• Nina Yen (8/5): - 位於昭披耶河左岸的艾區(Bangkok Yai)，緊臨MRT地鐵Itsaraphap，2號出口出站就到，一站過河就是大皇宮、帕空鮮花市場那一區，生活機能比想像中還要好，走到鄭王廟只要15分鐘，每天05:00-19:00有฿6往返昭披耶河兩岸的船。 民宿對面有一個平價但不太好吃的小夜市，超大東西超多的7-11，營業到凌晨3.的฿269火烤兩吃 ，甚至是星巴克Drive Through，鄰近還有一間表定開到晚10，但8.半就準備關店休息的按摩店🤣 民宿平假日、1~2人入住價格相同，房間很陽春地板是用木紋貼紙貼的，空間比官方照片看起來還小，但是該有的都有，冰箱、熱水壺、充足的換洗毛巾、足夠的衣架，飲用水給好給滿，房間是乾淨的，地板有點髒建議自備拖鞋。 沐浴洗髮乳的分裝器很難按壓，難按到我一度想要買洗髮乳回來用...冷氣很吵、戶外車流聲大，窗簾遮蓋範圍沒有完全遮住室外，一定要自備耳塞、眼罩。最讓我無法忍受的是螞蟻超多！一進房就看到地板都是螞蟻，尤其是浴室每天有螞蟻爬來爬去，訂房網翻評論別人有寫，我想說賭一下還真的有，很崩潰🫠 吃東西都馬上沖洗的很乾淨還是有超多螞蟻，而且不是被我的食物吸引來的，可能房間牆內有螞蟻的家🥹🥹 房門是簡易喇叭鎖，但不知道為什麼怎麼樣都鎖不了，往左往右都只能打開鎖不上，只好兩天都拜託房務人員幫忙，如果擔心可以自備Padlock，門外有可以上鎖的地方。 一樓是咖啡館，有迷你陽台，入住前會收押金฿500，比較麻煩的是如果在店員到店時間前退房，要特別跟工作人員約取回押金的時間，真的很麻煩🫠 我從前一間民宿要搬過來前，因為兩間民宿算近，原本打算一早退房走去新住宿寄放行李，工作人員也告知前一天會傳密碼給我請我check inbox，結果他們忘記了... 因為不是他們咖啡廳的工作時間，前一天下班後怎麼聯絡都完全沒有人回應，Check in當天也沒有任何答覆，移動日只好行李扛身上一整天，還好我的行李是一件後背包，對我來說這間住宿的應對非常鬆散不負責，咖啡廳下班時間很難找到人，透過民宿建議的聯繫方式whatsapp/line/fb，最容易找到人的方式是line，whatsapp則是完全沒收到回應。 雖說便宜治百病，不過會不會再有機會住這間 未來還是得考慮一下了，生活圈依然是推薦的，如果晚上想按摩搭MRT去河右岸按就好，或是考慮叫車去ICONSIAM附近，這區的按摩店很少而且很早就休息囉～

• J.P.Mantyla (9/5): En löytänyt mitään vikaa, hotelli vastasi meidän tarkoitustamme. - Homma toimi, kuten pitikin. Up grade ei jostain syystä välittynyt hotelliin asti, mutta huone jonka jo tiesimme aiemmin, palveli yöpymystarkoitustamme hyvällä paikalla, josta oli mainiot kulkuyhteydet.
• Vinayaka (10/5): - The facilities provided in the room was good, it was same as shown in the picture, access to all the places were good. Very good facilities with reasonable price. Totally recommend it. We loved everything. Nothing to dislike with the facilities y provided.
• Bobbie Grace (8/5): - We stayed for 7days and 6nights Near MRT, talat and 2 7/11 (big and small). It has microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, electri fan, kettle clothes steamer and dish set to use. They gave us 5 pull up tissue and 5 roll tissue, lots of towels and towelettes. Hygiene kits and 30pcs 3in1 coffee and 30 500ml water. Excellent customer service, they returned the security deposit before checkout. We had the family room which has a second floor made of wood and that's okay but the third floor tenants were so noisy, it's like they were playing. They really disturb the sleeping kids. Only the rooms have AC. Not so clean toilet walls and shower hose. The TV is not smart, it has only 1 Thai station which we can't understand since we're not Thai😁

