• 9101ec451426738521deb669576d4ae7 (8/5): Had a lovely 6 night stay, avoid the mopeds ! - An excellent location near Espagnola, and two underground metro stations. 3rd storey with balcony overlooking a lovely square with bars and a restaurant. Has a small but usable lift. Lovely host gave us all the top tips ! Ressonable kitchen with gas hob and some cooking gear, used one night when we ate at home. Host got extra bedding, and quick tesponse to coffee maker scaled up sorted us for breakfast the next day ! Bathroom a little tired, shower spray hanging off but rainfall part worked.

• CATHERINE (9/5): Bel appartement bien situé, mais une douche à réparer ! - L'appartement est très agréable pour deux, il est très bien situé pour pouvoir visiter la ville et les endroits à découvrir à pied. Un grille pain pourrait être ajouté pour plus de confort pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre située en mezzanine est confortable, il y a de l'espace. Nous regrettons vraiment que la salle de bain ne soit pas fonctionnelle, la cabine de douche est petite et en plus la porte de la douche est cassée depuis un certain temps déjà !! c'est vraiment dommage. le rideau de douche installé en remplacement au niveau de la partie cassée n'est pas du tout pratique. La propreté dans la salle de bain laisse à désirer .. les tiroirs du meuble sous lavabo auraient grand besoin d'être nettoyer...
• Heike (9/5): Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem super Appartment. - Das Appartment ist sehr zentral gelegen. In näherer Umgebung sind Cafés ,Bars und auch ein Supermarkt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die via Toledo ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Er hat uns sogar ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert. Im Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft sogar Wasser.

Mancava una parte della porta della doccia e la tenda di plastica, i binari e le mattonelle erano piene di muffa nera. Avevo prenotato questo appartamento proprio perché avrebbe dovuto essere fornito di parcheggio; tuttavia, abbiamo scoperto che l'host non è stato trasparente nel comunicare la necessità di prenotazione del parcheggio. La cosa ha creato enormi disagi organizzativi nel dover trovare un parcheggio a pagamento libero nei dintorni nonché una perdita economica, avendo dovuto pagare un parcheggio che avrebbe dovuto essere incluso nella prenotazione dell'appartamento.

• EDDA (10/5): - Non mi aspettavo una struttura così elegante in un palazzo d’epoca e al centro davanti a Sant’Anna dei lombardi. Comodissimo l’accesso con ascensore e vicino ad ogni attività culturale e commerciale. Sono stata contattata dalla signora Paola per illustrarmi cosa avrei trovato, gentilissima e molto accurata nell’accogliere ogni mia richiesta. Un giorno prima dell’arrivo e all’ingresso del palazzo ho trovato Giovanni, persona gentilissima e disponibilissima a darmi ogni informazione. Del resto il piccolo appartamento splendido e silenzioso era dotato di ogni accessorio potesse essere richiesto. Pienamente rispondente ad ogni necessità, nuovissimo e di ottima qualità in tutto. Non saprei cos’altro aggiungere se non che è solo da consigliare.
• Keliauskienė (5/5): Needs some help - The wifi works and did not stop working although its prery slow and on a extender, at around 20-30 megabits so no 4k streaming. Not to mention the cyber security problems with sharing a network connection with other people. This is clearly the worst apartment of the three with walls in clear need of help the furniture being cheap and not sturdy at all, and the stairs being as stable as a ladder on ice. The apartment being a loft is a big problem since the horrible air conditioner simply does not effect the 2nd floor meaning the first floor is cold and the second floor loft is really warm.

Premesso che le foto di booking ingannano parecchio sulle dimensioni dell'appartamento, evidenzio che in fase di check-in avevo chiesto un guanciale in più e mi é stato risposto che non era possibile fornirmelo e forse solo dopo i 4gg di soggiorno. Pulizia generale discutibile... frigorifero seppur vuoto presentava cattivo odore probabilmente nn é stato disinfettato. Lavandino della cucina otturato abbiamo dovuto utilizzare idraulico liquido. Il bollitore presentava parecchio calcare nn ho potuto riscaldare l'acqua. Il microonde al suo interno nn era stato pulito a dovere. Alcune stoviglie erano sporche. Anche il pavimento del soppalco in legno presentava polvere. Nel bagno il box doccia presentava un'anta rotta sostituita con una tenda...soluzione che lasciava a dediderare. Inoltre mi sono chiesta se la scala di accesso al soppalco fosse a norma visto che non presentava nessun tipo di corrimano ed era molto ripida. Infine mi sono trovata con una discrepanza di prezzo della tassa di soggiorno, ovvero booking mi aveva preventivato un costo inferiore di 20€ e non abbiamo capito come mai.

Є (хоч і маленький) ліфт. Зовсім близько (2 хв.) є приватний гараж, де ми припаркували наше авто (40 євро за добу). Ми чудово відпочили.

• Tatiana Negrão (1/5): Disappointing Experience – Misleading Photos and Safety Concerns - The apartment was a letdown. While the bed was acceptable and the view was just okay, there were serious issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The most concerning was the steep, angled staircase inside the apartment. It lacked proper safety features, with narrow, uneven steps (one side wider than the other), which felt dangerous and nothing like the wooden stairs shown in the listing. The shower was also poor, with uneven water pressure that made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing bath after a long day walking around the city. The listing was misleading: they showed photos of a different, nicer apartment (they manage two side by side) to attract bookings. Communication was also frustrating. The two women, Paola and Tiziana, were unhelpful and quite rude in their messages. The only positive was Giovanni, who greeted us upon arrival and was polite. Would not recommend.

