• Gil (4/5): - Entering the property took almost 2 hours (and this was midday, at 14:00-16:00 hrs). First, it was impossible to identify from the street. Using Google Maps, I chose a big door that was likely to be it, and sneaked inside when somebody else exited. But once inside I still didn't know where to go. After a long time I met someone who gave me directions, to the second floor, and I found the hotel. But it was locked and nobody was there. After a long time, a neighbor came out, and called the owners, and after another long wait, a man from the hotel came, opened up, and let me into my room ... which was still dirty from the previous inhabitants. So he cleaned it thoroughly, and after that everything was fine. But one should not have to go through a two-hour adventure to get into one's room.

• Aida (8/5): Interactivo - La ubicación y la cama eran cómodos. El baño estaba fuera aunque sea propio pero tienes tu llave y nadie más lo puede usar. Hay cocina. Estuvo atenta al WhatsApp en todo momento Jugamos al principio a un scape room en directo con la propietaria, igual es mejor que pongan un texto con todas las indicaciones desde el principio y ya si falla algo escribirle. Y el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido, caía hielo y agua por la pared que se veía que ya había ocurrido bastante tiene que tener bastante humedad detrás de la pared azul, debería arreglarlo.

• Lucy (5/5): Poor - The location was great but very noisy and busy outside. Close to alot of cafe's and restaurants and very close to the port. Online it states that check in starts at 2pm but we were asked to wait until 2.30pm which was not that much longer but we had to go and sit with our cases in a cafe. when we arrived at 2.30pm the apartment was a mess there was stuff everywhere beds were not made after the previous guests toilets had not even been cleaned! The cleaner asked if we could go out again and leave her to clean the messy apartment which was inconvenient for us as we had been traveling since 6am. We were also told that we couldn't receive the key to the apartment until later in the evening. We were also disappointed at the lack of knowledge the cleaner had about the apartment. This is lack of customer service. Our room was finally ready at 5pm and we received our keys. This is when we were told that it was a shared accommodation! Yes we had our own bedroom and bathroom but we had to go into the communal hallway to get to our bathroom which any guest could of had access too. Luckily during first few days no one else was there. We did ask the host if anyone else was staying if they could let us know so we don't get scared if some guy is walking in the apartmen. Four girls travelling alone we just wanted to feel safe. However that did not happen and one night we went into the hall and there was a man and women standing which caught us all off guard, they had no idea we were there. I understand shared accommodation is like that but we would not have booked it if we had known this. Overall we were very disappointed about the lack of information around this. Another complaint was the dirty washing from previous guests that was left for 3 days in the hallway of the apartment, which is disgusting! The air con did not work at all! It was never cold enough, always make a loud clicking noise which meant we had to turn it off at night. It also leaked water everywhere and had been like that for a while as there was obvious water damage on the walls.

Lady came to open the door upon arrival but couldn't explain in English there was no info in Engish in the room. Bed was too hard, bin didn't work and shower was awful. Toilet was not clean, stuff from the previous tennant in de fridge. Shower was too small for an adult, water doesn't get warm, only cold or burning hot, no place for toiletteries so all goes on the floor (which wasn't clean).

• Santiago (8/5): Good location in the heart of Naples - Good location and ample spaces. The room was big and had a balcony. It also included a large kitchen space. It can be noisy at night. The shower is on the small side.

• Andrew (8/5): Overall, very good. Thank you. - The location was very good. The breakfast was fine. We enjoyed our stay. The other guests were not a problem. The apartment felt safe and secure. There were fresh towels and sheets and a good cleaning service. It would have been useful to have more information about the process of how to get into the building at 20.00 on a Sunday evening, when the front door was closed and there was nobody on the reception desk. If this information could have been sent two or three days before the date of travel, then that would have been useful. We were lucky that we were able to make phone contact via WhatsApp call, to get the instructions.

• Rákošová (5/5): Passable - The availability to the public transport is great. Metro and bus stops are like 1 minute by walk, also the port is close. When we needed something, they responded very quickly and tried to help us. The room was spacious and with ac, which was much needed. The area was quite noisy, the oven wasn’t working and they didn’t change the linen or the towels during our 4 days stay.

• Stergioulas (7/5): An OK stay but with some communication issues - The location was very good, near Naples Universita and to the port. The room was clean when we arrived. It has an air condition and private bathroom. The common kitchen was well equiped with coocking utensils and spices. The room for our 6-night stay was not cleaned once. There was no pigal in the bathroom. Even though free toiletries were mentioned in the description, there weren't any hair and body shampoo. We bought our own. The communication with the host was not very good. We've sent an email to inform them that we've run out of toilet paper and ask for a pigal and there was no answer.

• Jenny (4/5): very disappointing stay, will not repeat. - Location and space was good, however some written directions on how the lift and washing machine worked would have been useful. there was no breakfast, it had a very old washing machine. the towels/cleaning service was every 3 days. the bed was very poor quality, the shower space was tiny and very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning froze every day, therefore it was not properly working and hot. there is a lot of noise from the street on the weekends.

• Anna (7/5): Nothing important to say, it was almost perfect!!! - The location was really good to reach the historical centre of the city, even on foot it takes only five minutes. The guardian of the building was really nice and helped my friend and me suggesting us places to go and ways to move around the city. Our room was divided with a door from the rest of the apartment so when other guests were in the building it was difficult to reach the kitchen. That’s why we didn’t use it very much.
