsof zij nog weinig ervaring hadden. Dit is mogelijk te verklaren doordat het hotel ongeveer een jaar geleden is overgenomen door een nieuwe eigenaar. Daarnaast ging het brandalarm meerdere dagen achter elkaar af en werd dit probleem pas na drie dagen opgelost, wat als storend werd ervaren. Ook werkte het sleutelpasje van onze kamer regelmatig niet goed. Na ongeveer drie dagen begon dit probleem en moesten wij meerdere keren naar de receptie om het pasje opnieuw te laten activeren. Dit is in totaal drie keer gebeurd tot aan onze check-out, wat de indruk gaf dat de oorzaak niet direct werd gevonden. Hoewel ons verblijf over het algemeen prettig was, zijn dit punten die zeker voor verbetering vatbaar zijn.

Betrayal: before I confirmed the payment on my room, I called the hotel to verify the size of the bed in a double bed room, I was told a king bed that can be spit into 2 beds if I wanted to. When I checked in my room had a queen bed and when I tried to dispute, I was told that the hotel has only queen beds that can be spit into 2 twins.

The location is perfect, so close to the main Istanbul sigths and just 5 minutes walk from the tram station. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was cosy and clean. We loved the breakfast on the rooftop terrace and big thanks to the lady from the kitchen. We realy enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

• Antonino (6/5): Buona scelta se non cerchi un Hotel - Posizione eccezionale la struttura é posizionata adiacente Moschea Blu (con adiacente bazar), Santa Sofia ed a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni del quartiere Sulthanamet, camera con vista unica sul Bosforo ed il versante asiatico di Istanbul, splendida terra dove fare una (scarsa) colazione ammirando la Moschea Blu. Più che un albergo è una pensione, oltre alle reception non ci sono servizi, stanze non insonorizzate (fastidiosi rumori dí acqua), colazione scarsa a meno delle ottime uova/omelette fatte dalla signora garbatissima, infissi scarsi pieni di spifferi.

The room was comfortable, very clean, and nicely decorated. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Blue Mosque. The breakfast area has an amazing view of the Blue Mosque, which made the mornings even better. Highly recommended.

Отличная локация: тихая улица, но при этом в двух шагах от всего нужного: рядом множество кафе, достопримечательности в пешей доступности, удобный транспорт. • Iwona (10/5): Hotel najlepszy na krótki pobyt - Lokalizacja, obsługa, wystrój. Nic dodać, nic ująć. Co ważne: hotel jest położony przy wewnętrznej uliczce, zamkniętej dla ruchu samochodów. Pokój trochę za mały. Hotel powinien zainwestować w pojedyncze łóżka o szerokość 110-120 cm. Połączenie dwóch pojedynczych łóżek w jedno, do wykorzystania w pojedynkę, zabrało za dużo miejsca w pokoju.

• Ruben (9/5): - La chambre était vraiment très propre. Rien à redire. Le petit-déjeuner était génial, très copieux et on pouvait se resservir à volonté. On avait même la possibilité de goûter des plats typiquement turques. Il y avait une très belle vue depuis la chambre et depuis le rooftop ! Le lit double était deux matelas. Pendant la nuit, il pouvait arriver qu'on tombe dans le creux entre les deux matelas. Très inconfortable si vous bougez pendant la nuit.

• Cynthia (10/5): Hervorragend - Wir hatten eine super Aufenthalt. Preis-Leistung war super. Die Mitarbeiter vom Hotel waren sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Ausserdem auch sauber und täglicher wechsel der Tücher (ist nicht in jedem Hotel üblich.) Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen. Leider sind die Türen nicht so massiv. Man hört im Gang alles. Aber wenn man nicht geräuschempfindlich ist, ist es ok.
• Laura (5/5): - La ubicación No funcionaba la puerta que no cerraba, nos cambiaron de habitación y entonces no iba la calefacción y no cerraba la puerta del baño. Habitaciones pequeñas e higiene normal, en la ducha faltaba limpiar mas. Pocos detalles cuidados. Tuvimos que pedir otra almohada y manta al no ir el aire y no nos pusieron ni funda ni arreglaron el aire en toda la semana.

• Mauricio (8/5): Buen hotel con excelente ubicación - Muy buena ubicación, a pasos de la plaza que une Santa Sofia y la Mezquita Azul. Bazar también cercano y en un sector lleno de buenos restaurantes. Sufrí un problema salud y recibí una gran ayuda de Sakir de recepción, para obtener traslados y alimentación en la pieza. Buen desayuno en terraza con gran vista. Hubo un corte de luz en el sector donde esta el hotel y eso impidió tener Internet y ascensor, pero no fue responsabilidad del hotel. La pieza era pequeña.

• Patrizia (10/5): - La struttura è in una strada pedonale , tranquilla , e a pochi minuti a piedi da santa Sofia, la moschea blu, ippodromo e basilica …. Inoltre è familiare e la colazione viene servita in una terrazza con vista sulla moschea blu . Tutto perfetto .

• Juan (4/5): Lugar sucio en un bello sitio - La ubicación excelente La limpieza pésima. El lavabo del dormitorio era rectangular y las cuatro esquinas tenían moho. Tomamos fotos y enseñamos en recepción para que limpien. Limpiaron las dos esquinas más visibles y no las otras dos. Un día no limpiaron el inodoro. Tenía una terraza que estaba todo sucia. Las mesas del desayuno sucias

• Patricia (3/5): Debut y despedida - La ubicación espectacular, muy cerda de todo. El recepcionista Tamer muy amable La pieza demasiado pequeña, ropa de cama no corresponde al tamaño de la cama. Baño en malas condiciones de limpieza y mantencion. Soporte de ducha suelto, puerta de ducha colgando, mi marido la tuvo q colgar para q no se cayera encima mío. Agua fría en la mañana. Hongos en las esquinas de ducha y lavamanos. Desayuno básico. En resumen poco cuidado todo, le falta cariño a todo y personal con experiencia en atención al cliente. Como broche de oro el dueño a través de uno de sus empleados nos ofrecía llevarnos gratis al aeropuerto si es q puntuábamos al hotel con nota 10 en Booking cosa q x supuesto no hicimos. El dueño del hotel debe hacerse cargo de su negocio y ponerle cariño.
• Jan Hein Van Burken (9/5): - Met mijn moeder van ver in de 80 was de Eastanbul Suites de ideale uitvalsbasis om een aantal van de fantastische hotspots in Istanbul te bezoeken. De Hagia Sophia, de Blauwe Moskee en Cisternen liggen vlak om de hoek en zijn wandelend zeer goed bereikbaar. De vriendelijkheid van de receptiemedewerkers en hun goede aanwijzingen hebben ons enorm geholpen om maximaal te genieten van de oude stad en haar bezienswaardigheden.
• Elisabeth (8/5): Personnel courtois et qui tente de répondre à nos besoins le plus rapidement possible. - L’emplacement est vraiment parfait! 5 minutes de marche des Mosquées (Bleue et Ste-Sophie). Tout est à proximité. Pas grand chose.
• Sitara (7/5): Great location, small and a little dated - Perfect location, plenty of shops nearby and stone throw away from blue mosque Quiet rooftop even though its small and can hold about 6 people. This place is cute and is perfect if you had a quick few days trip and less time in the hotel. Very limited breakfast options. Staff were very disinterested and poor guy was sleeping downstairs, had to get up inthe middle of the night to let us in. Be aware the bathroom is TINY and right next to the bed
