• Artur (10/5): I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples. - I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Domus Schilizzi in Naples for three nights. The check-in process was extremely easy, even though I arrived late at night. The support team provided me with all the necessary information in advance, which made accessing my room smooth and stress-free. The room was clean and had a very nice, fresh smell, which made it comfortable to relax after long days exploring the city. The location is also a big advantage, it’s conveniently close to the Alibus station, the city center, and the Spanish Quarter, making it easy to get around and see the main attractions. Another thing I really appreciated was the option to leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out, which made my departure day much more convenient.

A través de Whatsapp la Francesca també ens va indicar com deixar les motxilles. Els llits eren comodíssims i les habitacions estaven molt bé. A la nostra planta hi havia un petit rebedor amb taula i cadires. A la nit la zona era agradable i segura per tornar-hi caminant. L'esmorzar era a la cafeteria Pascuci (a un minut de l'hotel) i l'esmorzar era una mica just, pensàvem que seria una mica més complet. El dia que hi vam anar aviat al matí perquè anàvem a Pompeia els vam demanar si podia ser ràpid i ens van fer mala cara i no van col·laborar gaire. Era un diumenge i no hi havia més gent a la cafeteria.

• Matthew (4/5): falsely advertised as B and B and not as advertised - Do not pay for breakfast, as its at the local bar, it’s not a pleasant experience, it’s noisy and you have to use a voucher to get a very limited choice of breakfast, almost have to beg to get your full entitlement, in the property there’s No tea facilities and only expresso coffee, During our stay without asking or advising the owner had decorators sand our bedroom walls and then paint them, all of our possessions and the furniture were covered in a layer of old paint dust, this should be when no ones staying their, the WiFi wouldn’t work from the bedroom, you had to connect at the entrance and walk to the bedroom, it still lost connection regularly , the room we booked was on the 4th floor although advertised as the third, the lift only holds 2 people, this is made worse when residents want to use it as well, sometimes you have to wait for a couple of ups and downs, or walk 4 flights of stairs, the beds are too small there 2 foot 6 not true singles, the room was cramped with 3 beds in it, the hot water takes ages to come to the room, the receptionist was very friendly, initially the owner seemed the same, however don’t try to complain, as she’s very argumentative if you raise any concerns. The only really good thing is a good supply of sweets and biscuits are in the hallway, The free sweets and biscuits, and the friendly recptionist

Sistema di accesso al palazzo e alle camere con codici e chiavi funzionale. Erogatore acqua, bollitore e tisane presenti ad ogni piano gratuiti. Non c è parcheggio, contrariamente a quanto indicato nelle informazioni. Bisogna andare ad un parcheggio lì vicino che non è convenzionato e quindi si paga in più a parte. La stanza non era pulita bene, pavimento sporco e bagno così così. Nella stanza si sentiva ogni volta che qualcuno usava il bagno negli altri piani, probabilmente nel muro passavano le colonne di scarico. I serramenti non isolano molto dal rumore della strada. La colazione non è nella struttura ma si appoggiano ad un bar lì vicino, è compresa nel prezzo ma si può prendere solo una bevanda calda, una fredda e un dolce.

• Albert (2/5): Rude and completely offensive Staff - PAY ATTENTION TO THE METHOD OF PAYMENT! And the way of communicating what you want to serve with those strange and unprofessional people. Once the reservation was made, a WhatsApp was sent me to explain how was possible to enter if the reception was closed after 7 pm. A long and disgusting odyssey had just began for me that evening as I told them that my ship to Naples was having 2 hours of delay with no mobile coverage on the high seas. So, I arrived after 10 pm to the room and needed urgently to have a shower and relax. Automatically, having they knowledge that I was in the room, they started through WhatsApps chat insistent and exhausting, that I had to enter a link in order to pay on an e-commerce platform. It does not matter that the reservation is guaranteed by a VISA card and that I had already accreditated my status as a journalist. After many messages definitely I could not pay through that e-commerce platform and after a second I had two other addresses of whatsApp requiring me to pay before sleep in a bad and rude behaviour. I started to be scared and really concerned but this rare situation. I imagined they coming to the room to expulse me and it was almost 1 in the morning! I felt asleep in a fake big bed that was only two beds put together… But I was still paranoid and suffering of allergia due to the extreme dust existing in the room. At 8 o'clock in the morning I was finally slept a little and with no permission in advance they called me and re-started with all the annoyances with a tricked insistence and more WhatsApps. I guessed that they weren't convinced of my payment, after 15 minutes of many bad ways they were going to trick the door and they were going to say come with me and pay! Bothering aggressively. I had to keep in mind that I had just revealed that it was to pay, yes, with the card. Undesirable this establishment for those unprofessional owners, umpleasant and so rude.

