Poi i ragazzi credo pulissero almeno il bagno in comune tutti i giorni però era comunque sporco e tutto molto vecchio e/o trasandato
• Daniel Dedieu (7/5): Chambre au prix un peu trop élevé par rapport à la qualité. - Bon emplacement par rapport au centre-ville et à la station de bus. Ascenseur pour accéder à la chambre au 5ème étage. Téléviseur neuf (film de protection encore en place). Personnel présent et réactif. Communication avec la direction de l'hébergement possible seulement par téléphone. Il s'agit en fait d'un appartement agencé pour plusieurs chambres et non d'un véritable hôtel. On doit demander des dosettes de shampoing et savon douche à chaque fois. Absence de rangement, penderie et porte-manteaux dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain. Je n'ai pas pu accéder à des chaînes de télévision Française. Impossible de déposer les bagages à l'accueil. J'ai du conserver mon bagage pendant 2 jours complets sur mes 3 jours de visite.

La finestra del bagno, inarrivabile e aperta a vasisdas, gela sia bagno, non ho potuto fare la doccia x il freddo (ed io faccio solo docce fredde, ma in ambiente caldo) che la camera xké la porta, non toccando terra, crea molta dispersione di calore. Non c'era bidet. Le luci dello specchio sul lavandino non si accendevano.

• Selin (10/5): Great stay - The host was very friendly and informative. Good location, relatively easy to find. Super clean The lift was a bit of a faff. Really small and slow but not really an issue
• Faheem (1/5): Poor - Nothing Lift wasn’t working when we arrived, and we only found out after check-in. Our room was on the 5th floor about 140 steps each way! Very tough with kids, bags, and a pram. Also, the host took a photo of my ID on their personal phone, which I wasn’t too comfortable with GDPR concerns. If you’re travelling with family or heavy luggage, definitely ask in advance if the lift is working otherwise, be ready for a serious climb!

The blankets were not clean . Only One toilet outside the room to share with other rooms . It's difficult if there is a large group of people for one toilet.

• Jette (3/5): Für nicht länger als eine Nacht akzeptabel. - Die Lage war in Ordnung. Abfluss der Dusche hat schlimm gerochen, generell hat das gesamte Hostel gestunken, was hin und wieder von irgendeinem Raumparfüm übertüncht wurde. Selbst der Boden hat schlecht gerochen. Nur ein Gemeindschaftsbadezimmer für das gesamte Hostel .

• Nicolas (1/5): Une horreur - Nothing Problème de sécurité majeur, panne de l’ascenseur et chute d’un étage. Pas d’assistance pour sortir de l’ascenseur, uniquement l’aide d’habitants. Ils ont ouvert l’ascenseur avec un balais. Situation extrêmement dangereuse ( habituelle selon un habitant), résidence sale, dans un quartier dangereux, une douche rouillée avec un débit d’eau catastrophique … une horreur

• Mario Gustavo (1/5): - Nunca me alojé en este Host Roma y me cobraron dos estadías.una aquí y la otra en el Palace Roma.. pido se me reembolse ese monto o me lo acrediten para estadía en palma de Mallorca en unos días Espero respuesta sobre este tema .md parece inadecuado cobrar dos veces un alojamiento en distintos hoteles en ls misma fecha
• Sendra (6/5): - The place was clean and pleasant for the price we played at the last minute reservation. Room had even a shower which wasn't expected as we knew it was shared bathroom. Big room with a sofa and nightstands. Elevator was a hazard. Please do not in any way try your luck with exceeding the weight limit (250 kg aka 2,5 persons). And even with that I would proceed with caution. We exceeded the weight limit by 30 kg (we were told that three persons would be fine) and ended up dropping about 0,5-1 meter downwards before the additional brakes kicked in. Had to open the door with screwdriver and climb through the space that was still accessible of the door. Decided not to use again at all since dying in an elevator isn't part of our travel itinerary. The checking in took some time but wasn't too bad. The shower is old and smells molds which is a quite usual part of italian cheaper hotels/hostels

• Maria (6/5): Buena ubicación - Lo positivo de este alojamiento es la ubicación al lado de la terminal de autobuses y la pizzeria sfizio que tiene unas pizzas que te mueres de ricas. No hay aire acondicionado como tal son ventiladores. no hay mucho enchufe disponible pero la cama bien y todo mas o menos limpio.

• Kseniia (6/5): - Staff was super friendly and it was pretty quiet at night, so I could sleep well Walls and radiator looked really bad, you can paint them and it can change the room completely. Another thing is smell from neighbour toilet which goes through a holes in a wall.

• Rohini (10/5): Just great, exceptional customer service. - It felt like an actual hotel. The staff had that care factor. They cared and looked after the littlest thing….. straight away. I would recommend them to all travellers and I will put on my Vlog about them.
