• Kikko1893 (9/5): Che bella posizione! - Posizione ottimale per visitare la città anche a piedi, struttura perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone, pulita, accogliente e con tutti i comfort necessari. Lo staff molto preciso e puntuale nelle informazioni. Ottimo il servizio che ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli nelle ore prima della nostra partenza così da poter visitare senza avere valigie a carico.

It was also very close to the metro and tram. There were many markets, exchange offices, and shops nearby. The well-thought-out details in the room really made the difference.

• maria (9/5): Ottimo per chi si sposta a piedi - Posizione perfetta. In centro e vicino alla metro. La camera è bella, pulita, con tutti i comfort. Check-in facile, fatto in anticipo. Istruzioni per l’accesso semplici. Ascensore stretto, ci entra una persona per volta ma è comunque facile salire e scendere per le scale

• Elisa (10/5): Muy recomendable calidad-precio - He quedado muy satisfecha con el alojamiento. Es exactamente como aparece en las fotos. Está muy bien equipado y no le falta absolutamente de nada. En el baño había de todo: algodones, champú, bastoncillos… pequeños detalles que se agradecen mucho. Además, justo fuera de la puerta del apartamento había un pequeño hall con un armario donde podías coger lo que necesitases, como rollos de papel higiénico, detergente para la lavadora, etc. Incluso dentro del apartamento había mantas por si hacía frío, aunque con la calefacción se estaba perfectamente. La ubicación también es excelente, muy bien comunicada y cómoda para moverse por la ciudad. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí.

• Karolina (8/5): - Bardzo ładny, zadbany i czysty apartament z pełnym wyposażeniem, również kuchennym i łazienkowym, wszystko sprawne. Dostępna pralka i chemia, deska do prasowania i żelazko. Bardzo ciepłe mieszkanie, a byliśmy w mrozy. Apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji, 3 minuty od metra, kilka minut piechotą od stacji kolejowej, przy deptaku ze sklepami, sieciami handlowymi, marketami, restauracjami, itp. Ok 15 min spacerem do Starego Miasta i atrakcji. Polecam! Jedyny minus to brak prywatnego parkingu, a pod budynkiem jest możliwość parkowania bodajże do max 2 h w bardzo wysokiej cenie. Znaleźliśmy na szczęście parking P+R Kongresové centrum Praha - Jih 1, 2 stacje metra od apartamentu w cenie 100 czk/1sza doba. Parkowanie w centrum Pragi graniczy z cudem, lepiej wybrać pociągi/komunikację miejską.

• Iryna (9/5): Якщо б приїхали у Прагу і на місті б шукали найкраще місце для проживання, мабуть би й не знайшли. - Дуже миле та зручне помешкання, ідеальне для шопінгу, походів по кафе та міським памʼяткам. Ніби живешь одразу на Хрещатику. Поруч навіть експрес до аеропорту, в однієї зупинці на метро або 20 хвилин пішки. Не зовсім зручний лифт, бо за маленький. якщо з дітьми та колискою буде незручно. Валізи спускали по черзі.

• Karol (1/5): Z powodu podwójnej rezerwacji nie skorzystaliśmy z pokoju, tracąc czas. - Pierwotną rezerwację musieliśmy przenieść na inny termin, który został potwierdzony i zaakceptowany przez Hotel. Po przybyciu na miejsce okazało się, że doszło do podwójnej rezerwacji i pokój był już zajęty przez innych gości. Z tego powodu straciliśmy kilka godzin na próbę wyjaśnienia sytuacji oraz znalezienie alternatywnego rozwiązania. Nie mam pojęcia, w jaki sposób doszło do tego nieporozumienia, czy to właśnie z powodu tej zmiany terminu rezerwacji czy z innego powodu - rozumiem, że pomyłki mogą się zdarzać, ale do obowiązków właścicieli należy upewnienie się, że wszystkie rezerwacje są prawidłowo obsługiwane, zwłaszcza w przypadku gości przybywających z innego kraju. Naprawdę trudno mi sobie wyobrazić, co musiało się wydarzyć, aby doszło do podwójnej rezerwacji. Na szczęście, po kilku godzinach komunikacji (chyba aż z trzema różnymi osobami odpowiedzialnymi za hotel) pomógł kontakt z samym Booking, który anulował rezerwację i w ramach rekompensaty udzielił pomocy w znalezieniu pokoju na już, w podobnej lokalizacji, cenie i standardzie, a także zapewnił pełny zwrot kosztów.

