• Milena (9/5): Monolocale top a Praga - La posizione vicino al centro, 10 minuti a piedi fino la metro. Quartiere tranquillo, sicuro e bello, tanti negozi attorno. Appartamento funzionale, ben distribuito, pulito, fornito di asciugamani e pantofole, angolo cottura con tutto il necessario per cucinare, tutto nuovo, lavastoviglie top. La cappa della cucina non funzionava. L'unica cosa direi. Poi tutto perfetto.
• Marike (7/5): Zeer prettig verblijf in Praag - Prima plek om te verblijven, dichtbij het centrum in een levendige buurt met veel faciliteiten. Wij zijn in deze buurt ook heerlijk uit eten geweest meerdere fijne restaurants op max 10min lopen. Veel parken op de weg naar de stad waar je heerlijk kunt pauzeren of verblijven. Afstand centrum was goed te doen. Appartement was goed uitgerust en bied veel extra's zoals een wasmachine en vaatwasser. Er was veel aanwezig, kruiden, zout en peper, thee, vaatwasblokjes, wasmiddel, toiletpapier, keukenrol. Echt supergoed geregeld. Bedden netjes opgemaakt handdoeken liggen klaar. Alles schoon en netjes onderhouden. Ventilatie was niet optimaal, wij zaten straatkant, begane grond. Ramen kunnen wel open. Wij vinden dit niet veilig dus hadden we het alleen open als wij er overdag waren. Als je dan met zijn zessen bent, voelt het al snel bedompt.

• Dina (10/5): - It i just as it is on the photos. Very clean. Check-in and check-out super easy and flexible. We did not meet the staff but they were cery responsive, communication was smooth. It is a ground floor looking at the street. However, it is a very quiet street so it was not a problem. Parking in the area is mostly "purple" and it was easy to find the parking space but on weekdays you have to pay and it cannot be indefinite. Kitchen is very well equipped, there is all uou need for a short stay. There is even a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, als allein reisende Person mit kürzerem Aufenthalt war es perfekt! Nicht super sauber, erste Türöffnung bei Ankunft etwas verwirrend (danach problemlos).

• Kateřina (9/5): Skvělá volba, klidně bychom využili znovu - Ubytování zcela odpovídalo popisu a fotkám. Skvěle vybaveno, čisto. Klidná lokalita, přesto v dosahu MHD. V blízkém okolí mnoho příležitostí ke stravování i nákupu. Bezproblémový self check-in, předem dobře vysvětlený. Chladno. Topení muselo běžet na plno a ještě jsme si přitápěli elektrickým topením, které tam naštěstí bylo k dispozici. Ale to je subjektivní a individuální - já jsem zimomřivá a potřebuji více tepla, manželovi to přišlo v pohodě.

• Anna Noémi (8/5): Well-equipped and clean for a reasonable price; great neighbourhood; friendly staff - The apartment is very clean, well equipped and provides a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. It’s ideal for groups – four to five adults can stay comfortably, though it could likely accommodate up to seven people. While it isn’t located right in the city center, the neighborhood is lovely: quiet, safe, and well connected by public transport (metro and trams). Despite being in the outer part of the city, there were plenty of great bars and street food spots nearby, so you don’t have to go into the center for a night-out. We actually appreciated being a bit outside the busiest areas, as it gave us the chance to explore more of the city. When we arrived, we were provided with towels, clean sheets, soap, shampoo, dish soap, detergent, toilet paper (lots of it) and basic cooking (coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, tea) and cleaning supplies. The apartment was also equipped with cutlery, a stove, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and a washing machine, which can be very convenient for longer stays, albeit we did not use the latter two machines. There are even luggage boxes above the apartment for bags and suitcases. While communication with the owners were difficult before our arrival and it took a very long time to receive the entrance manual to the apartment, the staff ended up being very helpful when the building entry code was dysfunctional and solved the issue in no time. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Prague, whether for a short trip or a longer stay. It is especially ideal for small groups on a budget (like us) as it is very affordable, but still clean and safe. While these did not affect our overall satisfaction with the apartment as we only stayed for 3 nights and we were happy with what we got with the amount we paid, there were a couple small issues with the apartment. The stove did not seem to work, which made it quite hard to cook for ourselves – the stove might have needed special cookware, which the apartment did not have (there were many cookware in the kitchen, just not the kind that was compatible with the stove). The place fluctuated between hot and cold temperature and the heater produced a really loud sound and ended up dripping. Is is only possible to enter the building and the apartments by a custom code, which are separate from the code the other guests use, however, our code to enter the building ended up not working after two nights and we had to request a new one. The Wi-fi also died after two nights, which they were only able to fix by the next morning, when we had already left.

Beds very comfortable and a novelty hovering above the ground! Excellent value for money even when booked only a couple of days in advance. Perfect base for exploring beautiful Prague!

• Jessica (10/5): Sehr angenehm und super Kommunikation - Kein Frühstück, aber die Lage war sehr gut und ruhig. Viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in Laufweite. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war herausragend! Es gab alles an Annehmlichkeiten, von Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen bis hin zu Kleberollern und Ladegeräten. Die Übersendung des Türcodes bzw. des PDFs dazu hat etwas gedauert und wir haben diesen erst 2 Tage vorher bekommen. Der Kontakt mit den Hosts war aber sehr gut und man hat sogar eine (mobile) Notfallnummer bekommen mit der man jederzeit jemanden erreicht hätte.