Huge thanks to Jeanette for her help and excellent communication – even though our flight was delayed by 5 hours and we arrived well past the check-in time, everything went smoothly. • Jose (1/5): Very Bad Customer Orientation - Nice flat with 2 levels, very well located. The anfitrion, Giovanni, Is a great advisor and help. The secondary bed was in poor condition. Even though they fixed it the first day, the other days it continued the same and worse. See pics. The most serious thing is that I asked the company for a symbolic refund and they refused saying that "they have more than 30 properties and all them are reviewed before delivery." The Lady who checked the problem clearly told me that the bed needed repair and that they did not have the tools. Very bad managers without any customer orientation.

• Donna (5/5): Dangerous staircase and no hot water, we would not stay again - The apartment is very clean, modern with lovely Juliet balcony. The staircase is dangerous, steep with no railing. The hot water did not work, we contacted Paola at 9pm and she told us to turn on the kitchen sink and bidet at the same time to get it going. We had to do this every time we needed hot water.

Bathroom could be improved a bit with better working shower and some heating. We are in February and it was quite cold there (ac works fine only in the main area).

The only thing I would like to see improved is the AC. At night I would get a little warm, but we usually keep our room very cold at night.
• Molly (10/5): Wonderful - It was a wonderful apartment for our 9 day stay. Less than a 15 minute walk to catch ferry's so the Islands or Amalfi coast. It had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and come back to a comfy bed after a long day. It's a close walk to lost of restaurants and 2 minute walk to a scooter hire place which was very convenient for us. Paola was an extremely helpful and warm host, she offered some wonderful advice and a warm welcome and was happy to respond to any questions we had while we were there. We fell in love with Naples and would stay here again.

Steep stairs up to bedroom on mezzanine-very difficult if sight or legs not as good as they could be! Impossible to take suitcases up. Basic toiletries not provided as stated in property description. Very poor directions to property.

Paula met us to give us the key and was so kind to give us restaurant recommendations and a brief overview of the city (we had never been to Naples before, so this was very useful). • Jcmc1445 (9/5): Very good large flat, well located - The location is very good, near historical places as well as good restaurants. The weather during our stay was fine, clear blue sky, and somehow hot, perfect for walking. The main entrance to the building is by a side narrow street, and you enter an interior patio where there is a delightful old elevator, almost just for two personThe flat is large, on the third floor of the builing. It is a loft with the bed and WC in a mezzanine accessible by stairs, with an outside small balcony. I was not sure if the place around was quiet, but no problem at all, very quite. The flat es equipped with everything, from a small kitchen, to an iron should one need. Cafe and biscuits available as well. Paola, the manager and one of the owners, was very helpful , full of information about Naples, what to see and where to eat or drink ! Just ask her or phone her, she was always available. All in all a delightful place to enjoy Naples, and the apartment is large enough to accomodate more than two persons. The minor thing was the shower. Apparently there was a lack of water pressure, and the water would stop briefly before resuming.

• Ian (7/5): Colourful property and good hosts in the centre of Napoli. - The location is excellent, hosts are accommodating and friendly, amenities inside are decent - kitchen well stocked and aircon good points. Was given a bottle of wine as a gift which was lovely and appreciated. The cleanliness in the bathroom wasn’t great, toilet rim dirty, shower a little mouldy, dusty. Same for the washing machine, airer, and some surfaces. Stairs to mezzanine are perilous, kitchen tv not fixed properly to wall, placement of aircon unit left mezzanine somewhat warmer than rest of flat. Little upstairs fan didn’t help. Building elevator problematic. Saying all this, would happily rebook if the cleanliness was a little better - for Napoli, it does fit in with the feeling of the city and was very comfortable on the whole.

• Rose (10/5): Exceptional - The owner met us straight away outside the flat and also offered us a transfer, the flat was clean and well furnished with a lovely view of the street. It did have a lot of steps and the lift was very small so not ideal for joint problems but fine if not
• Kassandra (8/5): Overall a good place to stay - The host was very helpful, helped us arrange transfer and the accommodations felt very safe. There are three separate doors that lock and require different keys to access the apartment. The accommodation had an elevator which was great as we travelled with big bags. It was clean and comfortable space and very central. This was a loft and the stairs going up to the bed were very steep. Not ideal for pets, children or anyone who has trouble with stairs. The shower is very finicky the temperature.

• Mark (7/5): Good - Home away from home This apartment was good for our 2 nights in Naples, near heaps of ammenities. It was great to use the washing machine and kitchen as we had been travelling lots prior to arriving. The host was easy to deal with. Thank you for a homely stay.
• Angelis (10/5): Fantastic Apartment & Hospitality - Old world Napolitan charm with all modern comfort! The location is fantastic, in the heart of the the historic center, near the metro stop, a short walk to the port for the Amalfi coast, Capri, etc. Paola, is an AMAZING hostess! She was patient when my flight delayed and super helpful to share recommendations for eating, sightseeing, shopping, and transportation. She is a genuinely gracious human being ❤️

• Yasmin (10/5): amazing apartment and host - Beautiful, clean apartment with everything you could possibly need during your stay! location was absolutely perfect, you can walk basically everywhere. Apartment was nice and quiet even though location is central - it felt like a home from home coming back to relax after being in the busy streets of Napoli. The host Paola was absolutely fantastic, very welcoming and informative before we had even arrived and was at the end of a message if we needed anything at all - she really goes above and beyond for guests and it shows 😊 thank you so much, we would definitely stay again! nothing
