- Li Wah (9/5): We will stay there again the next time we visit KL. - We have stayed at the hotel before so there were no surprises. We stayed with our daughter, who had her own room, and our other daughter and son-in-law, who also had their own room, for three nights. It is an 'older style' hotel but it is certainly not 'run down' and money is still being invested in the hotel to maintain its 4-star rating, facilities and services. We feel it represents good value for money given that a very good breakfast is available and there is free parking. Overall, everything was fine and we would stay there again. KLCC is a 15-minute walk away and there are bars, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The car park is quite a way from the hotel lobby. This was not a problem for my wife and I (in fact, it was good for my steps) but some people, such as the elderly and infirm, might find it a a long walk. The only thing I did not like was that the fitness centre does not have air-conditioning. More accurately, it does have air-conditioning but it was either not switched on or set at such a low level it could not be felt. This is not in keeping with the hotel's 4-star rating. I did ask the staff who said it was switched on!

What impressed me most was the excellent hospitality from the staff, especially the front door team, reception, and room service staff. I arrived on 12th May before 10:00 AM due to my flight schedule, and the hotel kindly offered me an early check-in. After an overnight journey, this was extremely valuable and greatly appreciated, as otherwise I would have had to wait nearly five hours for a room. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Daily housekeeping was excellent, and I experienced no disturbances during my stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including authentic Malaysian food, which I really enjoyed. Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay here again for future visits to Kuala Lumpur.

Right next to a monorail station, easy walking distance to Twin towers and Batuk Bintang We asked for a queen bed, were told at check-in that we had a queen bed, got to room and we had a double bed. Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Cleaner didn't do our room until 4pm each day. First time we waited for him to finish. Next 2 days we hadn't long returned after big days out and about so just changed our towels and declined a room clean.

- Erastus Miriti (9/5): Concorde Hotel KL is a Delite - Location is excellent near monorail, KLCC and KL Tower. Breakfast was excellent. I stayed in three 4-star hotels in KL within two weeks and Concorde had the best breakfast among the three. The room on 9th floor was clean and quiet and beds were comfy. Bathroom tissues and towels as well at tea/coffee station items were adequate but fairly economical. No hand and body lotion provided but there could be a reason behind it.
