Pedro (10/5): - It was very easy to get to the hotel from the Airport and it was very central to everything in the city.
Cerri (6/5): - As soon as we arrived, we were constantly asked to attend the Wyndham resort meeting. Said we were dissappointed with the last session we attended so declined. They insisted so we gave up and said yes. The next morning we were rang at 7.15am and then again at 730am and then again at 8am. We politely declined the invitation again. Did not appreciate the phone calls at all. This sales tatic should be made aware to guests when they are booking a Wyndham hotel or resort. We will not be booking a Wyndham hotel again due to this.

Julia (10/5): Fantastic stay in Sydney - Fantastic location, spacious room with kitchenette and friendly staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Only tiny negative is that the reception area is very compact, so when it is busy with check ins/check outs, it can get quite congested. But this really wasn't anything more than a mild inconvenience.

Amie (2/5): Mouldy and smelly rooms - no thank you. - The staff were friendly enough. There were obvious mould issues. The room stank of mould/damp. I asked to change rooms. They could only exchange for our first night. We went into that room and thought it was an improvement until we witnessed further mould / condensation on the ceiling. Water was dripping from the ceiling down onto our suitcases. My wife’s pillow she brought with her stank and we had to throw it out. She’s also now sick too which could very well have been due to these conditions. We left after our first night and got a million times better hotel which cost the same in the end.

Westerhill (10/5): Great Accommodation - We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment at Club Wyndham Sydney and had a fantastic experience. The staff and service was excellent and the apartment was very clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. The location was excellent - an easy walk to the Sydney CBD, bus stops, train stations and the Capitol Theatre. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, including thoughtful extras like shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We always enjoy staying at Wyndham properties, and this visit was no exception. So much so that we bought Wyndham time share. Highly recommended.
Kazooka (10/5): Good self contained units in Haymarket area, Sydney - Location of unit is great about 270m from Museum Station and about 350m from Chinatown stop Light Rail. Unit was spacious and well appointed. Check in/reception area is small and was chaotic with lots of people there for the timeshare check in time of 4pm.

NevadaBill (5/5): Nice Room - Questionable front desk charges. - Nice hotel. Nice room. The shower enclosure glass was short and should be longer. It was almost impossible to take shower without getting significant water on the floor. ALSO - When I checked in, the front desk suggested I pay in US dollars. the next day when I read the receipt I realized they charged me over $20 for converting the US dollars to Australian dollars. I carefully noted this to the front desk and they claimed they didn't understand the charges I showed them on the receipt and that the manager would get back to me about the charge. That never happened. I was cheated out of $20+. Had I just charged my card in Australian dollars my room would have cost $20 less. I was surprised that a Wyndham would do this.

TERESA (8/5): Ray - - The highlight of my trip was Ray. When booking this hotel, I didn't realise it came with laundry facilties so obviously I was going to take advantage if this. I started washing my clothes at 9am after my day of exploring Sydney , only to realise the laundry room closes at 9pm!!! ( This is to avoid any noise disturbance which I get ) I then went to reception to speak to Ray about my problem and he kindly let me extend the laundry rook opening time to 10pm. I theb told him I would also need to tumble dry my clothes but he wouldn't be able to extend the time after 10pm So he gave me drying rack so I can hang my clothes which worked really well. As I've learned my lesson the next day I made sure I got my clothes in early. Stuck my clothes in the table dryer at 830. But by 9pm it still wasn't finished I was just waiting in the laundry room at 9 and bumped into Ray, he let me extend my time again until I finish. He was really the highlight of my hotel experience. He was so chill and wasn't too strict with me Also I find it really cool there's a storage room full of amenities you can take if you need refilling I don't get why we need to throw our own rubbish away??

The room was very stylish and comfortable, and the central location of the hotel, with all transport options handy, meant getting to destinations was a breeze. Thoroughly recommend
Sandra (6/5): Ok, aber Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt - Das Bett war komfortabel und die Lage war super direkt neben einer U-Bahn Haltestelle. Außerdem sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Bad ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten 3 Nächte in dem Hotel und das Zimmer wurde kein einziges mal geputzt. Außerdem Achtung beim Auschecken - wir hatten das Hotel vor dem Aufenthalt schon online über Booking.com bezahlt, aber sie wollten dann, dass wir nochmal bezahlen. Erst nach kurzer Diskussion wurde es ohne Entschuldigung eingesehen.
Audrey (8/5): Super hôtel sur pour petit séjour à Sydney - Le personnel était très accueillant, la chambre spacieuse et très propre. La literie était très confortable. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la gare central et de la station de train "Museum", le centre-ville est accessible à pied en moins de 10 min donc super emplacement avec des restaurants et cafés à proximité. Seul bémol, les chambres se sont pas très bien insonorisées entre elles. Nous avons entendu nos voisins de chambre faire la fête et du bruit durant la nuit ainsi que les portes voisines qui claquaient. Les fenêtres qui donnent sur la route sont par contre bien insonorisées, pas de bruit de voiture ni de la rue.

katheeg2015 (10/5): Clean room, courteous staff - Check-in was smooth and easy. To welcome us, we were given a complimentary bottle of champagne since they ran out of glasses. The room is clean, and the kitchen is complete, even with the little details such as a sponge and dish soap. Our floor also includes an area for the washing machine and ice maker. We were also allowed to check out late. All staff are courteous and helpful. Highly recommend the place and will definitely book again.

