• Sharon (7/5): - It was close to supermarket and train. Which was super helpful. I also liked we had a washing machine. Also found a wonderful side street restaurant with wonderful food. One man cooking and was so cool to watch. There was no washing machine/ laundry powder. Which meant we had to go buy some to wash our clothes with and only used it once. Seemed like a waste of money. So I suggest bringing some washing sheets with you. Also we had a very noisy person above us that didn't go to sleep until after 12am and got up again at 5am. So as a light sleeper it kept me awake for a while.

• Caroline (7/5): Es war toll - Alles ist wie auf den Bildern. Es war eine Waschmaschine vor Ort und es gab Hygieneprodukte im Badezimmer. Das hat uns positiv überrascht. Die U-Bahn ist schnell zu erreichen.

Very good that toilet and bathroom are separated. Separation wall was positive and practical surprise. Not enough coffee for 4 days for two people ☹️
• Samuel (8/5): Comfy, but not cleaned - It was comfy, but not well clean, I arrived at 15.00 and the room hadn’t even been clean, shortly after the cleaner came, and just changed the basics, but everything else was not clean at all. I found a foot nail in the floor! Not clean, it’s right next to one of the worst neighborhoods in Japan

• Junko (9/5): ゆっくり休めて楽しい大阪旅行でした！ - 駅からもとても近く、綺麗なお部屋でした。お風呂の乾燥もとても良く洗濯もしっかりと乾きました。ベッドの寝心地がとても良くて、グッスリ休めました！スーパーやたこ焼き屋さんにも近く買い物にも不便はなく過ごせました！！西成方面へも散歩がてら歩ける距離でした。 駐車場に行く道が自転車が多かったのと、すぐ近くにはなかったですが、電車で行く方にはとても良い場所だと思います。入った時に少し前の方の香水なのか？の香りがしましたが換気をしたらすぐになくなりました。

• Nolwenn (9/5): Great place (even if noisy) - The property was nice, clean and well equipped. Everything about the apartment itself was perfectly conform to description and pictures. It was easy to find and get into the apartment, and the localization was convenient enough to go everywhere in Osaka. Overall, a great place. The property mentioned it was a calm environment, which I disagree with. The building is close to a big avenue and the soundproofing is very poor, so you have to sleep with the traffic noises (and frequent sirens). We could even hear the footsteps of people walking in the street. Also, some neighbors in the next building like to play music very loudly in the evening. If you are not a light sleeper, or if you bring earplugs, it's fine.

• Wing (8/5): It was a pleasant stay, close to shops and station, good for someone to travel to Osaka the first time. - Clean and comfortable. The facility has no lift to the top floor which we were not aware of at the time of booking

• 心伻 (8/5): 非常舒適且滿意的住宿體驗，未來再訪會再次選擇入住。 - 有小廚房及客廳讓入住者方便做簡單料理，以及床與客廳間有屏風可以完全將兩個空間隔絕；浴廁分離外還有浴缸，完全滿足泡澡需求；小洗衣機免除了需要帶多套更換衣物的問題，也提供了足夠的衣架晾曬換洗衣物。 整個住宿空間環境非常整潔乾淨，浴廁也整理的很衛生，但部分細節像是洗手台的水龍頭開關的手把溝槽，有明顯污垢堆積。

• Shgihara (10/5): 2連泊しました - 鉄道駅から近い、食料品店が近い、洗濯機がある、物干しが完備、浴室とトイレが別々、コンセントが多い、掃除機がある、冷蔵庫の容量が大きい、クローゼットが充実　など大変便利でした。 大きな不満はありませんでした。 敢えて上げると、事前の写真ではベッドがシングル4つ別々だと思っていたのですが、シングルを2つ合わせて、それが2セットになっていて、3人宿泊でベッドを3人それぞれ別々で寝たかったのですが、そこが残念でした。寝心地は満足しています。

