- Laura (9/5): Estadia maravilhosa! Recomendo! - O Hotel é maravilhoso! A praia em frente ao Hotel é linda com mar calmo e uma delícia para banho. As acomodações são confortáveis, a comida é ótima e os drinks muito bons! Amamos e voltaríamos sempre! Não gostei que é permitido que os hóspedes levem caixas de som para a piscina/praia. Deveria ser proibido. Tivemos 2 dias com experiências ruins por poluição sonora…as pessoas são sem noção e colocam música alta.

Comida excelente, restaurantes sem reserva, porem muito organizados e com atendimento impecável Primeira vez que fomos a um resort e era cobrado para usar sinuca, achei frustrante! Tinha apenas uma mesa de ping pong, numa area de pisicna, entao sempre estava passando garçons com bandejas e achei bem tenso, meu filho jogando e podendo bater uma bola em alguem ou em algum vidro, a qualquer momento. Tirando esses detalhes, faceis de resolver, o resort é incrível!

Сервис и персонал на высшем уровне: внимательные, отзывчивые, всегда готовы помочь. Номер чистый, ухоженный, никаких нареканий за всё время пребывания. Но особенно нас тронул один момент: в день рождения жены мы вернулись в номер и обнаружили праздничное украшение — лепестки роз и полотенца, сложенные в виде торта. Судя по всему, дату узнали из паспорта при заселении — и позаботились сами, без каких-либо просьб с нашей стороны. Такое внимание к деталям дорогого стоит и создаёт то самое ощущение, ради которого и выбирают подобные места для особых поездок. Еда в основном ресторане была настолько хороша, что желания идти в рестораны а-ля карт попросту не возникало. Десерты чуть проще, зато фрукты — свежие, спелые, восхитительные. Пляж с естественной тенью от пальм — отдельное удовольствие. Вид из номера на море и бассейн располагал к полному расслаблению и неспешным мыслям. Аква-бар с его шумной и весёлой атмосферой задавал тон всему отдыху — именно здесь чувствуешь, что жизнь прекрасна. Единственная оговорка: с маленькими детьми будет не так комфортно — отель всё же больше заточен под взрослый, романтический отдых. Для пар — идеально. По соотношению цена/качество Riu Caribe уверенно обходит соседние отели. Рекомендуем однозначно и с удовольствием вернёмся. -

- Mahnaz (1/5): Terrible experience- go somewhere else - Beware: This resort charged my card multiple times even though we cancelled our booking due to issues with THEIR system. It was supposed to be free cancellation, yet they racked up almost $1500 in random charges all different amounts. We had to rebook directly with the resort and ended up paying way more. I believe this is a common scam they pull with large groups / a big booking with multiple rooms, as I’ve met others with a similar experience. Make sure to check your bank statement while you’re still there because otherwise they won’t respond to any calls or emails.

The mini fridge did not get stocked when cleaning happened as expected so you have to go out of your way to request water which was the only major detractor to the stay.

Nagy szoba, tengerre nyíló terasszal, saját ingyenes bárral, üdítőkkel, amit két naponta töltenek újra. 4 különböző fajta literes italadagoló áll rendelkezésre. Nagy a fürdő. Mindennap igényes takarítás és ágynemű csere. Vasaló és vasalódeszka is biztosított. Strandon három medence is van, köztük egy poolbárral kialakított medence. Közvetlen tisztavizű privát tengerpart. Remek napközbeni medence programok, zenés habpartik, továbbá esti szórakoztató programok. All inclusive szolgáltatással egész napos ellátás, 4-5 étterem, továbbá drinkbár és snackbár. Az éttermek kínálata változatos és finom. Tiszta a medencetér. Dolgozók kedvesek. Az Európában megszokotthoz képest más a szocializáció és a vendégkiszolgálás. Booking levelezésre nem válaszolnak, közvetlenül a recepciót kell keresni. Különböző illetékeshez történő többszöri átirányítást követő levélváltás után sem sikerült reptéri transzfert intézni, végül külső szolgáltatót kellett igénybe vennünk. A hotel alkalmazottak minden esetben a drága fizetős szolgáltatásokat ajánlják. A recepció gondosan elhallgatta, hogy a foglalási ár 800 USD ingyes szolgáltatást tartalmaz. (pl. Spa kezelés). Továbbá az ingyenes programokról (kajakozás, katamaránozás, bodyboardozás, vízibiciklizés, ingyenes búvárteszt) sem kaptunk tájékoztatást, bejelentkezéskor azonnal a szálloda területén működő külső szolgáltatóhoz irányítottak (Scuba Caribe), akiknél nincs hivatalos ár, mindenkitől annyit kérnek el "ránézésre", amennyit csak tudnak. (250-350 USD / túra). Azt mondják minden költség az árban, de utána mégis kell a helyszínen extra díjakat fizetni. Minden esetben Ubert javasolt hívni applikáción keresztül, és ne a személyzettől kérjen segítséget taxi szolgáltatásra. A szállodában és közvetlen az épület mellett üzemelő bolt rendkívül drága (cca tízszeres ár). Naptej, sampon, testápoló, stb. igény esetén itt is javasolt az Uber futár használata, aki az applikációban leadott helyi bolti online rendelést 5-6 dollárért kiszállítja. A szálloda a "hotelzóna" elején van, kissé kieső helyen, kb 10-12 km távolságra a központi résztől, de taxival könnyen elérhető.