The kichenette is very convenient. Also nice cafe downstairs. The window of our studio could not be opened. Important: avoid the convenience store on the corner, absolute rip-off, they don't have price tags and they charged me 19 dollars for an 8-pack of tissues

Deanne (6/5): Nice on the upper floors. - Location is good. Walking distance to trains and lots of restaurants nearby. I was on the second floor near the gym. The room was noisy and needed an air purifier to make it not smell musty. They have the purifier in the room but was loud. The discounts advised from local restaurants don't happen. Three times I went for breakfast at places close by and was told no. Facilities are pretty ordinary. Have stayed here before on an upper floor and the room was cheaper and better.

Great water pressure in the shower. Staff are very friendly and professional. They checked us in early and took our bags up as we had gone into the cbd. The cafe next door gives Wyndham guests a 20% discount on food and drinks. Preferred this accommodation to Wyndham Torquay.
iant288 (10/5): Great Location - Stayed here for 5 nights on a recent trip to Sydney. Very comfortable studio room with fridge, microwave and 2 hot plate appliance . Convenience store right next door and large supermarket offer a couple of blocks down. Great coffee shop attached and good breakfast options in a couple of convenient close locations. Easy walk to catch train, light rail and tram. Would recommend this hotel for stays.

The staff were fantastic! Couldn’t help you enough. Access to free laundry was a godsend for us tourists. Rooms are compact Kitchenettes are ready for an update! TV wouldn’t work (said it was due to storms)

It was not full service, in 3 days i did not get any clean towels etc or room serviced. The WiFi code with my room did not work, I had to go downstairs to get a different WiFi code on my phone, but I wasn't provided with it so I couldn't use it on my laptop. The walls are very thin, I woke up in the night and could hear my neighbours having a good time. There seemed to be a lot going on in the hotel, so it didn't seem particularly calm or relaxing. I didn't feel super safe because of all the noises. I won't be staying here again.

Free breakfasts and discounts from 2 different restaurants close by. Free alcoholic beverages and on-tap beverage in the lobby."The set-up." Hardcore sales to "Timeshares" around the world. You turn up at appointment time. You have to confirm name, email, marital status and sign a form. If you don't sign you can't go to a meeting across the road in a room with free tea and coffee. You won't receive your $100 voucher. 90-minute sales pitch of timeshare packages."The Bait." If you depart with your money and sign up for their packages please get legal advice as there is a cooling-off period of 7 days. Free holidays around the world at their time-share resorts - you're buying a membership. It's not free because you pay a monthly fee with interest until 2080.
Jeanne (10/5): - A refreshing change from all the stuffy non-personal experiences around the area. Front office staff were absolutely superb. Check in was friendly, prompt and efficient! 10 out of 10!
Michelle (7/5): - Proximity to public transport Small kitchenette allowing for cooking own meals I did not consider the hot water particularly hot. Meaning, cold water was not required when showering and the hot water alone could be considered just warm. Also, the walls between rooms must be thin as I could hear clearly the conversation of the group next door both evenings.

Leigh (9/5): Great location, updated modern design. Great place to stay a few nights . - Great location close to CBD and train stations. Nice foyer with 24/7 reception, so no need to worry about after hours check in. Free washer and dryers for guest laundry needs. A little noisy from our room, on level 1 you hear traffic and CBD noise more. Our room was opposite the waste and house keeping doors which we could hear opening closing at random times throughout. The room was in pretty good condition but small signs of wear and tear could be seen.

Ross (10/5): Excellent property good location and room - Very clean room and good size of room
Brett (6/5): We had an enjoyable time in Sydney due to the activities that we did. - Location was convenient. Lifts were fast and there was never a wait for a lift. Room was clean. No daily service which is expected in a Hotel when paying a reasonable rate. Shower was ridiculously narrow - kept bashing my elbows on the wall and glass. Didn't like the "sales" offer at check-in offering $100 of free gifts if we participated in a 40 minute presentation - we declined. I thought time-share sales tactics were outlawed. For this reason alone, I don't think I'll return to Club Wyndham.