• 宇妙 (9/5): - 住宿地點離四橋線的花園町站很近，走路5分鐘就到了。附近有超市跟全家可以晚上回民宿後買東西回去吃，離天下茶屋站也很近，走路大概10分鐘，覺得這間民宿的CP值很高，方便性也很好 入住第3天時，地上會有小蟑螂出現，廚具的筷子發霉很嚴重，冷氣需要久一點的時間才會涼。

• ardus adrian (8/5): Rezonabil! - Camera extrem de generoasa, locația aproape de metrou - 3 minute..iar în 2 stații ești la Namba, proximitatea de un magazin Izumya unde găsești o multitudine de feluri de mancare gatita, raportul calitate-pret foarte bun, check in check out foarte ușor Curățenia ar fi putut fi la un nivel mai ridicat, sunt tot felul de gângănii - inofensive sau nu - dacă deasupra apartamentului ai ghinionul de un locatar mai zgomotos nu mai dormi, canapeaua care se face al treilea pat este cam incomoda.

• Petra (10/5): Convenient for longer stays - The flat is really spacious and absolutely well-equipped, it is suitable even for a longer stay. Its location is very convenient, it is close to the underground and lots of cheaper supermarkets, shops. If you have high standards about cleanliness, it might not be your best choice. (There were dirty utensil in the kitchen, some small cockroaches in the bathroom etc)

• Li-wei (8/5): Good value with a few watchouts. - Spacious room with sofa, big closet, kitchen and laundry facilities - certainly can fulfill most needs for travelers. No staffed but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Good price as it’s a bit far from the downtown like Dotonbori. The location of this property is actually quite close to a notorious poorer area in Osaka, which I found out during the stay and maybe the reason why the cost is relatively cheap. However the property is close to the subway and I don’t feel bothered when walking around the property like going to local supermarkets or convenience stores. No elevator - could be an issue to carry the luggage up and down after shopping locally. The fridge was stained inside so obviously was not cleaned properly. Was a bit humid with little smell inside the room, not huge impact though.

• Qingya (8/5): Fantastic stay! - FDS Dernier had been a fantastic choice! Really great value for money, really good location, and very responsive host without needing to meet up for key or so. It just has everything you need for short to mid-term stay!! And I appreciate the location being at quiet residence area, but close to convenient stores and streets, very close to metro station, while you feel you experience the local life rather than busy shopping areas. There were things like disposable toothbrushes, other handy single use items, a power bank, a lint roller, and even coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. • Faten (9/5): Wonderful. Love at the first sight - All of it!! I fell in love with the facility provided. Utensils for basic cooking provided, nearby supermarket for grocery shopping. Nearest to Yotsubashi Line and Sakaisuji Line(direct to airport using Nankai Line) about 15 minutes walk. No lift. If you got big luggage it would be quite mental. Luckily there is an occupant who's willing to help carry up one of our luggage. But only 2 flight of stairs I can vouch for that.

A metro station and supermarket next door in a quiet and safe neighborhood There was no elevator unfortunately. The tv wasn’t a smart one. And the thing that heated the water for the shower heated the whole room too

• Katherine (10/5): A lovely apartment in a great location - and very affordable - Great location close to the metro, and instructions on check in were easy to follow. Room had everything we needed for a longer stay in Osaka and we really appreciated somewhere to wash our clothes! Would happily stay here again - and the cost of the room was extremely affordable. Some of the decor could do with replacing - but as we were out most of the time this wasn’t an issue for us.
• Antarlina (8/5): Convenient location but no elevator - Location is very close to the metro station. There is a supermarket right outside the station which is super useful. There are some very good restaurants on the opposite side of the metro station. The rooms were thoughtfully designed. The dry air setting was very useful in drying clothes and keeping the floor dry. The door separation within the apartment was useful. The apartment doesnt have an elevator which made it very difficult for us to move in and out with heavy bags. Also we hadn't used the locks which had keys inside it; they were hard to open; detailed guide with pictures would have been helpful.
