If i complaim them that i will complain about u to booking .com .they said go what ever u want we don't care.even they said go and cancel the room All information which is on.booking .com .due to which book the room was wrong.First of all room size,quantity and quality of furniture all was totaly opposite to the given formation .room size is only 80 sq feet.all furniture is broken and old and dirty.cleaning is zero.Major problem stauff can not even understand English . a little bit.

I arrived at the hotel at 8pm, but my room was not ready so I had to wait for one more hour for my room keys. (They gave me some snacks to apologise for the inconvenience that was very nice of them) - you have to climb some stairs if staying on the upper floors; I asked them to downgrade my room to a small economic room that was on the ground floor - less stairs but more noise coming from the street. - no lobby area.

- Merilyn (7/5): For that prize it was ok place to stay, just beware of extra fees. - We liked that there was kitchen in the room. It was close to the city. Over all the staff was friendly and helpful. Very useful was the washing machine in the room. When we arrived, we were not able to go to our room that we booked. We were given a tiny room with a very thin wall to the street. We were so tired from out trip and now we weren´t able to sleep at all. And we were asked to pay 50€ more for some tax. It would have been fine if I had known it advance. Was a bad surprise to have when you arrive in the middle of the night- pay more and don´t even get the room that you paid for.

- Rayan (10/5): the best introduction to istanbul - compared to other hotels, the interior is beautiful and trendy! they also gave us 10 complimentary water bottles, snacks and instant coffee/tea, as well as cute notes in each room saying ‘we hope you enjoy your stay’ ect. the staff are also so lovely, we’re from the UK and although theres a language barrier, we communicated well. the staff members are so accommodating, asking if you need any cleaning or fresh sheets or towels (even though they provided us with many towels!). they also gave us recommendations for food places and shops. there is also a service where you can get things delivered to your room! (from an outsider service, the hotel dont do this but its an awesome service they let us know about). this is also near istanbul, many many shops and food places nearby (they’re positioned right next to a bunch of fast food places 2 seconds away). and for the price! this hotel has it all and more. if you’re looking for an affordable hotel with the most amazing staff members, look no further! this hotel and its staff is perfect, absolutely no complaints

- Maryam (1/5): it was very bad. - The hotel is very close to many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets All staff specially the afghanian man were friendly and nice except Ms. Yamore, she was very rude, she didn't care about our problems, we were in hot weather for more than 10 hours without air conditioner and she didn't care about us. When we wanted to ask something, she didn't hear our complaint, the room was very dirty, the bathroom didn't have a good ventilation, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, and our room was on the third floor!!! No one could speak English and we had to try to say whatever we needed to say in Turkish through Google Translate, and hotel doesn’t have a parking.

Rica edip yenisini istedik fakat eski nevresimlerin altı eski konaklayanlardan kalan saçlarla doluydu. Temizlik açısından kesinlikle tavsiye edemeyeceğimiz bir yer oldu. Onun dışında konum olarak güzel bir yerde bulunmaktadır. Biraz daha temizliğe önem verilirse daha güzel olabilir.

Nach den Bewertungen ist das Hotel Außergewöhnlich sehr gut mit 5 Sternen bewertet. Das kann ich nicht verstehen. Es hat ein Eingang, da passt einer mit seinem Gepäck gerade noch durch. Hat keinen Aufzug, die Zimmer, die sie anbieten ist so klein, dass gerade noch ein Bett drinnen ist und mit Koffer kaum zum reinlaufen. Als ich die zwei Zimmer in dem genannten Hotel gebucht habe, habe ich am selben Tag angerufen bei Expedia und nachfragen lassen ob die Zimmer wie beschrieben mit Waschmaschine ist und was für ein unterschied zwischen Basic und Buisness zimmer gibt. Aber die Dame hat selber reingeschaut und gesagt es gibt kein unterschied. Sie hat aber trotzdem im Hotel angerufen, um sicherzugehen. Da wurde ihr gesagt es gibt fast kein Unterschied und in jedem zimmer ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Von wegen Waschmaschine? Man kann in den Hotel nicht mal mit 3 koffer rein weil da kein platz dafür ist. Und was ist ich gar nicht verstehe ist, dass man für so einen Hotel bei expedia 5 sterne als Kundenbewertung zulässt. Ich werde darauf bestehen, dass mein geld zurückgebucht wird. Ich habe die Fotos in original und die belege, wie das Hotel beschrieben wird. Das kann man den Gästen nicht antun bitte!!!!!
