- Svitlana (7/5): Great place to explore Prague, close to the centre and public transport. - The location is close to the centre and you can even walk there. Public transportation stops are just nearby. Very comfortable. The apartment was sparkling (bathroom, kitchen). Air freshener was really helpful as my room was tiny and when I came back in the evening it had pleasant aroma. The room was cosy with home atmosphere and small things like clothes hangers, sweets, a kettle, tea. Owners were in touch when I asked to help with the Internet and electricity. They helped with the issue via phone and it was resolyby the end of the day. I struggled to find the key box (there is road renovation now) and the boxes are very small an difficult to see from the road. Soundproofing system seems not to exist. The internet and sockets didn't work on day one and I got really stressed being unable to iron my clothes for the photoshoot and my conference as well as charge my phone (the issue was resolved with phone help of the owner but I had to check the fuses which I found dangerous). It would be great if the stuff could check the amenities before the guest arrival.

- Rizwana (9/5): - Uitstekende hotel! Veilige omgeving. Trams die in de straat van jet hotel rijden, alles leek hierdoor dichtbij. Lockers waren lastig vindbaar, heel lang over gedaan om deze te vinden.
- Sofiia (9/5): I really enjoyed the stay and it felt like home for some reason :) - Overall I enjoyed my stay! The location is perfect. Even though it’s located near tram and train railway, but the noise didn’t bother me at all. At daytime with an open window it was kind of noisy but I didn’t spend much time in the apartment in daytime, so if you plan to just sleep it should be okay! The kitchen is well equipped. There is everything you need to cook something to eat. It was good to have your own fridge in the room and teapot with tea and coffee! Also, the set of cotton pads and cotton buds was a huge help! 🙏 Everything was clean and housemaid cleaned everyday! My room was small but it was really cozy, felt like home :) The bed creaked and felt a little bit flimsy, but maybe it just felt that way. Also the mattress wasn’t really comfortable. I think it can be replaced for a better one. But I was so tired after exploring Prague it didn’t bother me much haha. Also, what really bothered me is that there is no elevator. It was mentioned beforehand but I hoped there would be at least some kind of ramp. But no :( I had a long intercontinental flight and had a pretty heavy suitcase so it was a challenge for me. But it was indicated and I did it at my own risk. So if you have a heavy bag and you travel alone, I wouldn’t recommend it. And even though I received the instructions on how to find the keys and get into the building but it still was pretty confusing and I asked for help someone who was just entering the building. I don’t think I would figure it out myself after the 18-hour long flight 😅 I think a video would help. But maybe it was just me

Это комната в квартире,а не отдельные апартаменты (я не внимательно читал объявление),маленькая кухня.Наличие камер видеонаблюдения в коридоре и кухне вызывало дискомфорт.Нет телевизора .Нет дополнительных приборов освещения, торшер не работает.

- Dimitri (8/5): Good enough and has all the basics... - You are getting an own room (different sizes) within an Apartment, the kitchen and bathrooms (2) are shared. But guests or people who partly live there aren't there all the time. Wifi, Washing machine, own fridge in the room where the basics that all worked. For what this place is supposed to be it does hold what it promises. A maid does daily cleaning in the shared areas. Depending on occupancy Level in Prague and room size the price per night is 30-120 Euro. I paid 170 Euro for 5 nights which is a fair price performance. The place is self Check Inn and Out via Pin Code and Key box installation. Be aware that you are basically in a quieter area in the South/Center of Prague. You can walk to IP Pavlova and the river side. However both a Tram and Train line run right around the location. The sound during the day is frequent but gets more quiet at night. During the day you have a dozen Trams and Trains running in an hour. in the late evening and night time it is getting more quiet. So the place isn't perfect for that reason but sufficient to well equipped for the basics that matter!

