Service gleich null, eine kleine Kaffeebar mit 100 Leuten in der Warteschlange! Schwimmbad ganz furchtbar, wie ein Bahnhofssaal, ohne irgendwas, null Service, überhaupt waren die Mitarbeiter dort wohl vorher bei Stalin im Gulag angestellt. Was freundliches Gastpersonal heißt, hatte die noch nie gehört!

Mikko (9/5): Hyvä majoitus. Voisin tulla uudelleen. - Aamiaisella paljon paikallisia vaihtoehtoja, riittävästi henkilökuntaa. Erinomainen sijainti keskustassa. Sänky oli mukava nukkua. Huone oli melko kuuma, ilmastointi ei joko toiminut tai jaksanut jäähdyttää riittävästi. Kylpyhuoneeseen tuli hetkittäin viemärin hajua.

Natalia (7/5): - Хороший отель , расположение , близко к площади, Северному проспекту . Завтраки хорошие. И начинаются рано , уже в 7.30 бывало полный зал . Халаты тапочки есть , шампунь кондиционер, зубной набор, диски и палочки положили только при заселении и больше не пополняли почему то. Вода , чай, кофе. Уборка подкачала , за неделю белье постельное не меняли ни разу, пол не пылесосили , ковролин соответственно был весь пыльный , в крошках. Раковину не чистили . Только выносили мусор . Окна очень грязные . Поэтому оценку снижаю только из за уборки . Качество уборки , грязные окна

Grace (6/5): - Es gibt einige sehr positive Aspekte, jedoch entspricht das Gesamterlebnis leider nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf. Zunächst möchte ich die hervorragende Lage und das sehr gute Frühstücksbuffet loben, das eine tolle Auswahl bot. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals im Service – sowohl die Reinigungskräfte als auch der Doorman waren stets zuvorkommend und herzlich. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts erhebliche Mängel beim Zimmerkomfort: Klimatisierung: Unser erstes Zimmer im 9. Stock war extrem überhitzt. Die Klimaanlage gab lediglich warme Luft ab. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies ein generelles Problem in den Gebäuden in Jerewan sei und man bot uns lediglich einen Ventilator an. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ist das als Lösung unzureichend. Erst nach Beschwerde durften wir in den 4. Stock umziehen, wo die Temperaturen glücklicherweise angenehm waren. Betten: Leider konnten uns die Betten nicht überzeugen; diese waren für unser Empfinden sehr unbequem und bräuchten dringend einen Matratzenwechsel.

The noise from outside was extremely disturbing and made it very difficult to rest. We had specifically requested a room on a higher floor with a nice view, but upon arrival, the reception staff, without any effort and with an unfriendly attitude, told us that no other rooms were available and assigned us a room on the 2nd floor. Additionally, several rooms near ours were occupied by teenagers who were constantly moving around in the hallway, creating noise. When we reported this issue to the reception, we were told that nothing could be done. They even mentioned that if guests make noise inside their rooms, it is not their responsibility — which is quite unacceptable, as this is a common issue in hotels and should be properly managed.

When they finally came, they only removed the trash and left some water, but the room itself was never actually cleaned. The hygiene standards were very poor. On top of that, there was no respect for privacy. One time, staff knocked on the door and then immediately opened it without waiting for a response, while I was still getting dressed. This is a serious violation of basic hotel etiquette. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at all due to the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and respect for guests.

Struttura confortevole con hall grande e gradevole, stanze grandi e bagni comodi e dotati di kit completi, accappafoio ecc. La piscina e' ampia, pulita e comoda.

Derk (7/5): Too hot for Tom - - Superb location: being at walking distance from the Hraparak (Republic Square) and thus the city center, the hotel is an excellent base to discover the city on foot, return to fresh up, go out to eat etc. - Free on site parking (side entrance, behind the black gate): really handy if, like us, you arrive by car - Nice pool/sauna/gym facilities - Airconditioning: the AC still seemed to be in 'winter mode', because it wouldn't cool, only made the room hotter (it wasn't hot outside, but since the room was on an upper floor, some heat had accumulated over the day); in the end, we opened the window, but it still took some time for the room to cool off and we didn't sleep very well because of this; - WiFi: ok for general surfing, but not really reliable for streaming etc., so in the end, we switched it off and used the mobiel data on our local SIM card; for a hotel of this category, I would have expected better WiFi

ceri (7/5): 3 night stay in Yerevan - Breakfast plentiful but can't say it compares to other 4* hotels I have stayed in . To be honest had better breakfasts in B and Bs and 3 * hotels in Armenia . It lacked quality . Room appeared clean and then when bed moved 'plasters' behind bed ughhh. Staff efficient but hardly 'cheerful '. Centrally located ...it's best feature. Lacked atmosphere ....could have been anywhere globally . Cleaner room More pleasant staff

Ekaterina (2/5): Пересмотреть свое отношение к гостям, опираясь на современные реалии - Неплохой завтрак. Но ресторан, обозначивший свою работу до 22.00, закрывается уже в 21.30 и гремит посудой и предлагает прийти на завтрак с 07.30, имейте ввиду. Испорченный день рождения. Бронировала сутки проживания, с 29 по 30.03, предупредила сразу что будет поздний заезд, уточняла по возможности позднего выезда, в счет неоплаченных часов, ответили отказом. Ну окей, могу согласиться. Были оплачены полные сутки и продление до 18.00 с оплатой половины суток, хотя это только 6 часов дополнительно. Выбрала именно этот отель, так как увидела хорошие отзывы про спа. 29.03 был день рождения моей мамы и мы хотели отдохнуть в спа. 29 позавтракали и спустились в спа, 2 взрослых и ребенок 9 лет. Ребенку, так случилось, забыли взять купальные плавки, купить в отеле их не смогли - так как в продаже их не было. И так как мы отмечали др, взяли с собой бутылочку купленного ранее шампанского чтобы отдохнуть у бассейна. Спустились, заняли кресла, шезлонгов нет в спа, только стулья, но хорошо хотя бы спинка у них откидывается. Расположились в уголке, в отдалении от остальных кресел, чтобы провести время своей компанией и не мешать никому, на тот момент в бассейне плавали только 2 женщины. И тут начинается цирковое представление. К нам подходит сотрудник отеля, вероятно ответственный за бассейн (коротко стриженный, в синей футболке, жаль не запомнила его имени - назовем его мистерХ) и сообщает что мы не можем пить шампанское в зоне бассейна. На что мы ему ответили, что у нас день рождения и мы бы хотели отдохнуть здесь, никому не будем мешать и не проведем тут много времени. Спа зона не располагает к длительному отдыха, очень неуютная, пустая, бассейн глубиной от 1,6. И на креслах долго не просидишь. На что сотрудник более агрессивно сообщает что мы не можем находиться в зоне бассейна с алкоголем. Диалог не складывается, напряжение начинает нарастать. Параллельно мы замечаем, что наш ребенок долго не выходит из раздевалки. Направляясь к входу в раздевалку, чтобы позвать его и спросить в чем дело.