• Michael (7/5): Good but with some mishaps. - Fresh food froze in the fridge. I booked accommodation with a lift their "key" system doesn't allow for use of the lift on departure. That is a mistake and a massive oversight of the needs of guests.

Pizzeria Paradiso is great to enjoy a beer while waiting for the key if you're a bit early. Great to have free luggage space for the entire day after check out.
• Turunc82 (10/5): The best place to stay in Prague - Our stay was perfect in every aspect. Everything in the house was thoughtfully arranged down to the finest detail. The house was very clean and incredibly comfortable. Its location was in the city center. We left the city at 10 pm and stored our luggage in the house's luggage box until 9 pm. When we get them back, everything was in perfect condition. If we visit Prague again, we will definitely stay in the same house. It was the best Booking accommodation we have ever stayed in Everything was great.

Tive que ligar para a pessoa que administra o apartamento. Muito desagradável está situação. Depois que conseguimos entrar, o apartamento é muito bem equipado, limpo e muito conveniente. Perto de tudo e wi-fi funciona bem.

• Travelphotoreporter (7/5): Good - The host is always available and very helpful. The shower is excellent, the room temperature is easy to control, and the location is convenient. Everything is clean and well-equipped, with attention to detail to ensure guests have everything they might need. The place is also very quiet, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, the apartment itself is very old and well-used. The chairs are wobbly and feel unsafe to sit on. Overall, the heavy use makes the apartment feel dirty and uncomfortable, even though it is actually clean and the staff clearly cares about the guests.
• Katarzyna (9/5): This apartament had all we needed and more! - Perfect spot for going into the city, near the subway, and near the best vegan restaurant/cafe which made our stay. Even though it's in the centre, the street is very quiet. We lacked for nothing, it's equipped with everything you need for a short visit (...when you can only fit so much in a carry on...). Highly recommend! We loved it all except for the wonky mattress :)).

• Elvira (8/5): Good option for 3-4 people apartment, don't come in summer! - Good location, close to the historical centre and to the metro. The staff was friendly and helpful, the kitchen was well equipped. The bedsheets, towels and kitchenware were all very clean. The bathroom was not very clean. The shower door didn't close properly and it wasn't mounted properly. The lift capacity is 1 person. During our visit(august 2024), the building was under heavy renovation and we were not announced beforehand, which created an unpleasant situation! I suggest you not to come during summer, as it was very hot inside and the window was facing a busy and noisy street!

• Odette (3/5): BEWARE Great location BUT you are living through someone else’s RENOVATION. - Very good location, thoughtful supplies in the apt. The bldg is in the middle of a gut renovation. It looks like war. There is no way to enter, use the stairs, or elevator without get dust all over your clothes, shoes and luggage. We were trapped in the unit one morning bc the workers had set up the scaffolding right outside our door. When we finally were able to exit there was another scaffold on the stairs making it dangerous to use. We got several building rocks/bits fall on us multiple times. We contacted the owners but they just stated they weren’t in control of that. They could have told us prior to us arriving. So we could have made a choice. I should have left that night but with only a one person elevator getting our luggage downstairs we succumb to tiredness. My BAD. The room is very noisy. We had the windows open to cool the room. Cool and noisy or hot and quieter. I’m a light sleeper. I have learned my lessons and will read reviews prior to booking. It is all there. Noise complaints, construction complaints, only one fob for the elevator complaints. This IS NOT A 1 bedroom apt. It is a studio apt.

• Georgios (9/5): Amazing location, lovely apartment - The location is great, so close to all shops/restaurants and within a short distance walk to the Old Town Square. The apartment was so clean and comfortable (except from the unsual pillows :D) but honestly it provided everything we needed for a great stay with our young one in Prague. The lift key system is rather odd as on the day we left we had to carry the heavy luggage downs the stairs since we had dropped the keys inside the allocated box but unsure if it is something the hosts could review. We really appreciated the extra details like the sealed instant coffee jar and the proper shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Very easy to reach from the airpost, just 5 min walk from the Museum Metro station. Would definitely recommend the Black and White apartment! Unfortunately like most old buildings it's not sound proof and if it happens to have young, noisy neighbours celebrating their bithdays, prepare to sing along :D