• Mirtha (9/5): Great price and location. - The homestay was great. Two floors with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds total. AC worked great. We were provided with 5 bottles of water per day during our stay, plenty of coffee and creamer packets. Location is fantastic. Approximately 3 min from MRT line and bus stop. There's also a market, starbucks, and 7-11 close by. We really enjoyed our stay. You can hear guests staying in rooms upstairs very loudly.
• Michal (8/5): A place with good energy - I liked staying there very much. The place is chill, the staff is nice, I liked the location and the neighborhood. It has good energy. The price was very good. Only minor suggestions - I would exchange lightning from industrial cold light, to residential warm light, for example. But it seems to be the thing in all SEA, for some reason they put industrial bulbs inside rooms :) Also, it's really steep - if you are not strong enough to carry a bag to third floor, choose the room on ground level, they also have that and will be happy to rent it to you.
• Daniel (9/5): Sehr gut gelegen und preiswert, mit kleinen Abstrichen bei der Geräuschdämmung. - Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und tolle Lage direkt an der Haltestelle Itsaraphap, ideal für längere Aufenthalte in Bangkok. Ein Café im Haus sowie ein Foodmarket und ein 7-Eleven direkt gegenüber sind sehr praktisch. Etwas hellhörig.

• Christian und Kerstin (9/5): - Wir (2 Pers) haben 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft Achcha verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Self Check-In und Check-Out reibungslos. Unser Zimmer (Nr. 3) befand sich auf der 3. Etage. Die Treppen hinauf waren für uns mit Rucksack kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist hellhörig; man kann entsprechend Glück oder Pech mit seinen Nachbarn haben. Wir hatten Glück. Den Straßenlärm hört man, aber daraus macht der Anbieter kein Geheimnis. Wir fanden das aber absolut erträglich. Insgesamt konnten wir im großen, gemütlichen Bett gut schlafen. Frühmorgens machten aber ein paar Vögel (?) Krach auf dem Dach. Das Bad mit Dusche ohne Abtrennung war zunächst gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber letztlich kein Problem. Das Wasser floss schnell ab und der Boden trocknete rasch. Temperatur und Wasserdruck gut. Trotz des sehr günstigen Preises gab es gratis Annehmlichkeiten wie Wasserflaschen (6 für 3 Tage), Instant Kaffee Sticks, Zahnbürstenkits, Haartrockner. Ein kleines Highlight war für uns der Nightmarket gleich nebenan. Hinweis: Das Café im Erdgeschoss der Unterkunft öffnet morgens recht spät. Wir konnten es daher nicht ausprobieren.

• Sheer (9/5): - המקום עצמו מאוד חמוד לישון, היה קצת מסובך למצוא אותו אבל באמת חדר מאוד גדול ומרווח וקרוב לתחנת רכבת תחתית. מאוד רחוק מהמרכז. לנו זה לא כלכך הפריע כי היינו צריכות אותו רק ״כתחנת מעבר״ אז לא היה קריטי לנו המיקום אבל אם מחפשים מקום לישון כדי לטייל בבנגקוק אז לא מומלץ

• Martin (9/5): Great budget hotel! - The hotel was really good overall. We were 5 and got the family room. It was located 1min from the train station (blue line), and 3min from a Starbuck and a 7/11. There also was an evening street food market with delicious food across the street. The beds were hard but surprisingly comfortable, the linen and towels were fresh and clean. The bathroom was tiny, it included a shower and toilets. There was only the front glass door, no other windows anywhere, but it didn't bother us. The 2 aircon units (in bedrooms) worked well. The washing machine also does dryer. There was a small fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and some plates/cutlery, tv and fan. The wifi worked well. Table + 5 chairs, and an uncomfortable sofa. The only annoying part was the top neighbour as they were quite noisy at night and we could hear them walking around. We didn't really hear much from the outside as there were no windows.