- JOU YU (10/5): - 超級完美的房間! 首先入住前住宿方提供一個很詳細且明瞭的PDF檔，讓我快速進到房間，整個房間的設計我很喜歡!剛好四季裡我也最喜歡冬天XD 房間空間大，而且任何設備都有提供，書桌、冰箱、熱水壺、收納櫃、衣架、全身鏡等等，整個房間我只能給100分! 廚房提供的設備也是超級完美，有微波爐、電磁爐、各種鍋具刀具等等，整個廚房我只能給100分! 浴室廁所都很乾淨，也提供洗衣和熨燙，整個浴廁我只能給100分! 除了離景點較遠，需乘坐電車大概15分鐘，但這對我而言影響不大，整個旅館的環境都讓我很滿意，整體住宿體驗我只能給1000分! 水不夠熱!水量也不大! 可能因為我是台灣人，冬天習慣洗很燙的熱水澡，唯一的缺點

- ΜΑΡΙΑ ΒΛΑΧΑΒΑ (9/5): Studio - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μια όμορφη και ήρεμη γειτονιά με το μπαλκόνι να δίνει τη δυνατότητα να το απολαύσεις. Πολύ καλή συγκοινωνία για άμεση πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης, τόσο με το τραμ όσο και με το μετρό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν τακτοποιημενο και διέθετε όλα τα απαραίτητα, με τη μικρή κουζίνα να διευκολύνει τη διαμονή για όσους μένουν λίγες παραπάνω μέρες. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ, καφέ και διάφορα πάρκα. Οι οδηγίες για το check in είναι πολύ κατανοητές και καθιστούν εύκολη τη διαδικασία. Στο χώρο υπάρχει μέρος για τις αποσκευές. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ σκληρό και είχε μια κλίση από τη μια πλευρά με αποτέλεσμα να το καθιστά λίγο άβολο 😔 Ωστόσο τα υπόλοιπα πλεονεκτήματα του καταλύματος θα με έκαναν να επιστρέψω.

- Condette (4/5): Je ne réitérerais pas l’expérience - j’ai aimé la proximité avec le Congress centre, la literie et la propreté. Je n’ai pas aimé l’absence de volets ou rideaux occultants et la trop grande proximité avec le tramway ( trop de bruit).
- YUKI (9/5): 短期滞在では非常に良い宿と思います - トラム駅が近く観光地および駅への移動は容易。 宿は清潔で必要な物は全て揃っている。特に、洗濯機および乾燥機が利用出来るのは旅人にとっては助かる。 価格も相対的に安価なので短期滞在にはオススメ キーの受け取り場所が分かりづらい。 説明のマップは用意されていたが、季節が異なる為、目印になる木々の風景が変わっており、暗い時間の到着だと、探すのに苦労した。

- Mały (7/5): Dobra lokacja, ale trochę trzeba poprawić - Świetna lokalizacja blisko metra, ładny jesienny wystrój, wejście na kod, czysto i schludna łazienka, czajnik z dobrymi herbatami, możliwość prania. Pokój po przyjeździe był bardzo zimny, długo się nagrzewał i w nocy nadal było chłodno. Bardzo głośno od tramwajów. Trudny i niebezpieczny dostęp do kluczy w ciemnym, oblodzonym miejscu. Łóżko niewygodne i skrzypiące. Drzwi słabo wygłuszają, słychać wszystko z wychłodzonego korytarza.
- Olha (9/5): Гарне розташування. - Гарне розташування-поруч,трамваї, маленькі магазинчики, кафе. На спільній кухні є все необідне-посуд, кава, чай, цукор. В номері був холодильник, чайник, дякую за чай та каву, цукерки в номері. Дуже стара постільна білизна, рушники. Випрана на низьких градусах, немає запаху свіжості і відчуття випраності. Добре, що я маю звичку возити з собою наволочку на подушку. Спала одягнена, тому норм. Квест з пошуком першої скриньки з ключами. Я приїхала в темну пору, з валізами, стомлена, 2 доби в дорозі! Лізла в світлій куртці мимо брудних машин, згиналася в пошуку скриньки-вони десь внизу, світячи ліхтариком на мобілці вводила код - ледве не плакала, коли з першого разу не ввела код. Потім взяла себе в руки і побачила, що одна цифра не так набрана. Поруч за забором в цей час їдуть потяги-картина і відчуття не дуже. Я їжджу багато, подібні скриньки -норма, але місце їх розташування зазвичай зручне. Благаю, зробіть щось заради Ваших майбутніх клієнтів!

