- Skarleta (4/5): - Personál bol milý a raňajky mali pestrý výber. Na to, že som platila viac než 200 € za noc, bola izba veľkým sklamaním. Hneď ako som vošla, všimla som si silný zatuchnutý zápach. Musela som mať celý čas otvorené okno, pretože inak sa tam nedalo vydržať. V izbe chýbala zásuvka pri posteli – bola tam len jedna, do ktorej bola zapojená lampa. Izba pôsobila prázdne, zastarane a nečisto. V kúpeľni boli tapety na stenách zašlé a umývadlo bolo prasknuté. Celkovo som sa tam necítila príjemne ani komfortne.

- rimosh58 (9/5): 立地がとても良く，快適な滞在が可能 - 立地とアクセスが非常に良い。 空港バス(VAB 3)のバス停や地下鉄U1の駅が近くにある。 また，近くにスーパーがあるため滞在中の買い物にも便利だった。 Austria Centre Viennaへも徒歩10分程度で到着できる。 部屋は広く，設備も十分で清潔だった。 ベッドの枕元近くにコンセントがなく，スマホの充電が不便だった。 部屋のドアは，普通に閉めただけだとオートロックがかからないことがあった。 その場合は，ドアを閉じた状態から少し力を入れて最後までしっかり閉めると，カチャッと音が鳴って完全に閉まった。 特に，外出する際はオートロックがかかっていることを確認したほうがいい。

Délig igényeltem késői kicsekkolás lehetőséget, ennek ellenére 10:45-kor amikor visszapihentem (ellenére annak, hogy ki t volt a “Ne zavarjanak tábla”), mert szerettem volna a futóverseny után aludni picit, addig dörömbölt a takarító, amíg fel nem keltem és ki nem nyitottam az ajtót.:( Ilyet még sosem tapasztaltam, több, mint 10 éve választom ezt a szállást a futóverseny esemény ideje alatt.

Emiatt a lokáció számunkra fontos volt. A közelben metró megállók találhatók, amivel konnyedén be lehet jutni a belvárosba. Sajnos több negatív élmény ért bennünket az eltöltött idő alatt, amit egy négycsillagos szállodában nem várna az ember. A szobában borzasztó kényelmetlenek voltak az ágyak, nagyon puha volt mindhármunknak a matrac. Az ággyá alakított kanapé pedig kritikán aluli, használhatatlan. 250 EUR/ éjszaka áron ez nem elfogadható. A reggeli sajnos messze alulmúlja a legtöbb négycsillagos szállodában kapott ellátást. Ausztriában nem ez a megszokott. A személyzet ugyan válaszolt a kérdéseinkre, de egy fiatalmebert leszámítva a lelkesedés, a vendégszeretet legkisebb jelét sem mutatta senki. Este a bárban a munkatársak különösen az idősebb pocakos uriember kifejezetten ellenszenvesen és modortalanul viselkedett. Az asztalokon ott voltak hagyva az elöző csoport poharai, nem volt jó élmény az esti bározás.

- KONSTANTINA (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία βρίσκεται στο πιο σύγχρονο οικοδομικό κομμάτι της πόλης και είναι πολύ βολική. Μπορεί να μην βρίσκεται κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο και τα συνήθη αξιοθέατα, αλλά η απόσταση δεν είναι καθόλου απαγορευτική, καθώς κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει στάση μετρό και ακριβώς έξω από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου για μεταφορά προς το αεροδρόμιο. Μείναμε στο κατάλυμα τρεις οικογένειες και μας άρεσε που τα δωμάτιά μας ήταν γειτονικά και που μπορούσαμε να συγκεντρωνόμαστε στους όμορφους χώρους του για καφέ / ποτό / φαγητό και... για να καταστρώνουμε τα ημερήσια σχέδια μας. 10στα 10!
- Desiree (5/5): Ja ganz okay aber sehr verbesserungswürdig - Der Kellner an der Bar, der sehr bemüht und freundlich war Leider war es im Zimmer sehr heiß und die Klimaanlage konnte nicht reguliert werden. Der Lärmpegel war sehr hoch, sobald man das Fenster geöffnet hat. Wir mussten aber das Fenster ab und an öffnen, da es so heiß im Zimmer war. Leider wurde bei uns nie das Klopapier nachgefüllt und der Mistkübel wurde auch nicht aus geleert. D.h. für uns, dass das Personal nicht gearbeitet hat. Und wir waren drei Nächte da. Also für den Preis hätten wir uns ehrlicherweise zu mindestens den Standard gewünscht aber für das hat es anscheinend nicht gereicht. Unser Freund hatte ein Superior Zimmer und ihm er ging es gleich.

It seemed a bit different for me the policy of cleaning the room every 4 days, unless one ask for a specific clean between some those days. I am tidy and clean, but I missed the every day cleaning.

The most concerning issue was that my boss, whom I traveled with, informed me on the last day that his room had not been cleaned at all throughout his four-night stay. He returned each day to find the room untidy and unattended. Although I made an effort to raise this with the front desk, he advised that we let it be to avoid further disturbance during his stay, since we usually return to the hotel very late. Cleaning of rooms should never be a thing of choice. Additionally, the first staff member who attended to us during the check-in of our two bosses was uncourteous. Thankfully, the second staff member my colleagues and I met later in the afternoon was courteous and professional, and she eventually assisted us with our check-in. Furthermore, I found it quite inconvenient that I had to repeatedly request basic items such as dental kits and other essentials I did not travel with before they were eventually provided. The lighting in the room was also inadequate, making it difficult for one to study comfortably. Overall, I would describe my stay as fair, and that is being generous. Given the high cost of the accommodation, the experience fell short of expectations.

Sessel zum sitzen im zimmer. 🙂

He came back to meet his room scattered and uncleanedfor the 4 nights. I made an attempt to complain to the front desk, but he said I should leave them so they don't come to disturb his stay. Again, the lady my team met first that checked in our 2 bosses was so aggressive and inconsiderate. She has a very pppr public relation. All thanks to the 2nd lady me and my colleagues later met in the afternoon and who eventually checked us in. Thirdly, why do I have to be begging for dental kits and a few other essentials i did not come with before they provided me with them, plusvthe lightnings of the is poor that I could not study with it. Generally, I can rate my stay manageable, that's after poor cos it doesn't deserve fair for such huge price it attracted. Unlike me, I literally lacked interest in taking photos of the room or the outside view.

- _E5602EI (10/5): Great stay with excellent breakfast and service - I stayed at NH Danube City Vienna for 7 days (from March 23 to 29, 2026). Overall, I had a very positive experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, which makes it easy to quickly reach the city center and other parts of Vienna. I would also like to highlight the breakfasts — they are varied and truly delicious. This was especially important for me as I follow a diet: the menu included stewed vegetables, cherry tomatoes, beans, beets, and other healthy options. Special thanks to Roman, the waiter, for his attentiveness, friendliness, and high level of service. I would be happy to stay here again during my next visit to Vienna. The hotel fully meets international service standards and is an excellent choice for both business trips and leisure.

Nancy who works at the reception/front desk is amazing and exceptionally kind and helpful. NH has the best staff or all the hotels I've stayed in Vienna. The room is very comfortable and the amenities are really great. The Staff left a very positive impression and impacted positively on my trip. Everything was great.