Además las explicaciones de cómo abrir la puerta del edificio y del apartamento eran fáciles y claras. Cerca de transporte público No tenía escoba para barrer y las ventanas eran viejas y al estar en la planta baja era complicado ventilar la habitación

• Vidal (7/5): Good for transients in a nice neighborhood - The apartment has everything you need for a short stay with enough beds to accommodate a larger family. Check-in and-out is automated with door codes. The location is brilliant with shops, restaurants, cafes and public transport in close proximity. It is a bit worn down and feels somewhat depressing being extremely small and situated slight under street level, which also makes it rather damp. The windows open directly to the sidewalk and are not barred which is obviously necessary to provide an escape route but also makes you feel unsafe to open them. Maybe one of the three could be barred? All in all too expensive for the value.

Communication was easy, check - in too. There was very humid indoor air, we washed our clothes, and after two days we had to take them wet to Dresden 😂 Also, my kid has and allergy to mold - and reaction appeared. Don’t worry - there was no bad smell or something.

• Jelena (7/5): Quiet neighbourhood, several unpleasant surprises - The location is great, it's a pretty quiet neighbourhood. The bathroom worked perfectly. The heating system worked very well. All the information about how to access the studio was provided well in advance. The hosts responded quickly to the presenting problem. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In general, the apartment has everything what solo travellers (like me) might be need. Wi-fi worked well. I wasn't informed about not functioning washing machine and leaking dishwasher. Due to this, I couldn't use all the services provided. I would highly recommend to double check the condition of the facilities you would need the most. The apartment was very cold when I arrived. Heating system was off, so I turned it on manually. The floor was extremely cold, so flip flops are needed 100% Be prepared for the coming noise from the another studio. Unfortunately, it's impossible to not make noise or to not hear noise as 2 studios are in the same apartment space even though separated.

• Ian (8/5): Everything you need for a short stay in Prague outside of the main tourist hotspots. - Nicely located close to a main metro/tram line which made traveling around very easy in a neighborhood that felt like a nice mix of locals and expats without being hugely touristy. Communication with the admin team for the accommodation was polite, helpful and d timely. It was also a 16min Uber to the airport. Whilst the communication with the property was timely, they stated a 14:00 entrance to the flat. When we arrived at 14:30 it was still being cleaned and we were sent away until 15:00. The neighbourhood may be quiet but the setup of the two flats meant it was quite noisey instead with an awfully squeaky entrance door to the two flats which was a shame.
• Doriana (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great! Location, we had the chance to reach almost every attraction in max 25 min by tram. Very clean and well furnished appartment. O parfumes. Almost never happened to me to enter in an appartment and sleep in a zero parfumed bed. They had organised everything and had left nothing to coincidence. From little courtesies from to house, to clean slippers, soft tissues, very soft cushion. Very helpful.staff. It was great staying there. We strongly reccomend.
• Zuzana (7/5): work related stay in Prague - Location is excellent, close to public transportation, restaurants and shops, and for me especially good as I needed to be close to engineering faculties. The staff has a very specific relation to clients, they send a lot of automatic emails with a request for specific information, but they don't track and save your answers, they ask for the same thing again. The instructions for entering are easy to understand if you know in advance that there are only two apartments of this facility in the building marked directly on the door and located on the ground floor. If you didn't know this in advance, you would naturally, like me, ask about the floor and apartment number you are assigned. I needed to contact them several times to get a usable response. They have a very special invoicing policy, unlike other establishments where I have always received an invoice after payment or at most upon check-out, at this establishment I was informed that I would receive it on the first Thursday after check-out, which was a Saturday. The apartment is on the ground floor, but the floor is actually below street level, so it's quite tricky to leave the window open at that level.
• Jakub (3/5): Disappointing, thank god it's over - Localization is nice, and the place looks nice and newly furbished. Oooof, there is quite a lot (garden view apartment): - Most of all, the humidity inside is unbearable. Everything feels wet after being inside for 10 minutes. Clothes, bedsheets, towels, toilet paper. The walls inside bathroom are full of fungus, which is attempted to be hidden by pattern on the tiles (see pictures) - The humidity is so high that 24h is not enough for towels to dry out, which means they should be changed every day for hygienic reason, which of course did not happen. Same for bedsheets. - The floor was a bit dirty, with a dead moth found there (see picture) - The apartment's "view" is not a garden, but rather 2 plants with a lot of concrete around them (see picture) - Because the apartment is ground level, and there are no safety bars in the windows, we did not feel safe leaving them open for the night, which meant the room was moist and smelly in the morning because we could not get any fresh air inside - Wifi sucks and keeps disconnecting - Water in the shower fluctuates with temperature. Very bad experience for the price overall.

Way cheaper than the proper city center. Thirdly , ease of access thanks to all the essential info provided by the proprietor Wi-Fi needs looking into , netflix kept stopping ( not much of an issue as we were out and about all day long )

• Kruzelova (8/5): Very good - we stayed there as a family of 4 and we really liked that the children had separate beds. the equipment was great. directly opposite the accommodation there were groceries, a bakery, a cafe, a pub. public transport stop was 5 minutes from the accommodation, subway about 10. paid public parking was 15 minutes walking distance. on the weekend you can park for free near the accommodation. very weak wifi. in the instructions it was written that it should be restarted if it does not work, but we would have to do that over and over again. Otherwise, it is ideal if you have your own data connection. I couldn't even watch TV in the evening because it was still freezing. the accommodation has a common entrance for the second apartment and the entrance door is very noisy. no matter how hard you try, the door always slams and wakes up everyone around. as for the approach of the owners - before the start of the accommodation, I was asked several times to check in automatically, even though I had already done it a long time ago. When asked how they recommend us to solve car parking, we received2 recommendations - in one there was a bad web link and in the other, the recommended parking lot does not exist. we knew they didn't provide parking, but when we get the instructions, let them be updated.

Despite it seemed rather small for a family of five, it was aquipped with everything necessary to make the stay comfortable. The apartment was close to the underground, bus and tram station so you could easily get to any part of the city. It met all my expectations.
