The location is superb - close to U and S Bahn and also a short, lovely, walk to the museum island. Great breakfast with lots of variety. We chose an executive room which was larger than the one we had stayed in previously - this was much better suited to a couple.

- Tatjana (6/5): - Saubere Unterkunft an toller Lage. Wir haben zwar ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Balkon erhalten, aber das Zimmer war dann kleiner als gebucht. Ausstattung eigentlich i.O, aber im Badezimmer gab es nicht einmal ein Glas für die Zahnbürsten. Interior ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

- Miguel (9/5): Muy buena experiencia - A 5 minutos del s-bahn y u-bahn. Desayuno bueno. Hay mucho ambiente y eventos sociales. Personal amable. Habitación confortable. Muy bien insonorizada y no oyes ruidos exteriores aunque estés cerca del s-bahn o en una calle principal. Hay cocina comunitaria por zonas/habitaciones y gym. Tuve la suerte de que la habitación fuera "streetside" y recomiendo pedir habitación hacia la calle ya que como hay eventos, si tu habitación da hacia el patio interior, los ruidos podrían ser molestos.

Clim/chauffage non réglable individuellement, nous concernant nous avons eu très chaud. Les serviettes ne sont pas changées même lorsqu’elles sont laissées au sol car souillées. De manière globale, le service est très moyen pour le prix du séjour.

Warme kamers, airconditioning deed het niet goed en bediening was niet gebruikersvriendelijk. De airco hing boven het midden van het bed en leek ook maar de ene helft van de kamer te koelen, waardoor ik het bloedheet had maar m'n partner wel koele lucht had De enorme signature parfumlucht bij de ingang mag ook minder :)

- Sonja (8/5): - Near the center (walking distance, 30-40min walk) or who prefer there are near metro/bus stations, good connections to all directions. Clean room, comfortable bed, activities i the lobby at evening. Only the staff at the bar/restaurant. If you sit, you could wait till tomorrow to be served - staff doesn't care even restaurant is not full, you need to go to the bar directly to order drink/food.

- Corinne (10/5): Un super hôtel où se mêle les générations qui en fait un endroit chaleureux - L’emplacement à deux pas d’alexanderplatz, le Uban à 20 m le U et S ban à quelques pas pour une découverte de Berlin. Le petit déjeuner très bien achalandé et varié , la literie très confortable L’accueil très sympathique et chaleureux et le mélange des générations font de cet hôtel un endroit où l’on se sent très bien 👍 Rien
- Carlos Alberto (6/5): Sin más, no es un cuarto estrellas - Limpieza de habitaciones adecuada y buena ubicación a un paso de la estación de tren y parada de metro. Al llegar es confuso, está pensando para que hagas el check-in tú mismo, casi no interaccionas con los recepcionistas, de hecho casi ni los ves. Calor horrible en la habitación con un aparato de aire acondicionado que funcionaba bastante mal. Desayuno el fin de semana es a partir de las 8, con lo que el último día, que nos fuimos a las 8 menos cuarto, nos quedamos sin desayunar. Muy tarde. La cortina estaba rota y entraba la luz, la puerta del baño cerraba mal, la TV no permitía casting con aplicaciones. Mucho bullicio en el hall, siempre está lleno de gente porque, a parte de hotel, es gimnasio y una especie de bar moderno.. Un día cenamos en el restaurante y tuvimos que ir a buscar nosotros a la camarera. Menú muy básico

- Kristel (7/5): - Fijne centrale locatie,ruime parking en goed voorzien.Goed isolerende ramen. Veel te drukke straat,slechte airco dus bij het sluiten van de ramen veel te warme kamers! Iedereen slecht geslapen het hele verblijf. Toch wel een groot minpunt waardoor een 2de keer daar logeren niet meer aan de orde is. Het ontbreken van een ijskast is wel spijtig.

- anita (5/5): Wir haben mehr erwartet. - Die gute Lage. Die Bar schließt bereits 22.30Uhr. Tische waren schmutzig bzw. wurden nicht gründlich gereinigt. Das Servicepersonal Arbeit äußerst langsam!
- Lisa (8/5): Nice hotel and rooms but too hot at night - Very cool style, really good reception area and bar, and a nice inner courtyard. Rooms were small but comfortable. Easy walk to Alexanderplatz, the Alex’s shopping centre and Jannewitzbrucke station. It was quite warm for the time of year and the rooms during the night were unbearably hot. Opening the window helped a bit, but then you have the noise of the street outside keeping you awake. Aircon was useless. Also the lights in the rooms were very dim.
