- caroline (10/5): - Ladies and gentlemen. Please do not look any further for your place to stay in Antalya. Avalon hotels Loft city was absolutely amazing all round. I did choose the suite with the Jacuzzi in the room and it was well worth the small extra. The suite was very spacious very comfortable very inviting. The bedsheets were totally luxurious. The bed was raised and had an illuminated surround. The ambience was amazing. All the amenities that you require are at this hotel. There was a great variety of food for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised to see soup on the breakfast menu as well as an opportunity to sample true Turkish delight - yes at breakfast! I even saw chicken nuggets and chips - yes at breakfast! There were plenty of healthy options and vegetarian options too. Staff were brilliant. They were able to prepare food to go when you take an early excursion trip. There is a luggage drop . I stayed five nights. I very much wanted to extend my stay here. I loved it so much. I will definitely be a returning customer. I love love love this hotel. . The hotel is in close proximity to the beach. There is a café/restaurant approximately seven minutes walk from the hotel and it has the greatest views of the harbour. It is very near to the public transport connections and if you can face the heat-it is only a 15 minute walk into the town. There are shops close by as well as a mall that sells cocktail and evening dresses as well as other items for very reasonable prices. Really enjoyed my stay and I’m very inspired. Staying at this hotel certainly contributed to my fantastic day in Antalya. See you all next year! My only criticism is that one member of staff got a little moody when I asked for a replacement room card as I had misplaced mine. He got upset that I did not bring the replacement card downstairs back to him after a long day out, once I had found the card that was originally issued to me. Oh well at least he got him back in the end. This certainly didn’t put me off in this hotel whatsoever.

Парковка рассчитана на 4-5 машин и по этому надо искать самим, а искать там не где это переулок с узкой дорогой .. в общем это очень старый отель все нуждается в ремонте . Кровати ужасные. В номере было грязно . Кондер вонял пылью . Место выбирали ближе к коньлты . Надо было не скупиться и на 1000 больше взять хороший отель их было множество . Персонал отличный это все что можно сказать

- Fayaz (4/5): Poor - had a deeply disappointing experience at Afflon Hotels. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable throughout my stay, which made even basic communication and work difficult. The service overall was extremely poor, and to make matters worse, I was treated with open disrespect by a receptionist named Mohammed. In front of his manager, he outright said he didn’t care whether I was happy with my stay or not, and repeatedly laughed at me when I raised my concerns. This kind of unprofessional and dismissive behavior is completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even a basic level of service or courtesy.

- Cardoso (8/5): Ótimo - Pequeno-almoço, Quarto, Atendimento, Localizaçào Questionámos várias vezes se tinham parque de estacionamento, no momento da reserva e no dia da mesma, o que garantiam que sim. Quando chegámos, de facto havia um parque de estacionamento. Pedimos ao rececionista para levantar a cancela e ele assim o fez. Quando estacionámos, outro funcionário, visivelmente irritado, dirigiu-se a nós (que nunca adivinharia ser funcionário do hotel, pois estava vestido como um civil) a informar que este era apenas para o staff, e que os clientes estacionavam à frente… um espaço para Três lugares, um deles ocupado por uma mota. Fomos obrigados a retirar o carro deste parque de estacionamento! Na minha opinião, deveriam explicar que não existe parque de estacionamento, mas sim lugares de estacionamento, sujeitos à ordem de chegada dos hóspedes!

Als ich die Decke von Bett gezogen hab waren unter der überzug ganz viele Haare! Schrecklich dann wurde zusätzlich am zweiten Tag nicht geputzt. Es war noch im Badezimmer am Spiegel Haare.... komme nicht wieder

- Eugen (8/5): Acceptable stay in modern room - Very nice and modern rooms and facilities The bathroom was not properly clean when I entered the room. There was hair on the side of the sink and the sink was a little bit dirty. The shower head was not clean, and the toilet flush button had fingerprints on it. I told the reception about it. After another swipe from the cleaning staff, it was still not properly clean. So I had to clean them myself. The carpets on the floors were all dirty and stained.

- Heidi (8/5): - Meile meeldis meie puhkus väga, kõik hotelli töötjad olid väga sõbralikud, mõistvad ja abivalmid. Tuba koristati iga päev. Hommikusöök on kompaktne, samas mitmekesine 7:00-10:30. Hotell on asukoha poolest ideaalses kohas, kõik on jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Oli väga hubane ja kodune hotell. Tuba on selline nagu fotodel, kuid nüüdseks vajaks kerget remonti.

- Dmitry (3/5): - 1) несомненно отличное месторасположение, очень близко старый город и много вариантов общественного транспорта, из за чего и выбрали этот отель 2) относительно много места в номере, можно раскрыть большой чемодан и останется еще место 3) отлично подходит для фотоссессиии в стиле лофт, правда в фотошопе придется многое подправить из за потрепанности стен 1) ужасный wifi, он почти не работал, а в один из дней так вообще отвалился на всем этаже и решили эту проблему только к вечеру. 2) персонал и сервис: пол дня не могли поменять полотенца, 2 раза звонили и 2 раза лично на ресепшен подходили, в итоге принесли только 2 полотенца из 4х и они быди будто бы далеко не первой свежести, возможно ими терли полы и ноги об них вытирали. Так же все последующие полотенца, что нам выдавали во все дни были грязные, то в желтых пятнах, то в черных пятнах и налипших крошках. Ps: в дождь бросают полотенца с номеров подноги на входе в отель и затыкают протечки в оках в лобби, возможно отсюда и пятна ржавые. Проблему с лампочками в номере тоже решали пол дня и только с 3 звонка, не горела 1 и одна раздражающе мерцала. Ps N2: по телефону никакие проблемы не решают, нужно идти на рнсепшен и прям требовать. Так же ситуация из смешного и грустного, в соседнем номере очень громко шумели прям под ночь, позвонили на ресепшен и назвали четко номер в котором шум, в итоге с ресепшена никто в соседний номер не позвонил и шум не прнкращался, в итоге мы наученные опытом немного подождав пошли на ресепшен и спросили, звонили ли они, нам прямо в лицо начали лгать, после чего мы настляли чтоб он позвогил при нас, на что было сопротивление и отговорка типо давайте я номер комнаты запишу и позвоню, а вы идите, но номер он так и не записал, а лишь сделал вид..

- SIRRI DENIZ (10/5): Güzeldi. - Öncelikle giriş esnasında resepsiyondaki bey bizi güzel karşıladı ve 14:00’dan önce müsaitlik doğrultusunda odamızı bekletmeden verdi, check-in gayet profesyonelceyei. 2 gecelik seyahatimizde odanın genişliği ve konforu iyiydi. Kahvaltıya ayrılan bütçe yeterli ve çeşit olarak fazlaydı fakat bu malzemeler bence daha iyi değerlendirilip daha lezzetli ve güzel bir şekilde sunulabilir. Genel olarak fiyatı göz önünde bulundurunca gayet memnun kaldım diyebilirim.
- Numan (7/5): Family - Good location, 10 min walk to the old town. Staff are friendly and helpful, they allowed us to park in front of the hotel. Easy check in, good value for the money. The rooms need a bit of maintenance maybe.
- Manuela (8/5): - Heerlijk hotel op een top locatie! Het ontbijt was echter niet lekker en het personeel aan de receptie kan wat vriendelijker zijn. Al met al (weer) een heel fijn verblijf gehad.
