• Anna (6/5): - The property is a great location and value. Disappointing there was NO microwave. Manager could NOT care less about their guests. Baby the front desk agent was simply amazing. Ray the maint guy was great. The "part time" maint tech could not of looked more unprofessional. We had issue not major but constant and annoying. We and expedia have requested manager attention on more than 10 occasions with NOT a single word, compromise or solution. 4 on staff only because of the absent management. Condition front door issue operation and frame separating from wall, bathroom door needed painted/stained, condensation mildew on bathroom ceiling due to NO exhaust fan in the unit, gate at pool wont let you back into the building. Just would like acknowledgement of the issues.

• Jaclyn (2/5): - No hot water. Toilet didn’t work the first day we got there. No one came to fix the hot water and we asked for more towels and never got them. The room had a cracked vanity, the shower curtain rod was coming away from the wall, there was literal blood on the floor in the elevator and hallway. There was also a fear of not having our parking pass visible because we were told they would tow anyone and it would be $800+!? Honestly the only good thing about this place was the front desk associate at check in, Baby. She was the sweetest.

• Yessika (2/5): - Room178 wasn't cleaned until I asked and we got now new towels or shampoo and the room since we got there had a horrible odor like wet rage and humidity. I asked kindly asked if they can clean the rug or make sure the window was closed properly. Front desk was so unprofessional and disrespectful both lady's that were there the days I stayed were with an attitude pretty much telling me that nothing can be done oh on top of that we had no hot water I'm guessing it was the manager who spoke with me and her exact words were we can't do anything about it because it's freshly renovated

• Veronica (8/5): - The room was clean. It was missing the refrigerator which was a hassle. We walked down for breakfast, which looked good, but was told it was a charge that was not included. I "expected it" so I did not even look information. The pool was very nice and clean. Overall we would stay again.

• Makayla (6/5): - This is a good stay if you need a cheap place to sleep while you’re visiting the area. It’s about 15-20 minutes from Universal and other big attractions, 5 minutes away from the Florida mall and there’s a bunch of stores and fast food places within walking distance. That being said, if I can afford it next time I would probably choose to stay somewhere else. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself could use some work. We stayed 3 nights and the hot water only worked for 1 night, when we asked the front desk they said someone was coming to work on the water and it hasn’t been working properly. They should have definitely let us know when we were checking in, that was very annoying. Also the shower curtain rod was rusted and gross. They also gave us literally the LAST room in the hotel at the very back of the building, despite seeing that I had a mobility aid. I don’t know if that was just the last available room they had or what but that was extremely annoying as well as someone who has difficulty walking long distances and uses a cane/walker. Overall, a decent and safe stay and a good price. But could definitely use some upgrades in certain areas.

• Martina (4/5): - I was disappointed with this property. When we arrived to check in at 11 pm, we were told there were no more rooms with 2 double beds available. All they could offer us was a room with a king size bed. They said the next day they would get us into a room with 2 queen beds. The next day we were informed the water heater was broken on our side of the hotel so there was no hot water. We were told that later that day we would be moved into another room, so we took our things with us when we headed out to sightsee. We had already paid for our room and I had called that morning to let them know we would be arriving late. The lady I spoke to assured me that would not be a problem. The hotel itself is very dated and smells musty.

• Joshua (2/5): Do not stay here - We checked in late on a Friday night close to midnight took showers and slept on hard beds. We had no hot water on Saturday so they let us take showers in a separate room and guaranteed us it would be fixed the next day. It wasn't or the day after so we checked out and they refused to refund us for the days we didn't stay. Monday night through Friday night. House keeping never came either which would have sucked if we had hot water to take showers with. I talked to three different parties with no hot water as well. I have called twice since I left to try and get at least a partial refund once I was told the manager was busy and the other time the manager hung up on me. I was told when I checked out that I had to E-mail management for a refund and did so twice with no response. It's been a week.

• Joel (2/5): Won’t recommend - I was supposed to stay for three nights but ended up leaving after the first night due to several issues. The bed was dirty and extremely uncomfortable, the shower didn’t drain properly, and the towels had a strange odor. On top of that, there were people smoking weed outside, which didn’t feel family-friendly or safe. I had to book another hotel at my own expense. Very disappointing experience — definitely not what I expected.

Saturday morning woke up to the sheriff's serving a eviction smh. Please read the reviews. This was my first and last here.