Beliggenheten er veldig fin og området er relativt stille. Personalet er vennlige og hjelpsomme. Det som trekker veldig ned for oss som er glad i mat er frokost. Frokost er nemlig fraværende. Man får kort som man gir på en kafé i nærheten av hotellet, og det man får er kun kaffe og bolle.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Bad accommodation - Απαίσιο δωμάτιο στον 4ο όροφο, δεν δούλευε το ασανσέρ. Δεν δούλευε το wifi, δεν εφτανε ρο σήμα στο δωμάτιο μας. Καθόλου ηχομόνωση. Δεν υπάρχει πάρκινγκ. Μονο με πληρωμη εξτρα. Πληρωσαμε εξτρα χρηματα για city taxes.
• Andrew (9/5): A nice comfy place to stay near the cruise port. - Comfortable bed. Snacks & available drinks 👍🏻 Friendly and helpful staff at checkin. Good WiFi in the room (34). Bathroom was a little cold, couldn't get heater to work. Was a little difficult to find the B&B.
• Andrew (8/5): Comfy B&B near the cruise port - This was my second stay.. room 33 this time. Comfy bed and same free drinks & snacks available. Friendly and helpful staff. WiFi in room 33 was not very good, difficult to get a stable signal most of the time. Couldn't get any hot water in the shower or sink in the morning and no staff on site to assist.
• Gabriele (10/5): - Struttura nuova e pulita, check in rapidissimo. Posizione perfetta, abbiamo parcheggiato l’auto e ci siamo girati tutto il centro a piedi. Consigliatissima!

• Jocelyn (8/5): Recommend - Great spot, very close to metro if needed but still possible to walk everywhere. Nice B&B. Breakfast vouchers for a café nearby was a nice idea. Very comfortable room and had Netflix which was great. Young lady on reception on arrival was very nice and informative.

• Manuela (4/5): They should pay more attention to the guest if it is their fault to compensate the situations. - The location The description of the room said "The unit offers 3 beds" but there was only 1 bed. We paid that 1 room for 2 people but there was only for 1 person bed. When we complained the host was unable to come to resolve the situation even though we stayed for 3 days so it was very unprofessional. We didn't get the bill even though we had to pay immediately. The shower cabin was dirty even though we put a sign every day to clean our room. Poor breakfast, 1 coffee and 1 croissant in the bar around the corner . There was no third bed in the room for 3 adults, but an extra folding bed where a man of 180 cm and 100 kg could not sleep normally. They should pay a little more attention to the descriptions they put and what they offer to guests.
• Don (9/5): Superb - The property is clean and good location. The breakfast.I was expecting a great breakfast.The staff that served me my coffee and croissant was very rude as well.
• MICHAEL (10/5): - Close to a metro stop and felt like a safe enough area. Also easy access to the port if you plan to take a ferry anywhere to the Sorrento peninsula/Amalfi.
• tatiana (10/5): boa opção em Napoles - O hotel fica bem localizado e é extremamente limpo. O chuveiro era muito bom e a cama confortável. O atendimento de todos, mesmo que por whatsapp, foi muito bom. O café da manhã era em um local fora, mas muito perto, não era tão bom mas era suficiente.
• Chun-Mei (2/5): - The location is super hard to find. And there is no one to help you how to check in and out, and poor explanation when you call to ask questions. No sound proof room, can hear everything from the neighbors. Do not book this place, it’s a terrible experience!

• Dana Omer (10/5): Magnifisent - The receptionst is very helpful and kind, profesional an kind. The location is central near all events and shops with plenty of restaurants with a wide nett of public transport. The hotel is really clean and modern. The bed is very comfortabel. Every thing is super. Higly recomended.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great location, helpful management, good value - Excellent, quiet, secure location close to port, metro, shopping, restaurants, supermarket, etc. If arriving by train, take Linea 1 to Universita`, and you're practically there. Friendly, helpful management and staff, who accommodated my request for plant-based/vegan breakfast options. No mini-fridge in room, but apparently there is a shared common fridge available. I had a nice stay and would definitely return. Good value. Keep window closed, to avoid mosquitoes. -KW
• Agata (8/5): OK - In general the stay at Domus Schilizzi was ok, but there were some organizational problems. I was travelling with 4 colleagues for a conference and we have reserved 5 single rooms. It turned out that there were some misunderstanding between booking.com and their reservation system. The owner has tried very hard to help us, but his English was not very good and it took a while to find a solution to the reservation problem. Rest of the stay was great, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast- typical Italian in a nice café nearby. The walls are very thing and you can hear everything what neighbours are doing....
• Simona (8/5): Very good - Breakfast is serve at Gran Caffè Pascucci close to the B&B. Food and drinks very good, wide selection of croissant and italian pastry and good coffee and cappuccino. Kind service and confortable location, many tables and seats.

• Trine Christine Kruse (10/5): Fantastisk - Helt igennem fantastisk. Godt gemt - vi ledte længe, før vi begyndte at læse særskilte. Var sent på den pga flyforsinkelser. Fik fantastisk modtagelse selv om receptionisten for længst havde fri. Tak for det. Skønt værelse - fantastisk seng - autentisk morgenmads café. Parkerede i et bemandet p-hus rundt om hjørnet. Alt var virkelig godt.
• Brigitte (8/5): - We did stay 5 days and no complain about this Bed&Breakfast. The only concern is that our room was very narrow and the building under renovations.