- Tetiana (8/5): В целом только положительные впечатления, Прага великолепна! - В номере чисто и уютно и тепло. Предусмотрено все необходимое. Мини кухня оснащена всем необходимым. Спали крепко, соседей не слышали) В номере была двухъярусная кровать, к сожалению, на 2 этаже спать не удобно, за счет того, что у изголовья окошко с которого падает уличное освещение.

- Tadaaki (7/5): 節約する旅ならなんとか - 相対的に安かった。トラムに慣れていれば、移動は楽。後で慣れたので、チェックアウトの頃には便利になった。 キーボックスの位置が、夜だったのでよく分からなかった。しかも事前に聞いていた番号が間違っていて慌てた。部屋番号がなく、謎解きのような事態になった。広い部屋を４つに軽く仕切った構造なので、同じ部屋にいるように他の客を感じる。チェックアウトの時に気づいたが、ベッドシーツはとても不潔だった。チェックイン時は、地下鉄の駅から歩いたが、高低差があり、夜で難しかった。

- Heghine (8/5): Pleasant - It was a very nice, comfortable and quiet room. The kitchen and bathroom were shared but clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient. There was a bus stop near the building, so it was easy to get to the airport (you had to change 1 transport in total). There was a small grocery store in front of the building, so it was convenient to shop. The bed was not very comfortable, it was low and creaky. The room was small, which made it difficult to move around freely, but it was still a pleasant stay in this apartment.

- Volodymyr (9/5): Great place for a short stay - The location is good with a tram stop right outside the building. The room design is nice and follows the general theme of the property. There was a kettle and a fridge in the room. The kitchen is small but has the basic utensils you might need. Everything was clean. The bed was comfy. Detailed private check-in instructions. Though I didn't use it, the option to keep your luggage till the end of the check-out day seemed very convenient. To get to the locker with the keys, I barely managed to squeeze myself between the fence and the car parked right next to it with almost no gap left. The kitchen area is located in the middle of the hallway.

- Oksana (9/5): Чудові апартаменти з усим необхідним в зручному місці. - Затишно та комфортно, як удома. Дуже мило виглядала ваза з цукерками. Приємним бонусом були кава, чай, цукор та вершки. Особлива подяка за безкоштовний Wi-Fi та можливість залиштити речі у спеціальному боксі на де-який час після виселення. Сподобалось місце на відкритому балконі з квітами та гарним видом. Розташування зручне, поряд зупинки міського транспорту, супермаркет, кафе, магазини, парк. Система каналізації була не зовсім справною, був присутній неприємний запах у ванній кімнаті.
- Jana (6/5): - Dostupnost do centra. Úschovna zavazadel poslední den. Dobře vybavená kuchyň, včetně topinkovace. Dětská palanda byla užší než standardní postel. Také horní postel ve výšce cca 2 metry bez bočnice. Děti se tam báli spát. Plíseň na tryskách v koupelně. Pavučiny na digestoři.

- hanspeter (7/5): Für einen kurzen Urlaub in Prag ideal. - Organisatorisch alles tiptop.auch im Raum selbst hat alles hervorragend funktioniert. Da gab es nichts zu meckern Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war ok. Die Strassenbahn fährt direkt vor dem Haus durch. Ab 6.00 Uhr rattert diese ganz schön. Aber wir wussten dies schon vor der Buchung und waren darauf vorbereitet. Was fehlt war ein TV. Aber dafür war das Wlan recht gut.Was in Prag wirklich ein Problem ist, das sind die Parkplätze. Einen solchen zu finden ist Glückssche.
- Carolina (4/5): - Al final es un edificio donde vive gente normal en pisos normales. Menos en este, que está transformado en apartamento turístico en 4 habitaciones exprimidas al máximo. La habitación estaba limpia pero las sábanas estaban sucias y hacía frío en la minúscula habitación individual...
- Vendula (8/5): - Pokoj byl čistý, vybavený. Super byl čaj, konvice a lednice na pokoji. Pohodlný byl příjezd bez nutnosti osobního předání klíčů. Fajn byly 2 záchody a vybavená společná kuchyňka. Celá ulice byla v rekonstrukci. Na metro se jde neosvětleným podchodem pod železnicí. Tam jsem se necítila vůbec bezpečně. Jinak oceňuji blízkost MHD.

