- Maria Speranza (6/5): posizione perfetta - Non abbiamo fatto la colazione, la posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, centralissima e subito raggiungibile con la metro Lo staff normale diciamo c'era o non c'era sarebbe stato uguale, il problema è stato nella camera perchè c'era la polvere sui mobili e sotto al letto e muffa per perdita sul soffitto ed io ho avuto problemi di allergia. Peccato perchè comoda e funzionale.

Nous avons eu l'impression de déranger la personne de l'accueil à notre arrivée. Lorsque j'ai demandé à réparer un volet defectueux... et bien il m'aura fallu m'en occuper seul le soir en jouant les équilibristes. Pas normal pour ce standing.

Localização ótima entre a ponte Charles bridge e a praça da torre do relógio. Além de ser ao lado da estação de metrô. Achei que o colchão poderia ser um pouco mais firme. O café da manhã é apenas básico.

- Mayra (10/5): Ótima localização - A localização é ótima, dá para fazer tudo a pé dos pontos principais. Só um aviso, como não pode parar na rua do hotel, os carros param numa rua perto para embarque e desembarque, mas é bem tranquilo.
- Samaneh (9/5): we were very satisfied with our stay overall. - We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the main attractions, and it was easy to explore the city on foot from there. The hotel staff were extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming, and the room was genuinely very clean. The only small issue was that the mattress was slightly sunken and not very comfortable. Since we were staying only two nights, we didn’t mention it or ask to change rooms.

- weizhao (3/5): - 1. The entrance requires climbing stairs with no assistance available, which is really inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. 2. Despite being a 4-star hotel, no basic toiletries are provided—no toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, or even complimentary bottled water. 3. The wardrobe is spacious but unstable. It shakes violently at the slightest movement and disturbs sleep. 4. The curtains are sheer and flimsy with only a single sheer layer. Privacy is poor, and bright early morning light causes sleep disruption. 5. The desk is placed extremely close to the bed. Its sharp, unprotected corners are hazardous; I bumped into it when getting up at night. 6. A creepy eyeless Beatles portrait hangs above the bed, creating an unsettling and uncomfortable atmosphere.

- Katherine (9/5): Great location and attractive building. - We were allowed to check in 2hrs early and were upgraded to a room with a small kitchenette and plenty of space which was much appreciated. A good selection available at breakfast. Some of the furnishings were a little “tired” including a chipped lamp base and table, and a broken blind but staff were helpful in correcting any issues highlighted.

- Piyali (9/5): It was a very pleasant stay in a comfortable and centrally situated hotel - It was extremely well located and you could walk to most of the sites . Several tram lines and the metro were next to the hotel.The room was large and clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. A soap dish in the bathroom would have been nice but this is really unimportant.

Das Quentin zeichnet sich aber durch eine besonders herausragende Lage, großzügig wirkende Zimmer und modernen Standard aus. Und: Der Weg aus der U-Bahn bis zum Ausgang der Station ist vermutlich weiter als der Weg vom Ausgang der Station bis zum Hotel. Foto zeigt mein Zimmer - und es ist nicht mal darauf ausgelegt, den ganzen Raum abzubilden.

- HANI (8/5): في السنتر وسعره مناسب جدا انصح فيه رغم بعض العيوب - موقعه في السنتر و كل الاماكن السياحيه قريبه الغرفة نظيفه وواسعه وفيها ميني بار وادوات مطبخ المشكله الاولى باب الفندق على الشارع العام مباشرة وقدامه ترام ومافي مواقف ولا في مجال توقف سياراتك عشان تنزل الشنط يعني الحل انك توقف في الحاره في الخلف اذا لقيت موقف وتسحب الشنط . المشكله الثانيه فيه ازعاج اصوات السيارات والترام لما يعدي امام الفندق الى وقت متأخر من الليل يعني تحتاج تقفل الشبابيك عشان ماتسمع الصوت لكن الغرفه بتصير حاره بسبب التكييف مايبرد رغم انه شغال لكن بدون فايده صوت فقط. غير كذا الفندق يستحق التجربة …

Hotelzimmer ist sehr modern und hat eine schöne Größe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben guten Freunden das Hotel empfohlen. keine Beanstandung.

- Serena (7/5): Bene ma si può migliorare - La struttura si trova a due passi dalla fermata della metro, proprio fuori c’è fermata di autobus e tram e inoltre è leggermente a 5min a piedi dalla piazza della città vecchia, orologio astronomico, ponte Carlo, praticamente tutto il centro a pochi passi. La stanza era davvero grande, il lètto piuttosto comodo. Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno di 3 notti abbiamo trovato polvere sul pavimento e gli asciugamani a volte risultavano sporchi. Difatti la pulizia consisteva solo nel rifare il letto e cambio asciugamani.
