• nichola (7/5): - the balcony , the laundry service and location. the guest being extremely loud in corridor with little respect throughout the night all hours. It seems to be an overspill of the hostel attitude across from the road called nexy hostel. However I will say the staff when notified on 24 hour watsapp responded quickly to sort out every time this happened. however it happened frequently. Cleaner were not good also. I asked three times for my sheets to be changed and even watched them but still no duvet cover change, was very strange. The light fixture was broken and put back together with literal cello tape 😟.

• Dilyana (6/5): Ok for 1-2 nights - Location and hostel staff are friendly Not very clean and I didn’t know that the entrance of the hotel is through a coffee shop ( that’s not a problem) but if you are on the first floor like us, you will hear absolutely everything going on in the coffee shop and the noise from blender doing milkshakes,etc. also staff from coffee shop not really aware how much noise they make and do not close the door that goes to the hotel so just be aware- noise is crazy Not the hotels fault but be aware

• Alice (5/5): - Jag tyckte om att det låg nära allt! Väldigt bra läge mitt i old town! Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam vid in- och utcheckning. Det var lite fläckar på sängkläderna samt en del småkryp i och runt sängen. Även någon enstaka kackerlacka i badrummet. Annars var det rent och välstädat. Inte prisvärt däremot.

• Avigail (9/5): We loved it thank you - We arrived very late at night and the reception staff were lovely. The room was clean and spacious and a pleasure to stay in. The only thing we didn't like was that the reception is in a different building from the part of the hotel that has private rooms. It was a bit difficult in the middle of the night.

Just walking distance for almost all coffee shops and restaurants. Not enough ventilation for rooms. When you open the window you'll only see walls. The water in shower area when taking a bath is not being drained good. The flooring on the shower area is not leveled to where the drainage is.

• Melvin (8/5): Great location in the Old Quarter and great value - Location is incredible as it is in the heart of the Old Quarter. Close to a lot of shopping, food, massage places and other touristy locations. 5 minute walk walk to TP Bank for international travellers. To note that the accomodation is above a coffee shop - so you’ll have to walk through the coffee shop to get to/out of the accomodation daily…which isn’t actually too bad as it’s not that busy.
• Harsha (8/5): It's worth the money that you pay for. Definitely worth it, and the location is great. - It's a hostel, so the expectation was that it will be noisy, but it was not. It was a very good double-decker kind of a place, and I really loved it. The curtains in the bathroom are placed in a way that the movement around the whole bathroom makes it smaller and uncomfortable.

• Aniket (10/5): Good option near Hoan kiem lake - We stayed at Nexy Living Hotel from 6th to 7th January for one night. The location is excellent, just about a 2-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, which makes it very convenient for exploring the Old Quarter. The room was spacious, apartment-style accommodation, with good airflow and all amenities exactly as mentioned on Booking.com. The room looked exactly like the pictures, which is always reassuring. While it was slightly on the costlier side for a one-night stay, it felt reasonable considering the prime location in the heart of Hoan Kiem area. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay, especially for travellers who want to stay close to the lake and Old Quarter attractions.
• Nor Adibah (9/5): Good value Hanoi studio - Great value for a studio apartment which is located within walking distance to Hanoi's main attractions, restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly & helpful. It took a while to figure out how to operate the shower. Please paste an instruction on the wall on how to operate & adjust for hot/cold water.

• Leanette Jane (9/5): Nexy Living - book thisssss - The place is near shops and restaurantants. In front of the hotel is a coffee shop. Staffs are friendly as well - want to commend that one staff who assisted us during our check in. His english is very commendable (we don't know his name, but he's slim, tall and has a long hair). Despite the place near restaurants and shops it's noisy at all. Complete amenities as well. Not that we didn't like but their reception area is on the other building so we need to walk like 3-5 mins. It's just quite hard to walk if you have a big-ass luggage.

• Theresia (2/5): - The staff was really top nodge, super friendly and helpful with everything around Hanoi and bookings outside. Check-in and check out was very easy and fast. Really great. The room looked very different in real life. The window gets no actual daylight see picture, it looks on to a dirty air-conditioning slot. It smells pretty musky and the air-condition filter in the cigarette smoke from outside. The rooms are described as soundproofed, they are unlikely to be. There were no bugs or the like but it was still pretty run down. Not like the pictures on booking. The upstairs bit that looked lovely on the pic on booking was really dangerous to reach and leave, the mattress honestly is beyond firm I didn't sleep a wink but I am also very whippy, so others maymay fare better.

• Darren (8/5): - Location right in the heart of the action of Hanoi. Coffee shop attached at base of building perfect with Wifi also. Had a night guard camped at base as no completely closed off doors to building thru the night which was no problem. Rooms were cleaned with fresh linen every 2 days. A/C worked well for the loft i was in. Water pressure good also. Used as a base only being in & out all day is fine. If your one of those stay in room people on holiday's, go somewhere else as it is priced as such.

Yes, the checkin is sometimes at their hostel, but it is located just around the corner, under 1 min walk. I walked there in heavy rain and semi flooded streets, and it wasn’t a problem, so for the people having problems with that, must have A LOT of problems in their life’s.