- Tania (8/5): - O apartamento estava fora do centro mas tinhamos trams a toda a hora o que facilita muito. Havia lidl e restaurante com preços acessiveis a 5 minutos a pé. Para quem chega de noite o local onde se vai buscar as chaves é pouco visível, contudo recebemos um mapa com todas as imagens a orientar. Os cofres com as chaves estão mesmo junto à linha de comboio.

- Coralie (8/5): Très bien! - L hébergement était très bien. Bien équipé et confortable. Tout est très bien pensé les lits sont confortables .les casiers pour déposer les bagages sont un vrai plus! L emplacement aussi très bien. Le bruit! La rue est très bruyante avec le passage des tramway jusque Minuit. Il manque vraiment des doubles vitrages.
- Larysa (10/5): - Нам сподобалось наше перебування в Apartment for your seasons. Легко дістатись з аеропорту, добре сполучення з центром міста, поруч є супермаркет Lidl. Інструкція з поселення чітка і своєчасна. В квартирі є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Обладнана кухня, два туалети, душова кабіна ( є все для купання) пральна машина ( капсули для прання) , праска, дошка для прасування ,фен. Сусідів по квартирі не чути, чутно трамваї з вулиці але вони не мішають спати. Рекомендую це помешкання! Нічого не маю сказати поганого.
- Michał (7/5): Moje oczekiwania zostały w 100 % spełnione. Apartament bardzo czysty, schludny, odnowiona łazienka. - Największą zaletą obiektu jest lokalizacja. Do przystanku tramwajowego mamy dosłownie 200 m. Z tego przystanku jeżdżą tramwaje m. in linii 18 i 14, którymi dotrzemy do największych turystycznych atrakcji Pragi tj. Hradczan, Mostu Karola. Do stacji metra Vysehrad też jest bardzo blisko, a stamtąd szybko dotrzemy na Plac Wacława na którym jest m. in Muzuem Narodowe. Stamtąd z kolei pieszo mamy 10 min do centrum - gdzie znajduje się Praski Zegar, Kościoł Matki Boskiej przed Tynem, Pałac Kińskich i wiele innych atrakcji. W pobliżu hotelu ( po drugiej stronie ulicy) jest kilka barów i restauracji, zrówno w klimatach typowo czeskich ( piwo, ser prażony) oraz kuchnie świata jak knajpa azjatycka czy pizzeria. 1. Po przybyciu nie jest łatwo znaleźć skrytkę z kluczami. Znajduje się ona w miejscu trudnym do odnalezienia dla kogoś kto jest tam pierwszy raz. 2. Brak klimatyzacji dale się w sierpniu we znaki. Oczywiście był wiatraczek chłodzący, co poprawia sytuację.
- Juan (8/5): Un muy buen lugar para el precio que se paga - Llegar es muy sencillo porque tiene una estación de tranvia literalmente al frente. Las anfitrionas siempre estuvieron dispuestas a contestar todas nuestras preguntas. Las almohadas pudieron haber sido mejor pero no es nada grave.
- Alba (9/5): - En general molt bé, l'allotjament disposa de tot el necessari. Està molt ben comunicat amb transport públic. És una mica difícil trobar les claus quan arribes a l'allotjament. Amb la finestra oberta el soroll dels trens i els trams és molest. Tancant la finestra el soroll és acceptable per dormir.

- Peter (7/5): Room was comfortable, communal areas spartan. - Very handy for access to the city centre and other locations. Multiple trams pass by every few minutes. Despite a reminder from me, we only received information regarding the lock box as we were at the airport, waiting for our flight to Prague, which was quite concerning.
- Hanka (1/5): Awful - Clean,competitively priced. Property located next to a very busy train line with the apartment directly facing the line. Trains passing frequently though out the night, making it impossible to sleap. None of this was mentioned in the description of the location. When I phoned the support team, I was told that the problem will be discussed with the manager and if possible,alternative accommodation will be arranged. I was going to be informed of the outcome. No call received. I left after one night. Support staff were informed.
