• 937leighanns (10/5): Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista - The Hampton Inn was a place to stay. Jeanne was great at check in and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. It is a short drive to the parks and also close to shopping and food. No complaints and would love to stay here again!

Her personality and willingness to help is the best that I have experienced at any Hilton property, we are diamond members and stay at Hiltons all over the county several times a year. She is one of the main reasons we always choose this hotel.

They kept the breakfast bar well stocked and impeccably clean. Itzel took a moment and had a conversation with me, she has extreme passion and is an asset to your company. There were some large groups with lots of children and they treated them with kindness and enthusiasm helping when needed. This is an example of why we come back to this location. This is our 5th booking.

• samuelrJ5259OX (10/5): 2026 Florida Vacation Disney and Universal Experience. - Visited Florida right after the Spring Break craziness. Excellent location just minutes from all the parks. The hotel staff was amazing specially Lupe and Itzel they kept the Breakfast area on point, always making sure everything was available and stocked. Great selection of options for a full breakfast or a quick one. We stayed 13 nights and every morning breakfast was fully stocked including 4 Mickey’s face waffle irons. The coffee was the best we’ve had at a Hampton Inn in a while. We visited from Wisconsin. Every night when coming back from the parks the room was ready and pleasantly refreshed by Claudia. We didn’t needed anything else since the staff provided all we needed on this vacation definitely will come back. They also have a 3rd party on site that can hook you up with park tickets at great discounts and do offer daily shuttles to all the parks. Parks parking is $35.00 per day so you can save on that if you can make the schedule work for you.

One of your guests had a medical issue and was surrounded by laundry that was unpleasant to say the least. Sarah handled the situation with Grace and professionalism.

• vivienne13579 (10/5): Clean, Convenient, Friendly Staff - This is my favorite Hilton/Hampton Inn in the US and I’ve stayed at many! It’s sparkling clean, the beds/pillows are very comfortable, breakfast is great, housekeeping is wonderful…but the best part - the people! The staff is fantastic!! Their customer service is at the level of a five star resort. Special shout out to Sashane, who was super helpful, kind and just wonderful! Also, there is a gym, a pool and laundry facilities. It is also a pretty quick and easy uber/lyft to the parks, I paid around $10-20 each way. They do have a shuttle that I did not use. They have a morning bus to Universal/Epic Universe, Hollywood Studios, EPCOT and return service in the evening/night. Also have a shuttle bus in the evening with return service to Disney Springs. Honestly I would opt to use a rideshare to Disney/Universal property and then use their free transportation to travel between parks/resorts.

Ontbijt eentonig (en alles plastic bestek en wegwerp is niet ok). Er zijn bussen naar alle parken maar in feite slechts 1 bus op en af per dag.

• emilyharperb (10/5): Great hotel! - Our entire experience was excellent, but a standout was Sarah at the front desk. She was consistently friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. At one point, my husband witnessed another guest speaking to her rudely over a situation that was clearly a misunderstanding on the guest’s part. Despite this, Sarah remained calm, patient, and professional as she tried to explain, even as the guest continued to be difficult until a family member stepped in. Seeing how she handled both the best and most challenging moments truly highlighted her exceptional work ethic.

The times are absolutely absurd for the shuttle, I mean make 0 sense for most park guests. The hotel itself is fine, nice clean room, pretty solid breakfast, but I was very disappointed with how they structured the shuttle. Please don't offer and advertise this service if you aren't going to make it make sense for most park goers.

The location is incredibly convenient; it’s just a short drive to both Disney and Universal, which made our park days so much easier. They offer shuttle service to the parks too. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and every staff member we encountered was welcoming and professional. A special shout-out and huge kudos to Miriam in housekeeping! She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by surprising us with beautiful towel swans in our room. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made us feel at home.