• Putu Adhi (9/5): 4D3N experience - Good place, almost near to everything you will need when visiting hanoi. The entrance is a bit tricky (entering a coffee shop) but the staf is told everything before so not a problem. Anyway the coffee shop was surprisingly serving a good coffee. Staf also helpful when asked about many things. Overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended. The hot water is either hot or very hot. For me was not a big deal.

Now I can understand its our fault first for forgetting such a valuable in the room, but it makes no sense that they (the cleankng staff) didnt see it when cleaning the room later.

We got a room with an outdoor kitchen. The balcony area could use some attention – we understand it's an open space, but the floor and the drawers where the kitchen utensils are stored need to be cleaned. Other than that, the room and bathroom were very clean.

Dropped off my laundry with the hotel and headed back cleaned within 24 hours. Very efficient and pleasant experience staying there. My room is was in the sixth floor with a walk out balcony, but the balcony door did not lock. There were no issues, but it would be nice if the room was not accessible from the next-door attached rooftop area

Exeptionaly loud, dont come here if you want a good nights sleep. Construction & locals partying and letting off fireworks right into the middle of the night. Arrived it our room to find it unclean with dirty plates and hair all over the floor. Reception was in another building.

• Niall (1/5): NEXTY LIVING, HANOI - The junior Staff members that I dealt with,,⁰ were very pleasant and professional.. Despite therre being quite a number of issues with my stay, the manager never reached out to me or showed any courtesy or professionalism at any point 1 Upon arrival, after waiting for thirty minutes, it became apparent that I had to check in at a different location. It was then stated that this was a temporary situation. This is completely untrue. The reception has been moved to a nearby much busier property ( Hostel) which nexy also operate.and this move is permanent. This arrangement should be made clear to everyone prior to a person booking to stay at Nexy Living. Do do otherwise is tantamount to misselling 2.. When I paid the total amount quoted at time of booking for the booking, only then was I informed that a further 500,000vnd was required as a damage deposit before I could be given access to the already paid for studio. Again, this charge was hidden from me and not included in the amount due to be paid when I completed my booking. Again, this tantamount to misselling. Isatey at four other places in Vietnsm in the prior two weeks and of them required a damage deposit hidden or otherwise. 3. Having gained access to the studio, I discovered that neither the TV nor the fridge were working. While both were replaced fixed quickly, it was obvious that the studio had not been properly checked after the departure of the previous guest. After the TV was fixed, it then became apparent that that the TV had no TV channels. The site stated that netflix was available but neglected to specify that a guest would need to have paid their own Netflix subscription. In all my travels, I have never before came across a property that provided a TV but the guest has to provide their own channels. In summary, the management and owners of Nexy like any business, need to be honest with their prospective customers and not hide relevant facts/charges from them. Nexy has some superb junior staff who are being let down by your current business practices.
• Watts (10/5): Perfect not in Hanoi - I loved the location and the coffee shop downstairs. The apartment was clean and a perfect size for me. It has hot water and a small balcony over the street. It's perfect for 1 or 2 people who like each other. I walked to the lake within 6 minutes. The entrance is through the coffee shop, so when it's closed, there are a couple more steps to leave and enter.

• William (9/5): Superb - Very nice and helpful staff, very clean room, and a great location to explore Hanoi. Tv in room didn't work, not that we were spending too much time in the room but the fridge also didn't work which was more of a nuisance!

• Aqeel (6/5): Cleanliness is an issue - The rooms were quite spacious and location was great Cleanliness is a big zero, the toilet wasn't clean there was a brown stain in commode which was disgusting, the shower kept getting clogged and wasn't fixed even after informing the staff. The rooms were never cleaned during the 3 nights I stayed, again super let down.
• Peter (7/5): A comfortable haven, but lacking finesse - The room was spacious and well presented, had a safe,, and the balcony was equipped with some kitchen facilities. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Room only serviced every two days. Lack of information about facilities. Pools of water in bathroom (leak?) Balcony poorly maintained.

Good size and a comfortable room My first bad reviews ever (Been super generous in my reviews always) Oh!...this is where i would like spend in this review though. 1. When you book this property, they message you to come to Nexy Hostel. Taxi's find it difficult to locate this one. My suggestion, Key in Nexy Living and every taxi will get you here without confusion. 2. No one will clean your room. If you still want to stay, book for one night only. Room is good though 3. You have to check-in/out from a different building close by (NEXY hostel). Not much greetings or care by the staff. Feels like they're doing you a favor by renting you the place. 4. Be ready to drag your loved bags on the rough street before moving into your room. 3. No intercom to ask for help if you need one. Walk up to Nexy hostel for anything or the best is solve it yourself. Darn...i feel bad talking negative already. I'll stop up now even though i have more points. Above are good enough for your decision making when you book.
• Messager (8/5): Next living best way yo start your journey in Vietnam - The location (close to everything: beer street, lacs, city center, the quality of support from the staff. The room property). And the best came from the Coffee downstairs that serves beat Egg coffee! Nothing special.
