• Margaret (4/5): Never slept so “Tireing” - The Central location of the Hotel was great. The room…….. We were in (301) which was situated at the front of the Hotel, overlooking the Square, we were there for 4 nights and we didn’t any sleep because of it. The noise carried on ALL NIGHT long. When we told the receptionist she asked what room we were in, when we told her she nodded and said “yes, it will be noisy because it’s in the front” !!! This was our second stay at the Hotel and it will be the last.
• Zsuzsanna (10/5): Városnéző, kulturális utazási céllal érkezőknek ideális hely. - A szálloda központi fekvése nagyon megfelel azoknak, akik a történelmi városrészt, a Múzeumnegyedet, a Cocertgebouw épületét részesítik előnybe amszerdami tartózkodásuk alatt. A főpályaudvarról a 4, 14-es villamossal közvetlenül a szálloda bejáratáig lehet utazni. Ez különösen jó azoknak, akik a reptérről a főpályaudvarra érkeznek csomagokkal, illetve ezen az útvonalon szeretnének visszajutni a reptérre. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. A reggeli bőséges választékot nyújt. A szállodában működő önkiszolgáló "miniboltban" még borotva is kapható, így kézipoggyásszal utazóknak ez nagyon praktikus! A környezetvédelem nekünk fontos szempont, így örültünk, hogy választhatjuk azt is, hogy ne takarítsanak, ne cseréljenek minden nap tötölközőt. Ezt a szálloda egy pohár itallal honorálta. A fürdőszoba jó minőségű tusfürdővel, samponnal, kondícionálóval, kézmosószappannal, testápolóval, kézápoló krémmel felszerelt, így ezeket felesleges hozni. Mi nagyon jól éreztük magunkat,, így ide nincs mit írnom.

• ALBERTO (5/5): Ens van traslladar dos cops d'hotel No estem gens contents. - Situació i el personal. L'esmortzar tota les pastes eren "industrials" dolentes excepte el croissants que eren ben fets. I teniem reserva al NH CARANSA però ens van enviar a un altre NH perque ens van dir que estaven en obres (tot i que teniem la reserva confirmada). Ens van enviar al NH Schiller però en el NH Schilker ens volien dos habitacions individuals i nosaltres havíem reservat una doble). Desprès de negar-nos a dormir separats en van fer anar a un altre NH que era el NH CITY CENTER i aquí per fi vam poguer dormir. Tot i que no era el que haviem reservat. El extractor d'aire del lavabo feia molt soroll i no es podia apagar. No estem conten5s

• Leanne (8/5): Great location to explore - Great location, good size rooms. Staff were super helpful and they also do free luggage storage and early check-in if the room is available. Hotel has a brilliant self-serve ‘shop’ that is stocked with a really good selection of drinks. snacks and refreshments too. Bed was a little uncomfortable (I like a firm bed but this was like a concrete slab by the second night).

• Cemile (7/5): Yataklar rahat ve çok temizdi. Oda her gün temizlendi. Personelin hepsi çok kibar ve güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltısı çok yeter - Tesisin yeri çok güzeldi, her yere ulaşım kolaydı ancak tesisin girişi araç trafiğine kapalı. Tramvay durağı önünde ve toplu taşımayla ya da yürüyerek ulaşımı çok kolay ancak ben yaşlı annem ile birlikte kaldım ve otelin önüne araç giremediği için ya sokak başına kadar ya da arka sokağa kadar yürümesi gerekti, bir tek bu konuda biraz sıkıntı çektim. Tesisi seçerken balkonlu odaları var sanmıştım ve kanal manzaralı gibi anlamıştım. Odalar yan sokağa ya da ön sokağa bakıyor ama kanal manzarası yok maalesef. Gerçi rezervasyon yaparken manzaralı oda talebinde bulunmuştum ve bana bunun garantisini vermelerinin mümkün olmadığını belirtmişlerdi. Uygunluk olursa yardımcı olacaklarını yazmışlardı, o yüzden bu konuda dürüst davrandıkları için olumsuz bir şey söylemek istemem.