The restaurants offer a nice variety of food choices and are very accommodating. There are many activities to participate in if you choose to. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The tile around the pool area is very slippery when wet. I have slipped on it twice and fell. This year when I fell, I hit the corner of a metal chaise and hurt myself quite badly. I spent my entire vacation in pain and living on Ibuprofen. I watched many people slip while walking around the pool including one man carrying a toddler. It’s extremely dangerous and a very poor choice.

The beachfront location was stunning with crystal-clear water and white sand. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable. The food had a great variety and tasted amazing, and the entertainment and activities kept us engaged throughout the stay. The pools and overall atmosphere were relaxing and enjoyable. There were minor issues like occasional wait times at restaurants during peak hours and limited availability of poolside chairs if you arrive late. Other than that, everything was well managed and enjoyable.

Food selection is great and there's no way you will starve in this resort. The jetski experience is one of my favorite. For a fabulous resort the room towels doesn't look and feel good to use. Some activities like kayaks are for free but no one explained that upon checking in.

- Michael (10/5): Absolute class from this property. - Complimentary upgrade not only made the trip feel extra special, but gave us a reason to come back again. Service ranged from good to outstanding. Cleaning and maintenance was top notch. Probably the best beach I've visited in about 5 trips to sun destinations. The number and quality of events held at the hotel exceeded my expecations, and transformed my planned relaxing beach vacation into something that was also exciting, without being over the top, and not overwhleming like a party hotel. Food ranged from acceptable to pretty good. Better on average than other all inclusives I've stayed at, but if you aren't calibrated to this style of restaurant. Some people might prefer that the theme parties and pool schedules went a bit later into the evening, but there was enough going on that this was never an issue for me.

- Markia (7/5): We’ll be back - The atmosphere was fantastic! The property is in great shape, with everything so tidy that it’s easy to enjoy meals anywhere. The pools were immaculate, and we saw they tested the water often. Plus, they always made sure the cups were spotless. Our room was spotless by 10 a.m. every day. We stayed in the junior suite, and the balcony was huge. It was worth every penny and the trip down to Cancun. The property is near the downtown area, which is a plus. It’s close to an OXXO and a pharmacy, and it’s also near the ferry. The breakfast was repetitive but always good. USD credits are hard to use, and there’s no food after 9 pm. The hotel is not in the main strip, so you’ll need an Uber, which costs about $6. Despite this, the overall experience was great.

- Mauro Damian (10/5): Una experiencia inolvidable - El personal (mozos, entretenimiento, bartenders, limpieza) todos muy amables y atentos. La variedad de actividades. Las instalaciones en general. Las camas súper cómodas. Una vista increíble. Las fotos publicadas no llegan a mostrar la verdadera belleza. El personal de recepción. Nos brindaron poca información sobre nuestra estadía en general. Ante las dudas no supieron aclarar en la gran mayoría de las veces. En Booking te ofrecen unos creditos (850 dólares para gastar en el hotel) pero en realidad son muchos bonos de descuento que suman ese monto. Ej: 10 dólares de descuento en un masaje que cuesta 100.
- Leonor Hilda (10/5): Si Volvería a hospedarme en este Hotel, me gustó mucho - Está muy limpio y agradable el ambiente, y el personal es muy amable, Andrea la señorita del mostrador de a lado de recepción fue muy linda y amable y me ayudó mucho con un asunto personal, Fernanda una de las Bartender fue muy muy amable conmigo muy risueña y me consintió mucho , Luca el mesero del restaurante buffet de la cena se portó muy amable respetuoso y muy servicial .. Que tiene que salir de la piscina para ir por una bebida y que no llevan bebidas a la playa cuando estás disfrutando del mar.
- Alessandra (9/5): Um ótima opção para curtir uma praia tranquila. - Localização, acomodação e restaurantes são bons, principalmente o Kulinariun, comida saborosa. As camareiras super simpáticas e os atendentes do restaurante também. A preocupação de limpar a praia do sargaço também gostei. Dos drives e bebidas ñ alcoólicas servidas nos bares, péssimo, ñ tem um suco que seja natural. Os drinks mal feitos cheio de gelo batido para render, sem gosto, alguns bartenders com mâ vontade, ñ fazia o drink direito, tive que pedir para refazer, decepcionante. Um detalhe me incomodou, ver pessoas dando propina para o drink ser caprichado, paguei por tudo, deve ser caprichado sempre.