• Elodie (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - J'ai apprécié l'emplacement près du métro qui dessert facilement le marché de chatuchak et le parc de Lumpini entre autres. La chambre familiale avec la salle de bain privative était propre, spacieuse et confortable. . Le bruit, nous étions dans la chambre qui donne sur la rue, elle peut être calme comme bruyante quand une moto démarre, il y a de la lumière dans la rue et de simple rideau dans la chambre donc beaucoup de lumière passe.

• Paul (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft für wenig Geld in super Lage - Schöne saubere Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage an der Metro Station. Liebevoll eingerichtet und kleines süßes Kaffee im Erdgeschoss. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Hatten das Zimmer Nummer 1, das war für BKK Verhältnisse sehr ruhig und schön. Alles super. Ein paar Stühle auf dem Balkon wären noch super.

Près du métro, dans un quartier relativement calme loin de la cohue du centre ville mais près de la rivière et des temples. La chambre est grande et est même équipée pour y prendre des repas sur place. La climatisation faisait un peu de bruit.

La Clim (groupe extérieur) qui fait un vacarme insupportable !! Toute les 10 minutes elle se met en route comme un vieux moteur diesel des années 80… une révision peut-être ?

• Steve (10/5): Hôtel parfait près du Wat Arun - Nous ne voulions pas quitter Bangkok sans avoir visité le Wat Arun, nous avons donc choisi le Achcha hôtel pour être à proximité. Quelle belle surprise ! Rapport qualité prix imbattable. De plus, nous nous sommes présentés plus tôt dans l'espoir d'y laisser nos sacs à dos, et nous avons bénéficié d'un early check in gratuitement car la chambre était déjà prête. Pour cela, encore un grand MERCI. Le personnel était très gentil, dès l'entrée dans l'hôtel une odeur agréable flottait dans l'air. La chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse, le lit confortable. La salle de bain était propre et efficace. Nous avons très bien dormi, la chambre (avec balcon au 3eme étage) était calme. L'hôtel est à proximité de tout le nécessaire : plusieurs 7-11 et autres commerces, le Wat Arun se situe à seulement 10 minutes à pied, parfait pour une visite au coucher du soleil. Un grand merci pour cette nuit, trop courte ! Tout était parfait.

• HyunJung (10/5): 지하철역에서 20초컷 (블루라인) - 지하철역 출구에서 숙소까지 20초 컷. 게다가 블루라인이 갈수 있는곳이 많고 왓아룬을 지나 보트선착장도 있어서 주변 둘러보기가 매우 좋았습니다. 숙소 주변은 관광지가 아니여서 가격도 저렴하고 편의점이나 스타벅스도 근처에 있어요. 숙소는 화장실 및 침구상태가 매우 깨끗하고 관리가 나름 엄격하게 되고 있는곳이라 매우 만족스러웠습니다. (개인적으로 엄격한 숙소를 좋아함. 그래야 조용하고 깨끗한 편) 1층에 까페가 있지만 전혀 시끄럽지 않았습니다. 체크인시 보증금 500밧이 있으며 마지막날 체크아웃 후에 가방 보관을 의뢰할 것이라면 미리 스탭과 논의해야 합니다. 저희는 돈무앙으로 떠나는 날까지 매우 만족스럽게 지내고 갑니다. 추천!! 방음이 잘 안되는점이 있긴 했으나 그마저도 위치, 청결, 가격에서 만회한다 생각해요. 지금까지 태국을 10여 차례 여행하고 많은 태국 도시를 둘러본 결과 전반적으로 고층 호텔이 아니고서야 완벽한 방음을 기대하기란 어느곳이나 어렵습니다. 태국에서는 이어플러그 착용하고 자는것이 가장 좋아요. 배낭객이라 계단 높이는 전혀 문제 되지 않았습니다.
• Yagi (7/5): 一人旅にはコスパ最強のホテル - 店員さんの対応が親切だった。ラインで連絡が取りあえるのもありがたかった。 部屋は一人には十分な広さでエアコンもついており快適。 歩いて1分くらいで地下鉄の駅に行けるので観光もしやすい。ワットアルンへは歩いて行ける。 すぐ近くのナイトマーケットも楽しかった。 フロントが開いている時間が9:00～18:00なので、スタッフの対応時間が限られており少し不便。この時間外でも、もちろん部屋には出入りできるし、事前に言っておけば対応もしてもらえるのでそんなに問題はない。 部屋のシャワーとトイレに全く境目がなく、シャワーを浴びるとトイレがびしょ濡れになる。
• Enrique (10/5): Buena opción y cerca de puntos claves - La ubicación cerca de Wat Arun. Hay muchas opciones de comida cerca, con un mercado nocturno al lado. La cafetería del hotel está muy bien para relajarse después de pasar el día en la ciudad. El personal muy amable. Para estancias de 3 días o más hay servicio de lavandería gratuito.

