• James (3/5): Overrated hotel for “premium 4*” hotel. - Location was useful. Rated as premium room in a 4* hotel. Walls damaged, cheap furniture that creaked when opened, dirty air con vents which barely cooled the room. Overpriced for what was provided.

• Margo (7/5): - Location I had to turn sideways to get past the end of the bed. I'm an average size and weight.
• Natalie (9/5): Great location - I was booked into a Superior Double Room which had ample space, and a great size bed. The location is perfect for exploring Darlinghurst or Kings Cross. Plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurant nearby including Coles and Woolies. The staff were very helpful and professional, and offered to carry my suitcase up the stairs for me. Here was no PowerPoint in the enclosed cupboard/wardrobe where the microwave and electric were, so I lifted up the microwave and plugged it into the PowerPoint underneath the writing desk. I had to plug the kettle into the same PowerPoint but because the power cord was short, I sat it on the floor till it boiled. This is not ideal. A simple extension cord and a powerboard could've solved the problem. Also, there are no bowls or cutlery so unless you travel with your own supplies, you'll need to purchase these items from the supermarket. The bathroom is dated and needs a refurbish, as does the wardrobe which is badly chipped.

Not clean, dust and dirt in corners of room. Very loud and can hear neighbouring rooms very easily. Overall was not a good experience.

• Timo (7/5): - Die Lage ist super, tolle Cafes, Bars und Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber. Man konnte kein Fenster öffnen und alles wirkt ein bisschen abgenutzt.

• SUSAN (9/5): - The upgrade to a larger room was wonderful, much more spacious. I had a bath to relax. Love, love, love the large coffee mugs. Airport shuttle was a wonderful option. Saved us a lot of stress. No one's fault, but no lifts in complex.

Comme cette salle ferme avec une porte, pas de bruit de frigo la nuit. Salle de bain petite mais avec une douche spacieuse. Espaces communs propres. Hotêl très bien placé avec une rue adjacente avec pas mal de café/restaurant. Proche du métro. La fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur un mur. Pas de visibilité. Pas d'ascenseur donc il faut monter les bagages à la main. La peinture de la chambre aurait besoin d'être refaite (Un peu vieux) mais propre.

If the rooms could be fitted with a microwave, that would be really helpful for longer stays. Also, the website advertises a gym associated with this hotel however, the gym is not on site and requires the use of a singular, shared access card. This needs to be made clearer to potential guests.

• Janet (7/5): Great location for an overnight stay before flying out from Sydney International Airport. - Perfect location in darlinghurst, close to pubs, cafes, so many places to eat. This motel is ideal to stay at because you can walk everywhere. It was very quiet, no street noise at all. The blockout curtains were great.

This was okay accommodation, the standard room is very small and there are no photos of it on the site. There are only stairs, no lift, so you have to carry your luggage up. There are no washcloths/flannels, only hand towels. There website talks about a bar and a restaurant but we were not shown or told about them, and could not see them (there was no signage). There was very little wall insulation, could hear toilets flushing next door as well as conversations and TV.
