- Ali (8/5): - Room was lovely; beds very comfy. Location was excellent - very easy to get to many key sightseeing areas. Breakfast was extensive with lots of different options available. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was a nice bonus but was very busy. Staff were incredibly helpful. Swimming pool was very cold, even when heated, which was a shame and there were only a few loungers around the pool. As it was quite busy, there was nowhere to sit or leave your towel. I had to ask for basics in the room, for example, water. It may have just been an oversight but I would expect that as standard. It was corrected the following day and I should mention that you can also ask for fruit at no additional charge. Please ensure that you add the "do not disturb' sign in the evening if you don't want an early clean. Were were awoken by a cleaner entering our room at 09.00 when we were still in bed which wasn't a pleasant way to wake up.

- Mario (10/5): Tolles Hotel und dicht am Potsdamer Platz. - Besonders erwähnen möchte ich das Personal. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Es gibt für mich nichts zu beanstanden.

Fantastisk seng. 5 min fra Berlin-filharmonien. Veldig rolig område, men korte avstander til spisesteder og kultur. Alltid en rad med taxier rett utenfor hotellet, det er praktisk. Nesten umulig å finne noe å utsette ... For egen del kunne det vært litt flere barer/kneiper i gangavstand fra hotellet

- Jacqueline (10/5): - Large, comfortable rooms with excellent bathroom and better than average bed - hotel beds are seldom comfortable in my opinion and this one was definitely better than they usually are. Nothing much to not like. There was nothing in the mini-bar but there was a price list. Seemed a bit pointless.

- danielle (10/5): Top hotel in Berlijn - Het zwembad met heerlijk bedjes buiten, De locatie op loopafstand van oa de branderburger tor en Mall of Berlin en de metro. Verder vele lekker restaurantjes in de directe omgeving. Super schone en ruime kamers met een heerlijke badkamer Als ik toch iets moet opnoemen wat ik minder vond is de prijs voor het ontbijt in het hotel.

- I9045KAricks (6/5): Nice hotel but don't expect real luxury - The location is fine, close to potsdamer platz. The hotel seemed very calm and quiet which was nice. The rooms are dated but clean. My minibar was empty which I didn't mind because I didn't want anything but it was disappointing that it seemed to be specifically emptied. The check in staff were very polite as were the staff in the Vox bar. There was sometimes a "greeter" at the door but he not once said hello or even acknowledged my presence even after I said hello as I went through the door. The robes and slippers were hidden in a drawer and they seemed very worn. Overall the hotel is fine, it's definitely not 5*, more of a mid to upper tier 4*. There are much better hotels about for the money in my opinion

- Suzanne (9/5): Insgesamt in jedem Fall sehr gut. - Sehr komfortables, geschickt eingerichtetes Zimmer und besonders schönes Bad. Bemerkenswert serviceorientiert die unkomplizierte und freundliche Selbstverständlichkeit, mit der uns ein in der Lobby vergessener Mantel postwendend nach Hause geschickt wurde. Den Preis für das Frühstück unserer Gäste fand ich mit jeweils 39 Euro sehr hoch.

- nanya (10/5): Oase in der Gross-Stadt - Schöne Zimmer, bequeme Better und trotz sehr zentraler Lage ist es ruhig (Zimmer zur Seitenstrasse oder Innenhof) - hab selten so gut in einer Stadt geschlafen. Und äusserst aufmerksame Mitarbeitenden. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit schöner Terrasse mit Morgensonne. Alles Top! Fitnessraum könnte etwas grösser sein

- Ivo (10/5): Very nice stay, will come again. - Spacious room, very large bath with a tub and shower, separate WC, nice furniture, nice large TV set. Great location just opposite Berliner Philharmonie. There was not chocolate spread at breakfast.
- MsHellfire (10/5): Good value and globalist recognition - Enjoyed the location for ease of access to tourist attractions and walkability. I arrived early off a US red eye flight and was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early and have a wonderful suite upgrade for Globalist status. There were fresh orchids in the room and under floor heating in the bathroom. I enjoyed the executive lounge, particularly afternoon cake time - the lemon cake was delightful. The breakfast buffet is nice and I appreciated being able to take it at the restaurant or executive lounge. I thought the price point was very good value for a Grand Hyatt.

I want to be informed of all such charges in advance, not while I’m paying the invoice.