• Sébastien (10/5): parfait comme toujours - Nous etions déjà venu et nous avions aimé l hôtel.Nous sommes donc revenus et une fois de plus nous avons vraiment apprécié cet hôtel.Personnel très gentil, très serviable et réactif.Tres bien situé,a côté d une station MRT.
• KING (10/5): It was worth the money, convenient, and will definetly book again! - The location was convenient. It's near MRT (200m) and near 7/11. It exceeded our expectations. The room was neat, spacious, and worth the money. All the staff were accommodating, they allowed us to leave our baggage at their cafe for the meantime until 5 pm. They even gave us free brownies when we left.

• Pierre (10/5): Parfait pour une famille, proximité métro - Nous avons démarré et terminé notre voyage de 6 semaines à Achcha. Au premier séjour nous étions déjà très satisfait. Chambre familiale, propreté, acceuil, localisation, etc.. Au retour, nous avons même eu la surprise de voir que le même logement avait été encore amélioré. Vraiment top. Rien
• Mila (10/5): - Se non avete troppe pretese, l' Achacha hotel è perfetto per un soggiorno a Bangkok. La posizione è eccellente: vicinissimo alla Metro, al supermercato 7 /eleven, al mercato della frutta e ad un ottimo ristorante a buffet che consiglio (ad un prezzo fisso ti viene dato un braciere e puoi cuocere in autonomia quantità illimitata di vari tipi di carne, pesce, verdure e noodles, inclusi dolce e bevande). La zona è tranquilla, centrale, ma non troppo turistica. Per nulla rumoroso. Si può raggiungere in circa 15 minuti a piedi il Wat Arun. La nostra family room era pulita, confortevole per cinque persone ed aveva tutto ciò che serviva: acqua, caffè, kit per lavarsi i denti; forno a microonde, bollitore, grande frigorifero e lavatrice-asciugatrice. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e ci è venuto incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
• Bach (10/5): affordable, good location with public transport, quiet neigbourhood. - we stayed in an appartment with two bedrooms and a living/dining area. there is a washing machine and dryer combo, wich is ideal, because you sweat a lot in thailand, so you need to wash your clothes a lot. the location is superb, only a few steps away from the Blue Line metro. from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi it's just over an hour with the airport rail link (arl) and the blue line. and it's also, very affordable (very very cheap). you can also use Grab (like Uber), wich isnalso very cheap, especially when you're with a group or family, but avoid during rush hour. also, food night market is around the corner, the (also ferry affordable) ferry to iconsiam and other places, is just a 15 minute walk. 7 eleven stores are everywhere. i would definitely come back to this hotel appartment. the bathroom is a little bit small, but we had no problems using it.