- Guilherme (9/5): A estadia foi boa no geral, com estrutura agradável e experiência positiva. - Comida, estrutura e funcionários fantásticos. Bebidas liberadas inclusive no quarto (frigobar abastecido). Camas de casal pequenas. Falta de música em alguns momentos na piscina. O processo de check-in deixou a desejar, pois demorou quase uma hora para ser concluído. Considerando que o horário de entrada é às 15:00 e o de saída às 12:00, acredito que esse intervalo deveria ser suficiente para que a limpeza e a organização dos quartos estejam prontas, evitando esse tipo de espera para os hóspedes. O café da manhã poderia contar com mais opções voltadas ao público brasileiro, considerando a grande quantidade de hóspedes do Brasil. Pequenos ajustes no cardápio já fariam bastante diferença na experiência.

- Iago (8/5): All inclusive para relaxar e aproveitar - A cama e os travesseiros são incrivelmente confortáveis. As roupas de cama e de banho são de excelente qualidade. E, claro, as comidas e drinks servidos sempre impecáveis. Além disso, o acesso à praia conta com uma excelente infraestrutura. As equipes de atendimento (bartenders, garçons, cozinheiras) sempre muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Primeiro, a propaganda de ter “dólares para utilização no spa” não é verdadeira, são apenas cupons de desconto somados. Segundo, a limpeza dos ambientes deixou muito a desejar: vários dias os corredores dos quartos com bebidas derramadas sem qualquer ação das equipes de limpeza. Terceiro, serviço de quarto deficiente, mesmo quando provocado a realizar algo específico (como reabastecer de água o frigobar).

- Pritpal (8/5): A beautiful hotel, high standard, lovely room just need a couple of little things to imporove. - The hotel was beautiful, very clean and open. The bars, restaurants were excellent. Pool area was nice lots of daytime activities and the hotel was on the beach which was lovely. When we have stayed at other 5 star resorts in Mexico the drinks have always been 'top shelf drinks' selections. International products. This hotel only offered one local beer and lots of the spirits were local brands not the main brands apart from a few. Second thing - so many of the staff were amazing for example the staff in the Shanghai La incredible but I would avoid eating outside at the main buffet restaurant as Roberto was not very accommodating and you felt like you were putting him out asking for anything.

- Jessica (8/5): - A localização, a festa e as instalações são pontos altos As bebidas poderiam ser melhores, os drinks era com suco artificial, o chopp mais ou menos, não tinha corona ou heneiken, poderia ter suco natural nos restaurantes, senti falta de lanches como sanduíches naturais no bar da piscina, tinha só cachorro quente, tacos e hambúrguer. Restaurante principal bom e o steak house bom, os demais a comida não era gourmet poderiam caprichar mais. Sobremesas dos restaurantes também poderiam ser melhores pois só tinha bolo em geral, e o sorvete era só servido de meio dia no principal e não era de boa qualidade.

- Tal (10/5): - הכול כלול במלוא מובן המילה, בלי יוצאים מהכלל! חדר גדול ומפנק, ארוחות ושתייה חופשית לאורך כל היום, כניסה חופשית למסיבות הקבועות שנערכות במהלך השבוע במלון. צוות שירותי ברמה גבוהה מאוד - קיבלנו שני חדרים צמודים כפי שביקשנו עם דלת מקשרת. המיקום של המלון צמוד לחוף פרטי מסודר ומטופח, בריכת בר מפנקת... בקיצור, שווה ומומלץ!