Window did not totally shut, heater in room mitigated window. Loud from outside can be heard clearly, hotel provided ear plugs mitigated this - the flaws were proactively addressed instead of forcing guests to complain or look for a solution - thank you!

The trainee receptionist Spanish Girl , if ı m not wrong her name was "Lucie or Luicie " she help me to change the room and with her help ı able to stay great room instead of Vasisli's appointed the worst hotel room ever ı saw. first they gave a room at 1st floor , dark , small , old and dirty , a small window was looking to the very narrow gap between other buildings restaturants back exit where the workers are resting and smoking at stairs.. Room was smelling and there were bug at wc. Than thanks to Spanish trainee reseptionist lady , she changed the room to 5th floor to normal room. I want to thank to her .

• Lucas (5/5): - J’ai réservé une chambre avec un lit double et j’ai reçu une chambre avec deux lits simples. Quand on vient en couple le minimum c’est de dormirai ensemble et non comme des inconnus. Lors de la douche, le système de parois est à revoir car la douche était inondé.
• Neha (6/5): Good but few issues - Staff were helpful, great location with tram connection and lots of places to eat nearby We had a few issues which somewhat spoilt our stay - we added additional breakfast for couple of days when we checked in however the staff at breakfast had no room number given yo them so were not expecting us which was a bit embarrassing in front of other guests especially as we had paid for the breakfast already. There were no bath towels for the 3rd person in the room once There was no kettle in the room and when we asked for it from reception it was really dirty, not something I would use to make my cup of tea Bedsheets were not changed even once in our 5 days of stay which I dont think is very hygienic

• Colin (8/5): Good hotel if you want to be in a very lively square - It was located in the center of Amsterdam so you did not have to use transport. It was in a lively square and I did not realise how lively it would be when I booked it. There are bars all around the square.
• Fernanda (5/5): Hotel ok, mas não voltaria. - O bairro é acolhedor, e por somente uma noite nos atendeu. Marta da recepção foi super gentil, mas somente ela mesmo 🥲 Tivemos um problema bem chato com o vaso sanitário, e infelizmente não obtivemos assistência do hotel na resolução do problema. Passamos a noite em claro com o barulho alto do vazamento.

• SONER (5/5): Bu paraya değmez / Etraf çok gürültülü! - Konum olarak merkezde, oda yeterli büyüklükte ve yataklar rahattı. Kahve makinası ve kahve/çay ikramı olması iyi. Merkezi konumda ama meydandaki ve otelin hemen yanı başındaki cafe/bar/restaurantlardan çok ses geliyor, kimi geceler sabaha kadar ses, gürültü ve kavgalardan dolayı zor uyuduk. İkinci gün kapıya not bırakmamıza rağmen oda temizliği yapılmadı, resepsiyona tekrar iletmemize rağmen yine yapılmamış. Koridorlarda ve asansörde ağır ve pis bir koku var. Asansör eşiğindeki yemek (veya kusmuk) iki gün boyunca iletmemize rağmen en sonunda kısmen temizlendi. Banyoda kişisel bakım setleri yoktu. Kesinlikle verilen onca paraya değecek bir otel değil. Bir daha asla kalmam.

Fantastic location for bars and reaching museums and central, however, too noisy at night, very busy till early hours! not uch sleep! happy friendly staff and service There is a nightclub a few doors down, and it is open until 5 am on Saturdays. The rooms are not soundproof; they provide earplugs!! a; though the location is great with bars and resturants unfortunatley the music will keep you awake!
• Bart (8/5): - We kregen eerst een kleine kamer met uitzicht op een muur van een ander gebouw en waar de chauffage niet werkte. De receptie hiervan in kennis gesteld en wij kregen een upgrade naar een superieur kamer 😃 zeer klantvriendelijk! Het ontbijt was aan de flauwe kant.

• Stefania (10/5): Colazione varia e buona, camere abbastanza spaziose e personale molto disponibile e gentile - Posizione perfetta, vicina a metro7 minuti a piedi)e Tram( passa davanti l’albergo) si affaccia su una piazza piena di negozi e locali ! Letto e cuscini troppi morbidi ma è soggettiva la critica
