• Signe Bjerre (7/5): Nice quiet hotel close to underground stations. - Nice, clean and quiet hotel. I stayed in a basement room. It was small but comfortable, and well suited for a solo traveller. No notes.
• Sarah (8/5): Great little hotel, great location - The location was perfect for visiting Kensington, the room was comfy, small but big enough for what we needed which was a comfy bed, great shower, and enough room to get ready for an evening out. Really friendly receptionist. We'll definitely return next time we're in Kensington
• Cathy (4/5): Good location, but I’m sure you can get a better bang for your buck going elsewhere. - Conveniently located close to Earl’s court station less than a 5 minute walk in safe neighborhood We were on the upper floor and the room was uncomfortably hot. No air conditioner, and the windows could only be opened an inch at most. Our first day there we returned back to our room at 6 PM to quickly shower and get ready for an evening out and our room hadn’t been made up, which wasn’t a big deal about all of our wet towels from the previous night. We’re still sitting in our bathtub.. reception did bring us fresh towels though, and we’re very apologetic that the cleaning staff didn’t clean our room. Also, in the right up they talked about 24 hour reception. That’s not the case our plane was delayed and we got to the hotel by 10:30 and no reception was there. They just had our key in a lockbox for us..

That has never happened before. Got the largest room, but it was small for two people. Poor walls and windows, could hear everything outside.

• Sandra (10/5): Dobra izbira - Bivala sem v dvoposteljni club sobi, ki je imela veliko in udobno posteljo. Soba je bila vsak dan pospravljena, čista, zamenjane brisače. V sobi je bila mini mizica s kavo in čaji, mini hladilnik in sef. Osebje na recepciji je bilo zelo prijazno, vse je teklo hitro. Vedno so tam na uslugo. Varšcino, ki smo jo prvi dan dali, sem dobila skoraj takoj, ko smo zadnji dan zapustili sobo. Okolica je mirna, podzemna železnica je oddaljena 5 min od hotela, v bližini je vse kar rabiš, od trgovin, restavracij do prijetnih kavarn s slast nim pecivom. The Prime London hotel mi bo ostal v lepem spominu.

The location was excellent, just about a 4-minute walk from the Underground station, with easy access to both the Blue (Piccadilly) and Green (District) lines, making it very convenient to get around London. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made a big difference after long days exploring the city. One thing that really stood out was the staff: they were kind, welcoming, and helpful. A special mention to the reception team, who made me feel at ease and were always available when needed. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for a convenient location, a comfortable room, and friendly service. The only downside was the temperature in the room. It tended to get quite warm, and the air conditioning couldn’t be lowered beyond a certain point. There was a fan provided, which helped, and it was good that the window could be opened safely, but overall it still felt a bit too hot at times.

Location was quiet and safe and near the metro,. I did not have the breakfast. Honestly I liked everything, I had no complaints.

Room was clean and tidy, Really nice staff that helped out in anyway they could. Let us check in at 10am on the day we arrive since our room was ready which we appreciate so much and let us leave out luggage at the hotel after check out to come back and collect later so we didn’t have to carry it about all day. Would really recommend! The only thing I would say is that you could hear everything go on outside the room but that didn’t bother us but just something to keep in mind if your a light sleeper ect

Anche se non c’è colazione, però al mattino ti offrono caffè, frutta e thè, inoltre può riempire la bottiglia d’acqua al distributore e portarla sempre con te. La struttura è vicinissima alla fermata di metro 4/5 min a piedi i collegamenti della metro di portano ovunque. Siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno! Nulla

Faltaba el aire y tuve que abrir la.puerta para poder respirar porque hacia mucho calor a pesar de apagar la calefaccion. La cama muy pequeña para dos personas. Fue asfixiante y agobiador dormir ahi.

• Steve1104 (10/5): Great Hotel - The Prime London - I recently stayed at The Prime London Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. The service was exceptional—especially from the lady at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. We often struggle to find good accommodation in London, but this stay exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning to The Prime London Hotel in the future.
